We don't have these kind of streets in nigeria because we are not ready to pay the kind of taxes that would fund and maintain those kind of streets.

In the UK, if you are living in the city, you pay council tax which ranges from 60000 to 100000 naira monthly depending on the city. That money goes into making the cities look nice

That's why uk cities have great streets.

If we charged that kind of tax in Nigeria, Nigerians would scream.

So we pay scanty taxes and get scanty and bad roads

The bad roads we have in Nigeria are what we can afford. The sad thing is that looting still happens on top

The judgement being passed here by some people is unfair. Someone even said I'm backstabbing my husband and talking him down in public. That's not fair.

Your lucky. Your car is 5w30 only and doesn't require synthetic though because of it's age it might benefit from it. Problem is what they've been using before is 20w50 and may have already damaged the engine. You can try one oil change with conventional 5w30 and see if it shorts oil. If it does, go back to 20w50 and when you have the money get the engine rebuilt. If it doesn't, continue using 5w30 and if you want, synthetic.

Synthetic is a higher grade than conventional (mineral oil). Technically synthetic is better hence the higher cost HOWEVER, it is not necessary if your car does not require it. Some cars require synthetic oil and will have engine problems if you don't use it, others don't.
Conventional oil typically have 3 months/3,000 miles between oil changes while synthetic typically having 6 months/5,000 miles between changes with some going as long as 15,000 miles for extended oil changes.
