Tinubu is gone. We are awaiting if Supreme Court will declare Atiku, Obi or order a rerun election. |

creativehubb:By forging CSU and GC Lagos documents? |
> He forged SouthWest College transfer documents > He forged Government College Lagos attendance > He forged CSU certification or diploma > He forged his age viz: 1952, 1954 and 1955. All to one university and for 44 years CSU never knew until Atiku came calling. You cannot defend Tinubu without looking STUPID!!! |
I would like to commend Atiku Abubakar for being first, a patriot, who holds high our constitution and who believes in the integrity of our systems. Though perceived to be corrupt, but noone, court, tribunal or committee has ever indicted him. Atiku single-handedly stopped a third-term agenda of a sitting president. Now he has single-handedly proven to us that a sitting president is a document forger. So my questions today are simple. 1. Q: If you forge the document with which you got admitted into a university or college, what does the Nigerian law say? A: You are not qualified to parade such certification. In fact, the university will withdraw your certification. This is same application worldwide. 2. Q: What do you call anyone who prepared, created or generate his own certificate or diploma or age or schools attended or place of birth, etc.? A: According to 467 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Punishment of forgery in general is 3 years in imprisonment. "Any person who forges any document, writing, or seal, is guilty of an offence which, unless otherwise stated, is a felony, and he is liable, if no other punishment is provided, to imprisonment for three years." https://jurist.ng/criminal_code_act/sec-467 Bonus question. Q: Following from answer to question #2. Do you agree that Tinubu committed forgery of a document or more? A: As per S 467 of criminal code, if you forge ANY DOCUMENT, WRITING, OR SEAL, you are liable. The meat here is the forgery. It does not matter that you forge your own birth certificate without falsifying your age. As long as you forged the document authenticating your age, you are a criminal. We are in dire need of a society of Integrity, where people are held accountable for their actions. A nation that can hold it's own in the comity of developing nations. What has kept us down is the lack of accountability, because we lack that "tone from the top". In the corporate world, corporations require their employees to exhibit highest level of integrity. A behavior devoid of corruption, bribery, personal gains and even unprofessional acts or unfair practice and competition. As a trained auditor, Tinubu should know better. Committing forgery in any circumstance is not acceptable, hence he should spare us the rhetorics on the cyberspace and resign honourably. #TruthTeller |

Tell Reno that I say he should place his $100,000 as a bond with FSDH. It is then we will take him seriously. I can tell you that in 24 hours we will smash the bucks. #TruthTeller |
Mmmmm!!!! Bitter truth, Tinubu is going, going .... gone! |
GoodLife4live:Please, read this slowly so that you can understand. Section 467 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Punishment of forgery in general "Any person who forges any document, writing, or seal, is guilty of an offence which, unless otherwise stated, is a felony, and he is liable, if no other punishment is provided, to imprisonment for three years." Nobi me write am. It is the LAW |
TemplarLandry:For the certificate forgery, I diss you "aji boole olèe" by Lagbaja |
SmartPolician:Did Mmesoma not write JAMB? Why persecute her after it was established she wrote JAMB, but only forged her results ![]() |
If Tinubu has honour left in him, he should resign honorably just like Salisu Buhari did. His 3 years jail term for perjury and forgery would be pardoned. However, if he does, Shettima and the APC rogues would have an opportunity to continue mismanaging our country. Let him stay on and let the Supreme Court boot him and his party out of office. Good riddance to bad rubbish. |
tolue42:So because someone posted a doctored SSN report, you now your it to cover forgery? Una go explain tire. |
Your craze eeehhh! E choke agbadonians. Meanwhile Angela Liu (the slayer of Ogala and Oluwole) is patiently reviewing the statements to be issued to Atiku. |

epondudu:You said more about US courts, now fowl yansh is open |
If by any means Atiku succeeds in this his journey, some villages might be levelled up with all the buildings in them. Note that I said "if". Some judges will be retired forthwith and investigated for corruption. Some politicians will be locked up in DSS cells until their bank accounts and assets are cleaned out. All those that have a hand in rigging from INEC, to former state governors to some current ministers may run to exile. As for Tinubu, well ... good luck to him. Atiku has a large heart, but on this, I know he will be RUTHLESS! |
Xscape1993:@OP, do you even know what ex-factory price means? It means what distributors pay per bag. Then you add distributors margin (10%), transportation (another 10 - 15 %), then retailers margin. By the time it reaches the man at Ogba, it would be N4500 to N5000. |
Tinubu's lawyers are saying Supreme Court can no longer do anything with whatever Tinubu is hiding. Let it be established first that "emilokan" forged his record. Then let the Supreme Court tell us nonsense. It is that time they will know that power belongs to the people. All the bottled up anger about fraudulent practices by our politicians will be revisited. We, the people of Nigeria, we will collectively remove both the Supreme Court and the fraud. Nigeria as a nation does not belong to a few thieves. Let this be made known to all thieves. What befell Salisu Buhari must go round, no exceptions. |

GeneralPula:Your tears taste like Tango! You need to look for that drink to appreciate how your tears taste. |
Just like the student loan without clarity and sense of purpose, Tinubu has once again come with a new one ... Low Grade salary. Please who understands what that means? What % of the total work force is low grade? What % of Nigeria's 200 millions are these low grade? A failure is a failure. A man who constructed only one (1) road (about 5 km from Tinubu round about in Isakeko) in 8 years as governor, rather blaming FG for LGA funds, but borrowed equivalent was sold to us as builder of Lagos. What do you expect? |
Stop misleading the public. Include low grade a new Tinubu terminology that require definition |
Majesty7:Why are you so pained now? Okay, if it is unverified, you win abi. If it is verified, you won't die. Just endure the pain pèĺè ooo! |
seunmsg:I know you are in terrible pains right now. You do not have to vent it on me. I am not Atiku Abubakar or Angela Liu. I am an ordinary Nigerian like you. Do not worry, you will be alright las las. ![]() |
Hoelujohn:Lol! Kudos to our justices of technicalities! |
seunmsg:It is not over until it is over. You do not understand the things of the spirit. Wait for it. It took Israel over 400 years to reach the promised land ... the promised land, they got. It may tarry but surely it will come. |
Now that CSU is releasing Tinubu's resukts and other discoveries we hope that our supreme court that thrives on technicalities would not again dash the hope of Nigerians We are waiting to see how the appellant "could not prove beyond reasonable doubts" or how the appellant used the word "purported" or why did PDP "could not exhaustively use our internal resources" or why a "foreigner's statement is not tenable" or any technicalities to dismiss the cases. Nigerians are waiting to see how the abracadabra will unfold this time around.
