How are we sure Tinubu's documents that will be released by Chicago State University next month will not be heavily doctored like 2023 presidential election results? We are talking about the most corrupt university in the US here. Don't forget that CSU is a black dominated school in the States.
US is not Nigeria. Once a court give order, it is obeyed totally because any attempt to do otherwise is a recipe for jail term. I am not sure that Tinubu is as influential as Donald Trump and Biden family, whose cases the US courts are treating their duck ups.

Politics › Irreparable Damages: Tinubu Has A Case Of Felony & Forgery Awaiting Him by Validated(op): 11:23am On Sep 23, 2023
The irreparable damages Tinubu fears is captured in our laws.

Section 467 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Punishment of forgery in general

"Any person who forges any document, writing, or seal, is guilty of an offence which, unless otherwise stated, is a felony, and he is liable, if no other punishment is provided, to imprisonment for three years."

https://jurist.ng/criminal_code_act/sec-467

From above, one can see that the current Nigerian leader is sure to go to jail as soon as the courts in US compels CSU to release Tinubu's certificate. Then again, we are in Nigeria where justice is a "cash and carry" affairs.

In 2000 or there about a one time NASS speaker, Salisu Buhari of the House of Representatives of Nigeria resigned from office over allegations of certificate forgery. He was later convicted of certificate forgery and sentenced to two years in prison with an option of a fine. He paid the fine and was later pardoned by President.

In Anambra, Ifeanyi Ubah, senator representing Anambra South and candidate of the Young Peoples Party (YPP) was sacked from the Senate over allegations of certificate forgery. His NECO results were forged.

Kemi Adeosun's case was a celebrated one. She was disgraced out of office for forging NYSC certificate.

In Bayelsa, the case is even more dramatic and serious. David Lyon was declared governor-elect. However, 48 hrs to his swearing in the Supreme Court invalidated his election due to discrepancies in his running mate certificates.

These are just a few. So, one can begin to understand what irreparable damages Tinubu may face once the US court orders the release of his academic records.

First, the Nigeria Supreme court that nullified Ifeany Ubah's election, the same Supreme court that invalidated David Lyon election would be be boxed into a tight corner to save Tinubu

Second, Tinubu has amassed all his wealth since 1998, using forged certificates First as senator, then governor and till today. Hence all he has acquired could be construed as "proceeds of crime". Aside being jailed, his proceeds of crime would totally revert to government assets.

Thirdly, Tinubu would go down as the first president to be removed from office and jailed.

Then again, like I mentioned earlier, in Nigeria, justice is a "cash and carry" business.

Lol. This is the game Tinubu is playing:

—The final day for Atiku brief of argument at the Supreme Court is sept 28th.

—From what I’m seeing, Tinubu lawyers might file the reply that same 28th for this Chicago court and by then Atiku no go fit include any new evidence in his Supreme Court filing. Even tho technically, Supreme Court shouldn’t accept new evidence.

—After the 28th would have passed, Tinubu will now allow Chicago state to release his certificate and etc.

Like that Atiku could have wasted all his effort. People that are novice won’t understand Tinubu game.

Politics › Tribalism In Nigeria Is Worse Than Racism Worldwide by Validated(op): 5:22pm On Sep 21, 2023
You will think that racism is a disease in the West, no not worse than tribalism in Nigeria. I for example, have lived and been working in North America for over 10 years. I have moved from supervisory to managerial and senior management roles in Fortune 500 companies. Diversity and inclusiveness are two behaviors that these organizations do not play with.
Never has my color or race impacted my moves. I have lived in what you could call "white" dominated areas. Infact in my current home, my two neighbors are whites. We live in same vicinity. When we have house fellowship, my visitors park on their driveways. During Christmas, they share what they have with us. We live like we are from the same race.

Back in Nigeria, it was not the same. We prefer to rentbour housed to our people. I once worked in one of Nigeria's conglomerate before relocating. There, tribalism and kparapor was a selling point. Your promotion is somehow tied to it. I recall the week I resigned, the HR called me to ask what informed my decision. I pointed out to them one of my colleagues who was fast rising on the fact that she and the GMD were from the same state. They speak same language hold weekly kparapor meetings at Ikoyi resident of the GMD. Today, that company is in the dust.

Those of us from minority ethnic groups are just on our own. Down in Delta (my own state), I could not be employed in NPDC because "you need to know someone". Unfortunately, the someone's are from the big ethnic nationalities in Nigeria. Nothing is done on merit. So you ask why are people from a section of Nigeria are japaing, there you got. The best brains are already out!

Not too long ago, I was listening to Parara mock news. In one episode, he was boldly saying that "Igbos cannot rule Nigeria". Such a harmless statement could not have been echoed by a news or YouTube outlet if it is not the general belief in Nigeria. This is a clear systemic discrimination in Nigeria polity. Nigerians of other ethnic nationalities know this "unwritten constitution" anchored on tribalism, neither the politicians nor the people dare voice it nor discuss it. A very sad thing to say the least. So, when you hear the likes of Reno Omokry boasting that Peter Obi cannot be president, he is not just referring to Peter Obi, he is referring to the Igbos. That is the height of deceit we have in a nation called Nigeria.

In Igboland, they have the osu caste system. This is 2023. No Nigeria Law touches it. We pretend that all is well. We are worse than those who we term racists. Our tribalism, caste systems, social and religious differences will continue to hold Nigeria down for another century. Nothing will change until we begin to see each other based on the content of their characters and not their ethnic origin.

Between 2015 to 2023, Buharivwas busy appointing his family, friend and northerners in government. The helped to drive our economy from a stable to a debt ridden one. One report had it that 96% of our revenue was dedicated to debt servicing. That means we had only 4% for national development. Where that is stolen, we borrowed again. He has now gone with his band and the country is worse off for it.
Now emilokan has started. He has surrounded himself with the same team that drove Lagos aground before Fashola boisted it. Today, our Naira has been wiped off the board of national currencies. Those who has N1000,000 saving in January could have been able to afford 4000 blocks today, if they are able to buy 2000 blocks with that money, they are lucky. Why, the new leader is so ethnic conscious that performance and sustainability is irrelevant. He will rather Nigeria dies than look up the best.

1n 1980, NPN used its power to manipulate electoral processes and impunity was the order of the day. As a young Nigerian, I still remember the story of how Adisa Akinloye was a political juganaut. How Umaru Dikko and others held Nigeria to ransom politically. There was an insnuation of landslide victory, moonslide victory everywhere. Infact, the slogan was "if you cannot beat them, you join them". Awo fought tooth and nail but the judiciary and FEDECO frustrated him. It was not long before the military ended that charade.

We are at it again. In 2023 after about 33 years later our politicians are back on the same charade. In cohort with the corrupt judiciary, they are now desecrating not only our laws, they are now reinterpreting our constitution.
The INEC in cohort with APC and the judiciary now pick and chose "clauses" in our laws and decide which is applicable and which is not.

In Ekiti, Osun and Anambra, the INEC and judiciary were fine with BVAS and iRev, but suddenly, those became useless in presidential elections.

Suddenly, collated voters number matching BVA is now jettisoned for manually stamped ballot papers.

Suddenly snatching of ballot and voters intimidation are no longer offence.

Suddenly our judicial officials who ought to be impartial umpires now read judgement prepared for them.

More and more, we are digging the grave of the 4th republic.

Well, as they say, "patience could boil stone soft". As this charade is drifting deep into deeper ocean, we the ordinary people would like to remind the present day "Adisa Akinloyes" and "Umaru Dikkos" that history has a way of repeating itself.
