Throwback:
You are deluded by the propaganda discussions in your obidient WhatsApp groups.

I reckon Obi won Kwara state and Kogi and Oyo and Ogun and Borno?

You are a loser just like Obi.

Your pain shall double by the time the tribunal gives it verdict, and it shall triple by the time you lose appeal up to the highest court.
Sorry, you are the deluded one. Peter Obi submitted 18000 mutilated and blurred results. The estimated votes recorded for Tinubu on those mutilated results were over 1.8m. Once the results from the mutilated and blurred results are deducted, and the supressed votes from Lagos, Rivers, Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa, etc are retallied,Tinubu will go home with less than 6m

tundein18:
You need 25% votes in 24 states to win and obi has only 16 states so obi cannot be declared winner.
Obi won in 16 states and got 25% in 25 states and FCT. INEC deducted Obi's votes to announce Tinubu in the following states:
Lagos, Plateau, Imo, Benue, Rivers, Nasarawa, Bayelsa, Delta, Ogun, Ekiti, Kogi, Adamawa and Taraba. When all of the surpressed votes are tallied correctly, Tinubu will come out 3rd After Atiku.

How many presidents have been removed in Nigeria?
Why are you scared. Obviously, you have seen how vague the written defence from Tinubu is. Nothing to cling on, other than threatening anarchy. By who? Rather when Tinubu is removed, there will celebration bigger than when Abacha died.

Not a point to premise an arguement on.
A stolen mandate is the worst form of corruption. If we want to run a dictatorship or military rule, so be it. As long as we have a constitution and democratic rule, we are duty bound to follow the constitution.
Tinubu lacks the votes to be president and must be removed.

The Senate president will take over pending any recount, or by-election or whatever. We must get it right.

Not like disqualifying already sworn in president

It's a delusional fermented palm wine tapper's dream to think president Tinubu would be removed by SC, which which petition?
I pity your reasoning because it is naive. Many governors have been removed and nothing happened. If Tinubu is removed, his supporters will only mourn for a few days.

Our laws have to start biting hard, so people like you will begin to learn that "sworn-in" does not immune anyone from the laws.
Politics › PEPT: Disqualification Of Candidates Is Not New To Election Tribunal by Validated(op): 5:43am On Jul 17, 2023
If any of the three major presidential candidates, Tinubu of APC, Atiku of PDP and Peter Obi of Labour Party is found wanton in line wiyh the Nigeria Law, he should be disqualified. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.
No anarchy, no unrest, etc. Any protests will be summarily dealt with by our security forces. Let the laws take its FULL course!
Nigeria is bigger than any individual or group of individuals. It is high time we begin cleaning up our electoral system.

The Era of people stealing votes, manipulating results with impunity should end. The Era of disenfranchisement of people should end. We should begin to make people ACCOUNTABLE.
Accountability is what separates the developed nations from the under developed. We disobey laws because we know that the system does not hold us accountable.

In the West, if you commit a crime, there is about 70-90% chance that you are caught and made to face full wrath of the law. In our system, you have less 10% chance of being caught. This is because our police is not accountable. The day we start holding DPOs accountable for every crime in their precincts, crime will drop. The day our courts start removing governors, assembly men, etc for crises they orchestrate during and after election, we would begin to see freer and fairer elections.

The day we begin to jail our returning officers for manipulating election results, our elections will become credible. We see bigger nations hold elections in seamless manner, but back home, we deploy the most advanced technology and at the end jettison it so as to give room to some thieves and thugs to have field days. Who says there are no thugs in these other societies, but their laws are respected. Noone dares the law.

Back home, we glory in technicalities as if we created the word. So, a thief will be caught red handed, but because he was not arrested by the police, "technically", he may not be the thief. Tell me why such a thief will not upscale to become an armed robber and subsequently an armed bandit?

So, to all election tribunal judges, please do the right thing. Let us stop encouraging frauds. As the most populous black nation of the world, let us prove to the world that we are not as corrupt as we are seen. That way, our politicians would not manipulate our electoral process and wave it off with the now popular maxim, "GO TO COURT". They say that because know the courts cannot bite.

It is high time our courts begin to bite, and bite real HARD!

Politics › Tribulation: Dollar Now N789 by Validated(op): 8:48pm On Jul 10, 2023
The tribulation that has befallen Nigeria is worse than those of warzone countries like Sudan, Somalia and Ukraine. Naira has now turned to toilet paper as $1 rises to N790.

We thought Buhari was bad, now we are most likely to be missing Buhari. Atleast during the dullard's time $1 was N461.

In the same vein, £1 now is said to be bracing N1000.

The good thing is that those who rejoiced at the fraud of an election and the wailers are in it together. Soon Petrol will be selling at N690 per litre. The poor would have to resort to donkeys.
