Infrastructure no body in Nigeria history comes close to umiah.....who ever wins the next election do well to appoint him minister of works and housing

Appoint an Igbo man minister of works, it has never happened before.

The funniest part of the whole thing is that they believe Nigerians will give them power with this their attitude

They really don’t understand that Nigerians are waiting for them

Any party that mistakenly field an Igbo as president or vp has lost even before d election

Their behavior is too weird to stay in a multi ethnic setting
You are a big fooool, people you hate so much , you still want to stay in the same country with them.

PharoahIII:
I wonder why people who manage to go abroad begin to think they are some sort of important species. There are people who are 1000x richer than those abroad living fine in nigeria, they havent died. Do people abroad not die? Are there no robberies or even killings abroad. Nigeria has its flaws but at least in Nigeria you'll be respected, but abroad you're nothing but an immigrant 'stealing their jobs' if you want to come back come back, if you dont want to come back then carrying on slaving over there.
Come to think of it, when you ran away and left Nigeria, who did you think was going to fix the country for you?
Nigerians only respect rich people, abroad there is dignity of labour, people just respect each other.

Don't forget that over 200 million people are living, working and sleeping in Nigeria and they have not all died.

Millionaires are emerging from Nigeria every year. It all depends on who you tole with and what you do.
Even in Afghanistan , Iraq and Yemen there are multi millionaires.

That's not wise at all
Very very lame.

If indeed they wanted it, he should have used his resources to back Obi
He left his kinsman in the cold for Atiku, Wike and Saraki to overpower him and came to APC where he had no friends to want to claim the throne only for him to say Kwankwaso of newly form NNPP will clinch it. How idiotic?

Why not encourage Obi to APGA and back him up with his resources there and push for Obi presidency.

I think he is more of a self serving fellow.
If not for our rotten judiciary he should be languishing in prison.
What he is saying is that the southwest and the south south have no conscience, the presidency was given to Obasanjo on a platter of gold, without him campaigning in 1999 . An Igbo man stepped down for a Yoruba man in the name of Olu Falae in 1999 , The Igbos voted for an Ijaw man named Good luck for president.

I am an igbo man, honestly if atiku wins pdp primaries and apc zones their ticket to the north, if tinubu decides to contest using another party, I don’t mind voting for him. This northern elders think they are wise.
The earlier southerners come together the better.
The southern politicians hate the south east , they think the know how to play politics.

seborrhic:
I can't wait for the APC,the devilish party,to make Lawan it's presidential candidate to spell it's death knell.
Likewise PDP fielding Atiku.
So APC would overlook Osibanjo, though overrated in my opinion, and Tinubu,a political juggernaut,to make Lawan,an inconsequential, rubber stamp senate President,it's candidate and expect any human being with a still intact grey matter,to vote for him, asides almajiris?
What Tinubu has to do is simply move to another party, get it's presidential candidate and he has enough sensible people all over Nigeria with the base he has built over the years,,to vote him in,if Obi isn't given the PDP ticket.
Rather a Southern Tinubu,if not Obi,with all his claimed baggage, than ANY Northerner again!
Lest anyone forget, voting a Northerner again, after Buhari should be a No-No.Buhari is the best the North has got to offer and we all saw the disaster he has turned out to be.
Let all focus now be on getting a Southerner the ticket, because the worse Southern candidate, will do better than the best the North, asides the Middle Belt, has to offer.
Since the South West and south south have no conscience and don't believe in southern brotherhood and above all are foolish, the North will have it.

Nigeria is not working, we just have to work, hope and pray it start working at some point.

I am not seeing anything on ground that will lead to Nigeria collapsing like the USSR or Yugoslavia soon.
Nigeria will not last any longer , just like when mashal Tito was holding Yogoslavia, people taught that Yugoslavia will not collapse because of tyrant Tito same thing happened when Andropov was the ruler of the Soviet Union , despite the signs, people taught that the Soviet Union was too strong to collapse.

The question we should all be asking ourselves is, "Why always the Igbos?" Why are the Igbos the only major tribe that wants to pull out of this union? Why not liaise with all the regions in the South and use the same energy to ask for restructuring.

If restructuring is executed the way it is planned, it is by far better than balkanization. Anyone who understands this will never support balkanization - that's why the Igbos are divided on presidency and secession.
It will not work, just look at all the countries in in Europe, you will see that they are all balkanized along ethnic lines as against what it used to be many years back, the only exceptions are Switzerland and United kingdom.
In Switzerland, the practice a confideral system, with a very weak center, that can never happen in Nigeria.

This is what is going to happen to the Igbos if Nigeria is divided. Before the separation the south Sudan were shouting they are cheated, marginalized etc since they have crude oil/resources like this ungrateful Igbos. After the separation the south Sudan are now suffering facing many challenges like insurgency, assassination attempts all due to greediness.
Something like this will happen to the Igbos if the are given independence too because of greediness and desire for instant gratification
Now they can't enjoy their resources since they are enemies of themselves
Stop talking what you don't know, go to Juba and see how fine they are doing. Foools

Hypocrisy...just like saying northern Muslims want Islamic state, many of them are members of Boko Haram and Islamic state of West Africa , even twelve states in the North are already practicing sharia Why do northerners want to be president of a secular Nigeria.

Nobody will say pim and nobody will threaten the real owners of Nigeria. Watch comments, nobody has the courage to say deploy soldiers and deal with any Fulani youths you see. The Army will not make tribal remarks because if they do, the people that makes the tribal remarks will be retired.

Go to social media, you will not see any person posting when the military retaliate nobody should complain. We have cowards and many cowardice tribes in Nigeria. The hypocrites will not say pim. You will only read " may God help us oo". "What is their problem.". These people no dey tire". That's all and tomorrow they kill more soldiers and no innocent people will be touched. #Fact
If you do a Google search, you will discover that the only region where the soldiers burn people houses is only in the south east they have done it on several occasions since 2021, despite the fact that there are more killings of soldiers in the North.
PoliticsRe: Igbo Nation On The Way To Minority. by vanunu: 12:58am On May 09, 2022
The Igbo nation has been on the receiving end from the colonial period, it has nothing to do with Kanu, In 1945 and 1953 Igbos were brutally killed in Nigeria and nothing was done about it, in 1966 alone more than 30,000 Igbos were brutally massacred even the then govt of Gowon actively participated
After the war when they were building steel Mills , refineries, power plants and other giant projects none was sited in Igbo land, infact Gowon built super highways in every region except the east.

In the 1970s and 1980s the ministries where Igbos were given ministerial position was usually ministry of information and education, till date no Igbo dead or alive have been appointed minister of works.

No govt in Nigeria has ever appointed Igbo man as a minister of works.

So Nnamdi kanu and his mad gang has nothing to do with the situation Igbos found themselves.
In 1999 the south west were given the presidency on a platter of gold despite the fact that Igbos were the leading members in the formation of the then major political parties.

To cut the story short, the northern zones and the western zone of the country can never vote an Igbo as there president no matter how good the person is.
So , if somebody like Rochas or Orji Kanu like let them build schools in every state in the North, they are just wasting there time no core northerner will vote an Igbo man in primary election not to talk of the main election, they have never done that before and will never do it

During the civil war , more than 3 million Igbos were brutally killed and starved to death by the Nigerian government till date there is no date set aside for the remembrance of those killed.

Both fg and kanu are guilty, you forgot when the Nigerian police were killing hundreds of unarmed Biafran protesters.

Does this story make any sense to anyone with brains? A joint taskforce was on patrol when they came across a notorious ESN leader called 'evil forest' and his gang numbering at least 25. An ensuing gunbattle led to 25 people being killed.

First question, has anyone ever heard of a notorious ESN commander called 'evil forest' before this report was made? Im sure no

How is it possible for a taskforce to have killed 25 people during a gunbattle? You are taking cover, Im taking cover, we are both firing at each other, but you managed to kill 25 of my boys? Thats ridiculous

The story makes no sense whatsoever. But we all know the truth. The Nigerian Army just went around Orlu on Easter Sunday killing people for no reason.

Theres no ESN called Evil forest and the entire story was made up to cover up the atrocities of the Nigerian Army
I have only seen the picture of one young man probably returning from church before he was killed by the soldiers and noth to else since Sunday.
