Ghana electricity is presently in the hand of ECG not PDS. cus the diabolical agreement have been over run. who ever is feeding you rubbish. low shedding in Ghana has never been attributed to low power capacity in this year. it is either maintanance of the road due to construction or train road development or relocation of the grid from Tema base down to gas house( takoradi) . and ever since I have landed in the country( which is about 1 month and some few days now) my light has never blink.

so currently, Ghana is generating excess of electricity more than what she needs. yet she still plan to build a nuclear plant. that is pragmatic thinking . since most source of electricity cannot be trusted . nuclear electricity is useful, practical and cost efficient in the long term. Solar and wind cannot provide the standard baseline during the peak hours of electricity consumption because they are fairly unstable; but nuclear can easily supplement the grid.

it will have been better if you start from police. Ghana has one of the finnest trainned police in africa. Ghana should be part of the top four. in millitary, Ghana is not doing bad either since the country is peaceful( third most peaceful country in africa ) the millitary has never been over stretched . so it is difficult to ascertain her millitary strength or capacity. but we can judge from the international assignment. Ghana millitary corps are one of the best trainned and most disciplined in africa.
