who are you to speak on behalf of federal govt. Do you know the amout of income tourism can generate or number of graduate it can employ？Ask egypt and spain. i dont know where they get thier reference. Morocco and southafrica top the chart table. Egypt ,algeria and libya also perform good. Kenya and nigeria are a liittle diffrence.with nigeria leading by 2percentage. You can access wikipedia to fully get the info.

ghana has the fastest internet speed in africa. number 77 in the world.internet penetration in ghana is not really high compare to what is available in nigeria or southafrica .... It may suprise you north africa lead the race of internet penetration.

(2) USA is a very good example in terms of student loan, probably the best and far better than the UK. they actually started it.
(3)well, if u say Ghana has no issue with it, no qualms....but do u know that about late last year, debtors owe USA about $1.5tr, APPROX 7% OF THEIR GDP. can Ghana stand the heat when it gets to that?

no uk is the leading country in student loan and national health insurance policy. and you know what ghana is using uk model.

in any good colledge there is this two program you must pass through to get a degree. critical thinking and appplication oriented module. With this two you should be able to scale through debt you accrue after graduation.


usa might not be good example. you need to sight good example like UK and germany. usa is not bad either but they are not getting it right like uk. so they need to learn from the best.

so far ghana has no issue with it. it has an insurance backup. therefore the foundation is solid.
