Let’s talk about the spike in ovulation period and majority of women are always very Hot when they’re ovulating. Is that also a lie🤔

Everything is weaponized with a woman even the so called ovulation. She plays it as she deems fit.

Always try having relationship talks with ladies that you’re not dating. But make sure you’re trustworthy and not a gossip. Try to make them be free with you and you’ll learn a lot. What I’ve learnt from gals that are free with me, I can never learn from my fellow guy or girlfriend. I don’t want to derail the thread but I’d have given you a hint you’ll never know as a guy🍹

RomanceRe: When “Independent Women” Still Seek Dependence by vdestro: 4:56pm On Oct 23, 2025
Dpsychologist:
Over time, I’ve noticed a strange contradiction among a high number of women who proudly wave the banner of feminism — especially those with thriving careers or businesses.

They speak eloquently about equality, patriarchy, and misogyny, yet in practice, many still seek the traditional privileges they claim to reject.

You say men and women are equal — yet you expect him to be the provider, to shoulder the bills, protect, and lead. You preach independence, but your definition of partnership still revolves around a man’s resources and emotional strength.

In my experience, some of the most dependent women I’ve known — emotionally, financially, and physically — are also the loudest self-proclaimed feminists.

Let’s be honest: knowing the vocabulary of feminism isn’t the same as living by its principles. True equality is not in slogans or hashtags — it’s in the choices and responsibilities one is willing to share.

And maybe that’s the uncomfortable truth, that beneath the labels and ideologies, most women still crave structure, leadership, and the security that comes from a man who provides.

Perhaps the problem isn’t that they don’t believe in equality…
Maybe it’s that equality is easier to demand than to practice.

This is what i term the Feminism Paradox.

What do you think?
They don't believe in equality.

They say they do but really all they want is the right to scream equality which makes men uncomfortable thereby giving them their way to get what they really want.

And what they really want is for men to bow to them and serve them and give them all that he has and is.

Sex is the only way they are wired to show they love you. So you rejecting means you don’t want them the way they want you.

Sex is also a medium which they get you to commit. Once you’re committed, then the Billings and other boyfriend benefits can follow.

If you’re not having sex with her, there’s no difference between you and that guy that talks to her on her way back from shop. To them, it’s a means of appreciation, validation and proof of love.

Ovulation spikes their sex drive and who do you want them to run to if not their boyfriend🤷‍♂️ They also have libidos like us. Some even higher.

Lastly, they also like it the way we do tongue but can’t express it due to societal stigmatization.

If you’re not ready to supply some of her emotional and sexual needs, it’s best you let her find her match. So you don’t create a post on how all ladies are not loyal and you not understanding them.
🚶‍♂️
You couldn't be more wrong. You are using yourself as a man to read a woman. Only a woman can tell you the truth.

Not once not twice have I noticed this...she loses interest. And I begin to wonder;

* Is sex truly the only female offering in a relationship?

* Do females grow cold feet because their sexual manipulation power is gone?

*Do these females give sex to hoodwink men into long fruitless relationships?

We all see it. See how the treat umuada like a gathering of children. With shock amusement do I watch the umuadas doing form "a circle, a big circle" and turning around and round raising the picture of the dead just like little children do. Then one can see how the men completely remove themselves from the women's activity as if the women are sheet. And that all the umuadas have done is not the wake, until when the men take over and do the wake. It is then you can feel that the wake as started as you see how the men would be pouring in like ants who have found where the sugar is.

If they can be this discriminatory against their own wives and daughters, what would they do outsiders?

Truly, I now agree that an Igbo man should not be made King (president) of Nigeria, to even appreciate that even the Igbo man does want any of his brothers to be his king. Men, this people get nsobu oo

you are trying to do math with scripture that you don't even understand.

What makes them one, is it because they are two?

You say God didn't create two females, did God ask Adam to marry one wife?

You speak about divorce like God didn't permit it. Lol, God made one man, he failed and God replaced him with another.

Instead of you to use God's word, you are trying to use theological logic to answer a simple question God has already spoken concerning but noooo, you think you are a child of God by contradicting God?

Do you even understand why Jesus quoted what Moses wrote in Genesis that they become one flesh, as to answer those who wanted to divorce their wives for just any reason, instead of staying faithful to the wife of their youth and not treat her wickedly and treacherously like Malachi wrote.
This is so offpoint and lacking in sense.

My point was on Christ and His declaration on marriage in counter to the guy's question on Christ-ian marrying two wives so all you have written up there is off point and addresses nothing.

In Old testament it was normal to marry two or more wives
.
I have read the scriptures very well, and I have not found any convincing evidence both in new and old testament that marrying two wives legally is a sin.
..
Modern Christians believe that after marrying one wife, if u add another one, then u have committed fornication/adultery. Now I have 2 questions

First question: What if after marrying the first wife, I saw a widow or a virgin, and I never slept with her until after I legally married her as second wife. How will that be term adultery or fornication?

Second question: What if when I wanted to marry my first wife, I instead engaged two women or two virgin, and they both agreed, and I never slept with either of them until after marriage ceremony was done for both of them same day. Is that fornication and how is it fornication/adultery?

I will love your answers with sound scriptural backing....and please read and understand the scenario I painted. Thank you
See madness o, how can one put Christian and two wives together.

Christian: the law of He made them male and female (not male and females) thus 1+1=1 (not 1+1+1 or 1+2) which Christ Himself from which the word Christian was coined, restated when they asked him about divorce o, is it now polygamy which is male and females? They dared not even ask.

How then you can you ask if a Christ-ian (1+1) can marry two wives (1+1+1 or 1+2), ha haba.

This is gross mismatching and can not stand together.

If you want to do polygamy abeg be your pagan self and be responsible for it.

Now, Mr. A has been a Christian and religious all his life, infact he was born into Christianity, he believed in God for the protection of himself and his family

He would wake up every morning for prayers and morning devotions and everything is going on well.
One day, Mr. A sent his young daughter to go buy food in the neighboring street, he waited for hours and the daughter did not return, he started getting apprehensive and it became very dark in the night with no sign of the 6 year old.
Unbeknown to him, the innocent girl was abducted by a sex predator and molested.

Now, remember Mr. A placed his trust in God who is omniscient and Omnipresent. It meant God was aware and present when the innocent girl was ravaged and he did nothing to help.
Would you suggest Mr. A keeps trusting in God even though God failed to protect his daughter from the predator?

What escuse are you going to make for God it. The scenario above.
You are born a Christian does not make you a Christian.

Christian is by choice!

A true Christian knows what it means to truly have a relay-tionship with God.

A relay-tionship is not one sided. It is exactly that, a lay and a relay in that both parties lay on each other.

So a relay-tionship with God begins when you not only rely on God but He too relies on you.

People only call on God to do for them this and that and call it prayer and morning devotion.

Prayer for work, house rent, protection e.t.c wanting only what God can do for them and never caring what they can do for God and they say they are Christians, that they pray a lot. What a whole lot of rubbish.

Come on, your prayer is for you and you alone. Y'are just selfish and no body likes a selfish person. No one can be in a relay-tionship with such a person.

So sorry you are not in a relay-tionship with God but with yourself.

So blame yourself for any evil that befalls you and not God whom you were never in any relay-tionship to begin with.

Nnamdipapa:
There was this thread on Nairaland that made the front page about few days ago about whether a guy should marry a lady just because he got her pregnant.

It got me thinking and took me down memory lane, reminding me of a girl I went to secondary school with.

Khadija was a beautiful, petite teenage girl with big dreams. She rocked a big afro that she always combed out, and her school uniform was always neatly starched and ironed. She had a dark ebony complexion, a permanent smile on her face, and a friendly personality that made everyone like her.

She was the only girl in a family of eight and was pampered by her parents and big brothers. She was in SS1 at Methodist Grammar School in Agege, Lagos. Her family, originally from Kaduna State, had recently converted from Islam to Christianity. She had her life planned out—she wanted to be an engineer and make her family proud.

I was in the same class as her and secretly had a crush on this articulate, beautiful girl.

At the start of SS1, we got a new teacher, Mr. Olanrewaju. He had just graduated from university and was posted to my school after his NYSC. He studied chemical engineering but was assigned to teach physics.

Mr. Olanrewaju was a devout Christian, a worker in Deeper Life Bible Church, and a very serious guy. He always talked about God and the Bible. Since I was also a member of the church, I got close to him, especially after bumping into him at one of our December retreats. He once confided in me that he hated teaching and was only doing it while waiting to land a job as a big-shot engineer in an oil and gas company.

Now back to my story—around this time, Mr. Olanrewaju started getting close to Khadija. He had his office in the Technology Department, a separate building from the teachers' office because he refused to stay with the other teachers.

I noticed he was always studying with Khadija, helping her with assignments, and mentoring her since she also wanted to be an engineer. Plus, she was a new Christian who had just converted from Islam, so he was also guiding her in her faith. Because of this, everyone trusted him.

We all believed he was a good, responsible Christian man, so nobody suspected anything. That’s why we were all SHOCKED when Khadija ended up PREGNANT by him.

It was one of the biggest scandals in our school at the time. Olanrewaju was completely trusted, so no one saw it coming.

Her parents stormed the school in anger, and Khadija, overwhelmed with shame, had to drop out in SS1. Just like that, all her dreams were gone. She was confused and devastated because she had trusted her teacher. Olanrewaju was suspended from the school, and Khadija’s brothers went back to Islam after feeling betrayed by someone they trusted.

Her family was so ashamed that they forced Olanrewaju to marry her. They couldn’t allow their only daughter to have a child out of wedlock—it was an abomination to them.

At that point, Khadija had developed an intense hatred for him. She didn’t want anything to do with him, and even Olanrewaju wasn’t ready for marriage. He was clearly in a position of authority and took advantage of her. Marriage was the LAST thing on their minds.

But their families wouldn’t have it. A wedding was quickly arranged, and Khadija moved in with her husband. Nine months later, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

The scandal eventually faded, and we moved on with school. Years later, I ran into Khadija again.

She already had four kids and looked completely miserable. She never finished secondary school and complained about constant beatings and domestic abuse from Olanrewaju. Even he wasn’t happy in the marriage. I shook my head when I realized this once-bright girl with so much potential was now trapped in a life that felt like a prison—all because she got pregnant.

Now, this brings me to the reason for my rant. Let’s analyze the main issues and their implications:

1. Khadija was a minor and a victim.

She got pregnant from her first sexual encounter, and she trusted her teacher and spiritual mentor. So, in reality, she was a victim. Plain and simple. It makes me so mad when people blame girls in situations like this.

2. The real mistake was forcing her into marriage.

Yes, getting pregnant as a teenager was a mistake. But the BIGGER mistake was forcing her to marry her abuser. That decision ruined her life.

Why did her parents and family insist on the marriage?

To save face. Most Nigerian parents only care about avoiding SHAME. They don’t think about their daughter’s future or happiness. They just want to avoid embarrassment—what will the neighbors say? What will church members think?

They didn’t care whether Khadija loved the man or not. They didn’t care if he was abusive. They just wanted to erase the "shame" of an out-of-wedlock pregnancy.

But listen to me, ladies—pregnancy is NOT the end of your life.

You don’t have to force a man who doesn’t love you into marriage just because you got pregnant. Imagine being stuck with someone for the rest of your life, knowing deep down that you forced him into it. That marriage will NEVER be happy. You’ll be setting yourself up for a life of misery, and you’ll bring innocent children into an unhappy home.

Please, don’t do this to yourself.

What options did Khadija have?

1. They could have safely terminated the pregnancy, allowing her to continue school and chase her dreams. She would have learned an important life lesson and built resilience.

2. They could have let her have the baby while supporting her fully. With proper childcare help, she could have gone back to school and continued her education with a new perspective on life.

In conclusion,

It is wicked and cruel to force a girl into marriage just because of an accidental pregnancy.
It is unfortunate how you men do not see that you are willing scapegoats playing the part scripted by women in this scheme engineered by women!

Girls especially secondary school girls are not as innocent as they portray themselves. They always have a plan and that plan always involves getting a man to do for them what they do not want to do for themselves.

They already have a target in mind and when that targeted man shows up they begin to put in motion that plan.

What you do not know you are seeing is one whose plan blew up in her face and is suffering the consequences of her plan that failed.

She would not have complained if her teacher man got the big dream job he had in mind and if he went on to love her so much and give her everything she wants in life so she can be better than her mates who are still in school unmarried with nothing to their names.

Women beginning with when they are girls in secondary school are very calculative and already planning the man they shall hook to give them everything in life.
