This is the same man that insinuated that fellow Nigerians arent being murdered by this Western-back terrorist government.
Actually I really do not give a shyyt if 40 African nations recognize the TNC as Libya's government. What we want to hear is that the unevacuated Nigerians left behind in Libya are safe or else they should be airlifted right away. |

Oshiomole seems not to have abandoned his crude tactics as NLC leader now as a governor. They call this man the people's man but he needs to understand better ways of handling situations in a democratic environment |

queensmith: only God knows what gives any of you the impression that African arabs give a excreta abt blacks
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/talking_point/debates/african/953159.stm I know alot of people who have been to Libya and they all said arabs were racist. They were and still are but Ghadaffi wasn't. If not he would nto have curbed xenophobic riots and encouraged black Africans to come and serve as labour in his country. |

In as much as I condemn domestic violence in all ramifications, I have learnt not to jump to conclusion on this case. I have also learnt not to be misled by the media. the hype by the media is disheartening. I believe in my hard earned fact before I draw conclusions.
Nigerian Press is packed full of armchair reporters they listen to wouldbe eye witnesses without doublechecking their stories before rushing to file their news story. Believe a Naija newspaper story intoto then you will believe anything and you may end up being totally misled QED. It's not only the Nigerian Media. It's the media in general, check out the issue of Strauss-kahn, the ex-IMF boss whom almost every mediahouse was labelling a pervert untill proven innocent. |

Last week the same press reported the police diffusing a bomb in Lagos, but later it was reported that the police claimed it was not a bomb. I asked myself, what did the Police diffused in the first place?. It was such a misleading and moronic reports.
It is naively to draw conclusion so soon when we don't know what actually happened. Remember, it was not a street brawl but husband and wife issue. They had lived together with a kid for substantive years. Personally, I am ignorant of what either of them faced each day of their existence. There is more to this story than what the media reports, afterall the press gathered their story in piecemeal from purported eyewitnesses, unfortunately, these eyewitnesses were not with them. I would not want to say the husband was an albatross to the wife and vice-versa. It might be a case of BAD meeting EVIL.
Whatever, being the case, I am awaiting the end, which justifies the mean. I pray it is free of shady deals typically of our system. Very wise opinion |

aloy/emeka: Sunday, September 11, 2011 Assault Saga: Official Statement From Olisa Adibua
As has been widely reported I was involved in an altercation with a work colleague during the week. I am deeply regretful of what transpired and have taken full responsibility for my actions. I have privately apologized to my colleague, the team that I work with and I am taking this opportunity to apologize to the public at large. As humans we all make mistakes and I made a major one which is completely out of character. I over reacted to a situation and that is something that will never repeat itself. Despite being at the centre of a media feeding frenzy, I’ve been silent in order to allow the organization, to which I’m affiliated with and at who’s premises the incident occurred, to carry out its investigations and come to a conclusion but most importantly to allow the aggrieved party (Mr. Adewunmi Oyekanmi) time to accept my heartfelt apology.
While the events have been distorted, I am very apologetic about the situation but picking holes in the media reports or pointing out the falsehoods will not be useful, however, any kind of loss of control is not excusable and I have since tendered an unreserved apology to 'Dewunmi. I have always preached against violence and so this is a time for some reflection. Again, I apologize and I thank ‘Dewunmi for accepting my apology.
I would like to thank the hundreds of people who called me and those who sent in messages For more than 20years now, I’ve operated in the Electronic media sector without a blemish but by this action, I have let myself down and most importantly I’ve let Family, Friends and the millions of people who look up to me, down.” To those who have been clamoring for my response, I thank you for your patience and understanding. Thank you very much and God Bless. Olisa Adibua
http://lindaikeji..com/2011/09/assault-saga-official-statement-from.html Glad to see this. Come on, we're all human beings with the tendency to lose our temper at times. At least he's apologised. He without sin, should cast the first stone. Olisa still remains my man |

Basics007: That place is smoking hot at the moment. I wont be surprised if Olisa take down that page soon. Good for him. No he's not! But i can imagine the humiliation this Dewumi guy must have gone thru. Of course he cant fight for his right in a court of law cos he wouldn't want to lose his job in this era of job scarcity and he has a lot of mouth to feed, coupled with the corrupt judiciary he system may never get his dues. Take heart bro. If you cant beat him, arrange for him to be beaten True, dat facebook page has got to go down in his interest. |
