another mumu on d loose! He does not mean literal stoning! He means holding them accountable, like Mandela rightfully said, the youth of this country needs to be angrier and demand more from their leaders! If not for the massive looting nd insincerity of our leaders, u would ve been exposed to quality education, nd understanding the statement or figure of speech, would not ve been a big deal for you.

@op, just watch your son and see if he is catching up in other aspect of his social life.i remember a boy of 9 yrs old who won a competition meant for junior sec schools.the boy must have started earrly and from the interaction i have with his parent and school mates, he has the touch of every sphere of human endeavours.pls allow your son to explore and yours is to watch/monitor him to if you know what i mean.i personally love such kids if they are doing well.

what is all the noise about?lets give it to this man.he is a problem identifier.even multinationals coy does it.its call on the job training where u learn practically everything that involve a process.you have an on the spot assessment of all issues involve.recently when a company wanted to introduce a brand of machine in nigeria, the rep coy here was compelled to send people to germany for training even when it was clear that the german coy will still deploy the machines to nig.its very cost effective on the long run.its train the trainers.if our leaders have been doings this, we wont be where we are today.lets learn new ways of doing things. Nigeria is on its way up if all the states can emulate this.lets concentrate on our powerhouse which is agric so that food will be abundant like in europe

I get amused by the outburst of some of my mates on nairalander.the marriage of the banks have brought about so many headaches to the management of the bank.several things were actually wrong with the old staff of oceanic bank and this is what is being presently addressed in form of training and re-training to bring them to the same page instead of sacking them i was reliably informed and this is actually paying off as evidenced in the branches nation wide.All the management of the bank required is a good customer service practises from all the staff and this envidenced in their atm machines in the recent time.
@ops,you and your complainants can just resign if you are not comfortable with the mission and vision of the bank for a first class pan african bank and first three banks in nigeria where your job will be secured.

the report is totally false or how can a daura branch of any bank have over 40 million in their vault. What is their over night limit ? The soldier man should get his figures right. An avarage market branch of bank in nigeria holds between 20 and 30m. And to my fellow NL this is the begining of the end to this entity called nigeria if care is not taken.lets pray for God intervention so that we dont end up like libya and and other arab country. I fear for the aged and the children.the dont deserve this option.

dear all, i think its high time we speak with facts. The id;s required for western union are the 3 valid means passport, drivers licence and natioonal id. And for transactions that are less than 400 dollars any other form of id will surfice. The only clause is you must have an acitve account with the bank before you are paid.it doesnt matter whether current or savings.pls op you have a case with the if your bros is truthful.somebody 's job is at stake. Uba are never ethical.

i am always sad when i read some comments on NL.it actually portray the kind of future we have as nigerians.we now live on mediocrity as second best is enough for us or how do you xplain somebody who is well read to say govt should unban okada simply because its a source of livelihood for some people especia,lly graduates.what is their percentage? Is that the only option left for them?have fall victim of any of the menace of these okada guys.
I am sorry to say though i feel the pains of these guys but am proud of fashola for this particular law. Afterall there is hope for my future and my kids unborn. Let them seek other legitimate means of income. As a lagos resident i can enter a bank and get home successfully without any fearful looking guys looking at me even when am cashless. There is dignity in labour and these guys dont just value their lives. Lets have the believe that nigeria must be transformed at a price. Long live Lagos, city of excellence. Sanity is gradually coming back

fellow NL, OBJ came to power when nigeria was at a brink of colapse and tried his best to resulcitate almost a dead nation due to military overstayed.in my opnion he should be celebrated because of the few foundation the guy was able to laid though not without his own flaws like every other human but meh the guy tried in a complex nation as ours. The guy fought many battles and was still able to leave some legacies. If not for the way he dismatle the abokis strong hold on our military, probably, another coup will have . . . The guy laid the foundation to our IT hence the birth of internet like never before. Ok compare him to the present dude .how much was tolen under him and the present leader my take is obj is far better than any other leader of this great country.,
so many argument in his support ,he deserve our respect

has anyone tried ecobank of recent? When you do TT, it got there almost the same day provided your receipient details are ok and you submitted before 2pm.

i wonder why you guys want to know which bank pay more than the other.is it to increase the burden of those fortunate guys or what?anyway the issue is that how much do they really take home? some banks are more tax friendly than the other. others like ecobank give you free health services to a limit.pls consider those factor.best of luck. i am really enjoying the topic.
