That's because the seller doesn't ship to Nigeria. Why not use nairaland shippers, it is cheaper.

Since this lock down was relaxed and the subsequent lifting of ban on interstate movements, I decided to test the waters on aliexpress with just a 5$ order on 30th June, it was shipped this morning 4th of July through Yanwen airmail with a 90 days BP.
