That would only be OK if he's travelling on behalf of the company (that is, if he would be travelling in the company's interest), but like i explain earlier, if his travel would be for anything personal, then, the company must be left out of it because, what is of the company is of the company's and what is personal is personal; therefore, as a co owner of the company, it is expected that his personal (not company's) earning documents shows tax deduction: and if there is no earning documentation, it therefore means that the company is operating illegitimately and is questionable and by Europe standard, such company is criminal and therefore, a visa sought under the company's influence would be refused.

In a country where oil Bunkering is a big business, explaining the source of income would Definitely be a problem, and also like i explained earlier, a compliant bank account must show sources of income otherwise, it would be considered criminal; and a visa sought with such account will definitely result in refusal.

Unfortunately, it is a requirement to present your account even if your appeal is allowed; meaning, you would be asked to resubmit your documents because, they expect that some of your circumstances might have be affected by circumstantial changes: so, you would need to provide current and valid document in order for your application to be re-accessed.

Good questions. Now, i can see that the problem is not the invitation letter, but rather the situation of his circumstances.
   First of all, be advised that the company (even if he is the sole owner) can not be accepted as his sponsor; know that a company can only sponsor a visa applicant if the purpose of the trip is official or the applicant is offered the trip as a treat on promotion for the company. But if the trip would be for a Family Visit, Tourism or Pleasure, a company's account will not be accepted: One question that he would be asked is, of "what benefit would his travel be to the company?"
   As for the lack of Payslip, there would be no problem if his bank account statement shows his earnings and the sources of income, but if there are evidence of money lodgement from unverifiable sources, then, i'm afraid he'd need to explain why it is so: Know that in Europe, a bank account receiving money lodgement from unverifiable sources is considered criminal and the owner may be prosecuted

Why do Nigerians travel? Is it for good condition of living or what? Assuming our own economy is okay, who would like to travel elswhere for what to do over there? As at 70s and early 80s naira was higher than dollar, pounds etc, who loves traveling to abroad if not to go to school or on businesses? Why did they killed the fewer companies that were here before? For more than 51 years and still counting, no light in evil one Nigeria. Now that 1 USD is over N150, my people, traveling to places you know very well that their money is higher than naira is first class businesses to lay your hands on if you can make it and have something doing over there. I just read the below (quoted) post regarding a "madman" who elude airport security and gained access to airplane tarmac, and i thought of the need to resurrect this thread:

But some of the courageous passengers approached him and others went to call security operatives who promptly apprehended him and took him away.

From his bevahiour, his dressing and knack of breaking through barricades, instead of following the right place, prompted many to believe that the man was insane.

This was later confirmed by those who got close to him. The General Manager, public affairs of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Akin Olukunle, who confirmed the incident in a telephone interview said the mad man had been arrested and handed over to the police for interrogation.

Olukunle stated that if it were established that the 'passenger' was mentally challenged, the police would take him to the rehabilitation centre for treatment.

"The arrested person was a lunatic who, wanted to travel out of the country by all means. But, he was immediately overpowered by the security operatives attached to the airport. After investigation, and if confirmed he was mad, he would be taken to a rehabilitation centre," Olukunle explained.

There has been several post about women in relationships for "money"  My thought is "this must be a culture thing" and not a individual thing. 

I was brought up to be independent in everything I do. I don't generally look for any man to do what I can do for myself.

"Pampered" is the word here, and in case you don't know it's quite to the extreme of "taking care of someone". I wouldn't expect a reasonable woman to desire "pamper". Not that I have anything against you or against those who wish for such inconsiderate attention. But apparently, it's irreconcilable with reality and is at best done away with for the benefit of mutual understanding between man and wife.
Of course, I'd desire a woman who'd take care of me, just as I will her. Equal measures is the word here. But for one to do it more than the other certainly speaks less of the receiver!
