N101:How about reading the original post before asking questions? |
N101:If it's an official invitation letter from a company or institute or organisation and the letter is carrying a stamp, then, the original letter should be provided. But if it is a letter from an unofficial individual such as a friend or family member, any copy of the letter would do, even if it is by email or fax. |
fatjazz:If you don't mind, i'd like to be honest even if it seems discouraging. Please, understand that i need to ask these questions not because i am curious about your family life, but rather because i want to attend this issue with competency. Now, are you aware that the onus is on you and your wife to notify the appropriate authorities of the change in your marital status, therefore, did you do any thing about the change status prior to this time? fatjazz:If you (couple) never reported your current marital status to the Authorities, then, i'm afraid your wife's marital status remains single and as such, you can not apply for a visa as her spouse; you just have to apply for a regular tourist visa, but then, your unemployment will definitely give a major count against you. fatjazz:How do you think he can help? You're an independent adult, therefore, you will not be eligible for any of the dependant categories that allow for support or sponsorship except you're going for studies or for a course, or for a sponsored programme; it doesn't work like that for a tourist visitor. fatjazz:Then, i advice you to not try at all as refusal seems to be inevitable |
fatjazz:Logically, you are expected to be in employment in order to meet the requirement, but if you're out of job, then, your employment history and current financial situation plus your present activities/occupations can compensate for that. And since you have no job to return for, you would face an uphill battle to demonstrate your obligation or home ties; and except your financial standings is so good and transparent, you might find it extremely difficult to satisfy the visa officer that you're not going to the UK to look for future. fatjazz:This is what you alone know, but unfortunately, the Visa Officer does not know this, and would never want to believe it, therefore, by regulation, you will be refused the visa the very moment the officer sees the word "Unemployed" in your application form. fatjazz:Does this mean that she made a false declaration of her marital status? Please, give honest details, i'm not going to use it against you, i don't intend to criticize nor condemn her, but i wish to know so i may advice you accordingly as i sense that you may be about to make a serious mistake that would cost your and your wife dearly |

suxes2006:I was in Istanbul, Turkey in 1999, and i left Turkey later that year, and then, there occurred the devastating Earthquake that destroyed the regions killing dozens of thousands: what might have happened had i remained in Turkey? And in the year 2000, i experience an earthquake while i was relaxing in my bedroom in Acharnon area of Athens; making a phone conversation with my then Greek girlfriend who lived in Ageios Stefanos (about 30 kilometre from my house) and suddenly, my house trembled under a powerful vibration force, and i wondered what it was, when the girl remarked in a considerable calm voice, "my goodness, earthquake" i quickly dropped the phone and scrambled through the stair route downward, and when everything was settled, i wondered if i would have made it out had it been a more serious earthquake: could you believe that the Greek girl was still online expecting me to continue with the conversation even though we both experience the earthquake? When i eventually returned to my apartment, i rang her and asked how she reacted, but she wasn't as frightened as i was, she said she didn't see it necessary to run away since it was a brief incident and that serious earthquake would not give you enough time to escape, therefore, it's better to take cover inside your room: she also remarked that how house (which is privately owned by her family) is earthquake resistant mansion. Now, after my frightening experiences, and talking about a country like the Philippines, i don't think i would like to live there, this is one of the most earthquake-prone regions in the world, i can't comfortably live in a house that appears fragile; and unfortunately, most of their houses in the Philippines aren't really designed to withstand earthquakes hence you hear of the many death toll whenever earthquake strikes. Sad, this is the nature of the world that we live in. |
justwise:This is the reason i usually quote a post before making my comments, guys like this delete their posts and following comments become invalid |
ezeagu:I didn't make any comment, neither pro nor against, so, i don't know why you took it personal and trying to classify it under the "all have sinned" phrase, or are you one of them? Well, i will not shy away from the truth, this is not just about church or "sin", but about abomination and taboo, a bad influence to a moral society: Homosexuality should not have any recognition in a society with normal people.
Vicjustice, you misinterpreted my statement.the synonyms of my CONFIRM is CORRECT.i will neva even advice anyone to study in georgia.there are too many disadvantages of studying there.
Oh, i thought you wanted me to confirm it as your word didn't sound affirmative <CONFIRMED> but confirm |
bolame:This is a very naive thing to say about Georgia, you need to have known that countries (like Georgia) that are despised are more racist (than countries that are great) especially toward people that they consider themselves superior to |
megeness:Absolutely NO, you can only keep on living in the States as an overstayer and Illegal resident; and then, trying to explore any avenue or means just to keep going; even if they involve felonies or crimes |
paulhero:When a holder of the Schengen visa is travelling within the Schengen countries; for example, from France to Spain there is absolutely no border control at the arrival airport, so, you would not encouter any immigration officer how much more to answer their questions |
CONFIRM!
See below http://www.aneki.com/asia.html |
So emotional. I'm of the opinion that the aircraft would have been well serviced and the tyres put in order had it been that the passengers were citizens of respected countries. |
LtCZAR:The republic of Georgia is NOT in Europe, but in Asia continent. Please, refer to the thread in the below link and get my advice: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-791300.0.html |
kayus1122:This is nonsense: just read your own post and see if it makes sense. Why not construct a good query and get replies? |
henrychubayo:Though, this thread is intended for the Igbos, but please, allow anyone to contribute. Though i may be wrong, but i am of the opinion, that the Federal Government might really be slow in the Enugu airport project out of reluctance, as they are aware that an international airport in Enugu may mean bad business for Abuja and Ikeja, but what about the one in Porthacourt, isn't that one in service? |
obaseki11:The shop you own in Lagos would be a good tie, but does it have authentic official documentation that would be acceptable by the visa officers and may be considered a tie to Nigeria? obaseki11:The "two boys and a sales girl" employees, are they employed on official papers? obaseki11:You keep insisting on how much you have in your account, from 600k to 700k, and now, it has become 900k: and yet, you admitted that your account is not getting income from your salary nor from any other documented source, but rather you have someone lodging money into it. I've explained that such account would be a good reason to refuse your application; i don't know why you keep insisting on it obaseki11:Those receipts are irrelevant, the Embassy is a consular office and not a Custom office obaseki11:You're a 35 years old married adult, so, your mum and brethren can not possibly represent your tie to Nigeria obaseki11:Your documents are what determine whether you're capable or not obaseki11:How do you convince and satisfy the visa officers of this? |
This is not about me, but the video. I reckon this is an attempt to slander the behaviours of the Hausas? [flash=630,380] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lIsJTwrHEE[/flash] |
chelseabmw:Please, explain |
omonjerry:Something doesn't seem right here. Who is the "someone in France embassy" that advised that? By the way, if your intention is to avoid the detection of some foul acts, you would still be found out even if you go to India to apply for it. |
jennykadry:Thanks for coming to my rescue I love you |
footreja:Do not bother to use the visa, it's not wise to travel with a visa that is so closed to its expiring date, you may be refused entry with such visa. The fear that a visa applicant is desperate to leave the country is the concern of every visa officer, but for someone (like yourself) who had a visa and never used it, that fear is eliminated. Now, the fact that you didn't use your visa is a plus to you, you wouldn't have any problem applying for another one; it would be issued to you with relative ease. |
obaseki11:"Now, if you don't have a bank statement that shows your income-salary/wages from work, and you don't have the payslips of same, how would you prove your stated salaries/wages? Well, i'm afraid your bank statement does not meet the requirement and you can't get a visa with such account statement." |
Omo Alata:Thanks for taking the time to share |
obaseki11:Are you looking for someone to encourage you to loss your money or you're looking for advice based on the situation in hand? Well, if you think my "experience" is not good enough let's hope you find others with your desired experience. Now, if you don't have a bank statement that shows your income-salary/wages from work, and you don't have the payslips of same, how would you prove your stated salaries/wages? Well, i'm afraid your bank statement does not meet the requirement and you can't get a visa with such account statement. |
