TravelRe: Is Turkey A Good Place To Hustle ? by Vicjustice: 8:00pm On May 28, 2012
cydophobia: Hello guys
Please kindly furnish me as in how viable to hustle in turkey as a student and a worker
Your contribution will be highly appreciated.
Thank you
Though, Turkey is more developed than 60% of the countries in the EU, it is still not a place to "hustle"; actually, no country is a place to "hustle" without the right papers nowadays
TravelRe: How To Write Invitation Letters by Vicjustice(op): 7:54pm On May 28, 2012
Izzywizzy08: Hi VicJustice,

i was wondering if i would be able to invite a relative to the UK, i am a BC and also an undergrad student, am working part time..are there any grounds in terms of my financial stability?

PS thanls for the template, very useful
Obviously, there is issue with your financial circumstance, and that would make you ineligible to invite someone into the UK
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
Parry1978: Hello all!

I applied for a Uk visa(Tourist) on the 27 April and i was refused visa. The kreason for the visa refusal, was that N550,000 was deposited into my bank account on the 23rd April.

The ECO stated that, he is not sure the money belong to me. The money is mine, i actaually withdraw it from my GTB AND SKYEBank and deposited into the Diamond bank accont statement submitted. I only submitted 1 account statement not to confuse them with many acct detail.
You made a mistake for depositing the N550.000 into your account; that action is called "Money Lodgement" which is an express ground for visa refusal. Read the visa refusal letter carefully and you would see that the ECO did not refuse your application because "he is not sure" that the money belongs to you, rather for the fact that you committed a violation known as money lodgement (you deposited lump sum of money into an account which apparently stood in isolation) for presentation purpose.

Parry1978: Now that i have been refused, and i have proof that the money is actually mine. WHAT SHOULD I DO.
Like i explained, the ownership of the fund is irrelevant, so proving that the money belongs to you would be a waste of time; this particular account does not meet the requirement of an acceptable bank statement so, you can not apply for a visa with it.
This is how it works: an acceptable bank statement must have up to 6 months transaction records demonstrating your income (from verifiable sources) and expenditures, and it must have good enough fund to sustain your trip and intentions, and also; it must have enough balance to keep you going after the trip

@op
Nigeria is a failed state in no particular order of the former presidents
I still believe that the only panacea to steady power supply is to first ban the importation of generator sets.
It will surprise you to know that our top leaders are major shareholders in these generator manufactring companies like Mukano.
Before this generator era, was there ever a time of power stability?

In what regard is "England more developed than America"? Do you see America like a tiny country like England?

RomanceRe: Would You Date/marry This Person? by Vicjustice: 3:41pm On May 26, 2012
ijebabe: I would like to get your thoughts on an issue that really shouldn't be an issue! Or so I think.

I love tattoos and have always admired them as beautiful works of art, and more so since I have an arts background and have been surrounded by artists with georgeous body art, but due to some unfortunate circumstances I have been unable to get them. My family and some friends have been against the idea from the start because it's a sin (according to my mom), and the small ish about it being permanent tongue. I have had a friend say he will stop all contact with me if I did get one! Religious reasons obviously. Look, I love God and I don't think he'll chuck me to hell for getting a tattoo. It doesn't make me any less of a woman or a child of God in any way. Well luckily for me, I have been 'blessed' with a man who loves tatts as well and currently has six on his body and getting the 7th over the weekend, a tribute to remember his late mom by. I want to understand why Nigerians can be so closed-minded about this in our modern times. When will people start to realise that getting a tattoo doesn't make you a thug or a slut! I don't support children getting tatts as I feel they can make that choice when they're adults.

This is just my opinion but I would like to know ladies if you'd date or marry a guy with tatts and guys if you'd do the same. Mature responses I beg una!
No real responsible person of decent mindset with dignity would go for tatoo or any other questionable body arts. How many politicians or honourable people can you find with body arts?
TravelRe: How To Get Arrested In Dubai, UAE by Vicjustice: 3:28pm On May 26, 2012
newmusic: Dubai has been a center for tourism, business and what other reasons you might call it. Despite the strict Islamic laws and its location, Dubai keeps attracting people from different part of the world. There are over 1.1m travelers from the UK each year.

Nigeria is not an exception as most people now, old and young go to the UAE for honey moon, shopping, business etc. UAE is not a free country compared to somewhere in Europe or North America, you could get yourself locked up doing normal things you do in your country or somewhere in the UK.

I have modified it and removed my bankstatement and also reduce the number od days am staying in the hotel

In what currency is the 1.3 million?
If it is in Naira, the onus would be on you to satisfy the visa officer that your sister is willing to sacrifice (huge portion of) her life savings just to sponsor you on a holiday trip
Foreign AffairsRe: Israeli Violence And Racism Against African Immigrants by Vicjustice: 3:49pm On May 25, 2012
fesse: Israel is also getting ready for Iran. Israel being one of the most educated country in the world is not child's play. Ok they keep their hands cross and watch Iran wipe then out. My dear have a re-think. Israel is going most sophisticated than Iran if you don't know.
Spot on

Silly you; do you even know how to use a dictionary?
I doubt, you should have known that race is not just about skin colour.
At least we no that it's racism if white or red human hate the blacks human, what do we call it when blacks hate blacks....
All blacks are not of same race, race doesn't just mean the colour of one's skin, it has more to do with the ethnical origin and ancestry. Or do you really think that the Hausas and the Ijaws are same race?
Foreign AffairsRe: Israeli Violence And Racism Against African Immigrants by Vicjustice:
Well, as much as i hate discrimination oppressions and persecution, i still think that that tiny land of Israel should be protected and preserved for history purpose

jaydude: Please if one has a visa on an existing passport, and gets married, and does a new passport with a change of name 2 husbands name, can one attatch the old passport(which was cancelled without prejudice) to the new one and still travel wit the visa on the old cancelled passport?
Sure, this is allowed, a visa in an expired or phased out passport remains valid and is acceptable provided you have a valid passport to support the cancelled one; and if there is a change of surname, you would be required to have a document (ie change of name certificate) to verify that
