Good day guys please I need advise on uk study visa I have been studying in South African university and I study marketing I came back to Nigeria to renew my travel documents when I found out someone defrauded me in South Africa and gave me fake medical aid I applied 3 times to South Africa but they keep rejecting I have finally accepted to go to uk coventry university top up in international marketing which starts by May this year 2021 please guy I need your honest contribution about the study visa and if I will get a job while doing the top up course for a year and how is life in general In uk the cost of accommodation feeding and general expensive

Good day guys I went to the high commission yesterday lucky I was allowed to get in and I saw a South African lady I expressed my concern and she sympathized with me she immediately referred me to the immigration section and someone asked for my name she said she will be back when she came back she said I can leave and my application will be finalized today my application was finalized... I hope this will help anyone who is also waiting on their applications since last year November.

If it's VFS, I'd implore you not to waste your time, they can't help you unless you want to withdraw your passport.

The embassy is at Molade Okoya Thomas or so but be rest assured that they might not be helpful either (infact, they might not allow you in) which is really unfortunate.

Not vfs bro the embassy and I have my ways in brother it’s not the first time I get in I actually went 2weeks ago and I was asked to wait it will be out in 2 weeks time still nothing since now this is so frustrating

Good day guys I applied on 20th November at Lagos vfs for my study permit renewal and I haven’t heard anything till now please what’s going on as anyone received their study permit yet ? Or am I the only one ? Your feedback will be highly appreciated I’m so worried.

This case is bad.

One, the first mistake was coming home to apply for study visa extension. You should have applied in SA.

Two, because of the forged medical aid, you may have been flagged, which I think comes with a stiif penalty, usually a visa ban for some period.

What you should do:
1. Write to your school and demand for a new admission letter or extension of study letter. Also request for your academic reports. And a letter from your study advisor or supervisor if you are a PG student.

2. I dont know if you may have to pay your school fees. Anything to show your status as " current student".

3. You will have to write a comprehensive letter, maybe with the help of a lawyer.

4. Submit all these documents together with a new medical aid and re-apply.

5. Be prayerful and hoping for the best.
