i think puttin d baby to sleep on his stomach is no big deal, just do it during d day wen u r awake and use somethin nt flexible- like a thick throw pillow to wedge him on his side at nights takin care to position d pillow at his back away from his head. I started putin my son to sleep on his tummy when he was about a week plus and I remember being surprised dat he was able to turn his head wtout issues at 2wks plus. Moreso, it helped to greatly reduce d gas. Dint need to take him to d paed or giv him meds. I avoided d sleepin on back posture. He's 6 mnths now and rolls over sleepin as he prefers.

Pele. It's because as ur uterus expands, it compresses other organs and pushes ur stomach upwards. Eat smaller meals and don't lie down immediately. Rather prop urself on a pillow if you're sleepy after eating.

mytestimony: Good morning all. It was a scary night but glory be to God. From some minutes past 1am I was awakened by sharp, stabbing, piercing pains in my upper abdomen, chest and upper back. It was coming and going at different intervals. Infact I can't describe the pains like I felt it. If I lie down wahala. If I sit wahala. Called different doctors. My doctor said observe. The other doctor said its increased progesterone. So I should take pcm and gestid. I feel better. Though would still go to see the doctor. Has anyone experienced this?

I don't think so, it depends on how you handle d breeast. Pump in my opinion even helps to keep d breassts perky because u wud b pressin d pump nt d breassts. U only place d suction cup on d breassts. I've been using bra 24/7 since I entered 3rd trimester and my baby is 5months plus now and d only difference I noticed is its bigger.
Just get quality bra to hold up cos d breassts wil b heavy and lift ur child to d breasst nt bending ur back to the baby.

I didn't do it. But from what I gather, it's to determine if u are capable of having a vagiinal delivery. It measures d width of d pelvis and is usually recommended for short women especially if the baby is big & women with narrow hips.

2. steamed wt spices to keep the nutritional value. That's how I ate my vegetables while preggy

favoredgal: You should be worried if your baby does not poop after almost every feed at this stage. It's absolutely normal (4-8 times daily). Better don't use anything!!! As the baby gets used to the milk and develops, the poop will reduce.

I don't think it's too strong though u should get a blood test to be sure it's malaria. Its Artemether 80 mg + Lumefantrine 480 mg wch is safe after 1st trimester. I had a fever at 19wks and was also scared but after reading the pack with assurance from my OB, took it & I av a heathy active boy today. U r already there . may God make it easy for you.

I'm now using the South African huggies in red pack for my DS and it's really good. Costs #3200 for size 4 (60pcs). Used d US own btw 0-3mnths. All huggies diaper are expensive. I'm looking for a cheaper alternative that's as good as huggies.

I didn't want so spend much on some baby things for obvious reasons. The lady selling it convinced me its good. I took a chance and surprisingly its wonderful. Its all written in chinese, d pack is pink and white. There is a lady on d pack,showing how to use it. I can't put up d pic cos it shows d brst. I no wan ban o.
