Good evening nairalanders.....i need your humble opinion on a pressing matter at hand...this morning around 10:55am i instructed my boy to go the bank to deposit the sum of 40000 naira into my account because as usual today is friday and when you don't save, you spend. I got an alert of 25000 naira by 12 noon but as if that was not enough, he is still nowhere to be found.... i went to the bank but there was no queue and he wasn't there either, called his line and not reacheable. Do i call the police before calling the parents as i don't know what their reaction may be and the friends have no idea about his whereabouts and his bag is currently in my office...he has been a loyal serving dude but the bank i sent him to is just two poles away from my office. Please nairalanders what do i do now?

op don't give up now, learn something...there are so many software applications that you can work with, the grades shouldn't be your motivation, i studied mechanical engineering..but right now I'm taking good care of myself with computer engineering, repairing laptops,mobile phones and software installations and is paying well. go and learn computer repairs my brother and before you know it...you are already independent.... I'm still applying for mechanical engineering jobs because i love it but this is Nigeria bro, this is Nigeria. you need a backup as a man.

He pleaded guilty in UK and was convicted.

But he pleaded not guilty in Nigeria and was discharged and acquitted.

If UK govt could retried him for the offence Nigerian government had discharged and acquitted him, why can't Nigeria also try him now?

Moreover, govt needs to investigate the circumstances surrounding his initial acquittal in a Nigerian court. All connivance must be prosecuted.

In addition, the situation surrounding his escape from Nigeria beating all security forces needs to be investigated and those that aided his escape prosecuted.
