Starting a successful real estate website is not only one of the surest ways to boost your real estate business and upgrade your game as an agent or investor… It’s also one of the easiest ways to establish your online presence and boost your business growth. Most people don’t realize this. Of course. Even where you don’t have a strong offline structure, with a good real estate website, you can get your real estate business up and running almost without any difference. Now the reason I’m saying this is because according to this report by NAR and Google, for instance, real estate searches on Google have grown by 22 percent per year. Surprised right? I was surprised as well. To even buttress the need to get online, the report further holds that 90 percent of home buyers in the US searched online before actually buying a house. Now the truth is, whether you’re in Antarctica makoko or in New York City, majority of the people looking for real estate in the 21st century are doing that online. So whether you have a good offline presence or not, you definitely need a strong online presence for your real estate business if you want to gain greater traction. Alright. With all these said, I’m sure you’ll agree with me that it’s very important you get a real estate website as a real estate investor. Because you need it. Of course, if you don’t need a real estate website for displaying your property, showing off promos, and getting to convince clients for a meet up, you’ll definitely need it to push sales. Now here are steps to get a real estate website. 1. Get a domain name. The first thing you’ll need to work on before getting your real estate website designed is a domain (link to what is a domain name) name. So you’ll first of all settle for a domain name that’s in tune with your brand and pay for it. If you already have an established offline presence, you may not need a domain name different from your brand name. So you just go register with the business name you already have. This will help your already existing customers to find you online more easily. Where you don’t want to use your current business name as your domain name for any reason, you can get a new domain name. Also if your current business name has been taken and you still want to maintain it as a domain name, you can settle for alternatives. This could be by way of using a domain name extension different from the general .com like .us, .uk, .co.uk, .ng etc (making sure it reflects your country) or adding something unique to the domain name. 2. Get a Web Host and Hosting plan. A web host is a company that uses technology to enable your website stay accessible online. The hosting plan comes in different packages based on the need of individual website owners. When you’re done picking a domain name, you can then choose a hosting plan that will be suitable for your needs. Now before choosing a hosting plan, you’ll want to consider the kind of real estate website you want to build. For example, if you’re a big real estate dealer with huge properties to be uploaded on the website, you’ll have to consider using a web hosting plan that can support that. If you can’t do this alone, you can get a website designer to help you choose the best hosting package that will work for you, based on your needs. 3. Get your website built. After your web hosting plan is set, the next thing to consider is to get onto building your real estate website. How’s this done? You can get to build your real estate business website yourself, if you’re really savvy with the web development technology. Otherwise you can get a reliable web agency like victorwinners.com to save you the stress and get your real estate property website ready in days. So what do you go for? The choice is yours. Alright. Moving on… You may decide to have your real estate website developed from the scratch for more customizations. This will require an advanced knowledge both for management and set up. And also the cost would be higher. You may also want to use a more simplified software that will get your site up with all necessary technology. The whole thing depends on you, your needs and your budget. But in any case, the goal should be to set up a modest website that will help you achieve your dreams of expanding your real estate business online. 4. How to promote your real estate business online. Now after your website is set up, the next thing is to work on promoting your real estate business online. This is where the real work comes in. Because your effort here is what is going to determine whether your business will be seen online or not. So you start with a marketing strategy. Your real estate marketing strategy should be able to guide you on how to evolve a renown online real estate brand that will get deals online. Alright. So there are certain ways you can promote a website online. From advertising to content marketing (link) and social media marketing, promoting a real estate website needs a complete post on its own but I’ll make it brief. So I will try to list out the steps in no particular order below. * Optimize for Search Engines. With the matching keywords, be sure to optimize your website for the search engine. If done right, this can help in bringing up the website via search engine page when someone searches for something similar to the keywords you use. * Get Social. Set up social media profiles and link them to your website. It could be two or three or more. Be sure it’s something you can manage. Because you’ll need to be updating the platforms with content on a regular basis. * Create irresistible and useful content. Create content related to what your target audience will be looking for and share same across your platforms. * Host free seminars. This can be done online or offline. Although most people utilize offline. Hosting a free seminar will help you advice potential home buyers on what’s best for them. In fact you could use it as some sort of get together or something, to further get the word out for your brand. * Ask for testimonial from existing clients and share them across your platforms. * Use paid adverts. Utilizing paid advertising like pay per click is one of the fastest ways to drive relevant prospects to your website through search engines especially if you have a good budget. * Use Social media ads. Another paid ads you can utilize is the social media advertising. Say Facebook for instance, with such advertising, you can get publicity for your website. * Besides the strategies mentioned here, there are also other real estate marketing strategies like blogging, content marketing across other blogs etc. Understand, to a large extent, the success of your website is going to depend on how many people are seeing the site. So it’s very important you get your online marketing strategies right. Now what’s next? The next thing for you after reading up to this point is to get a real estate website for your business. Otherwise, you can share this post for someone that will need it. With the advent of the internet, the most important thing right now is that you don’t need to have huge capital before starting a real estate business. With a real estate website gotten right, any ordinary Realtor or agent can go a long way. I think this is good news. https://www.victorwinners.com/how-to-start-a-real-estate-website/ |
4. Build a sustainable business model: Debola Williams. For us, building the sustainable business model is crucial. Debola Williams. A business model is like a plan for the successful operation of your business. As you already know, so many online businesses in Nigeria today run without business models. This is the major issues with most online businesses. As Debola said, You can not excel or scale your online business without a realistic business model so it’s important you get one set out before even getting started. Building a sustainable business including details of how you’ll source funds at different level of growth, clients, how you’ll expand and other details will guide you as your online business gets poised for growth. It will also save as soon guide for your business. And from time to time, you can adjust your business models based on your current realities. 5. Don’t ever give up: Linda Ikeji. There were many times, I wanted to give up. I had bad times back then but the worst was in September 19, 2010. It was my 30th birthday. I was broke, I was angry because I have been done doing modeling in a long time. I was still struggling, I was still borrowing money, I was depressed because I felt like a failure. I will cry and cry but will still open my laptop and blog. I didn’t know that my breakthrough was at the corner and that God was leading me to it. After my 30th birthday, my life practically changed. Linda Ikeji One of the wrong impression people have about online businesses is the belief that you’re definitely going to make it big as soon as you start an online business. This is far from the truth. Because just as you need time to build your offline business, to be successful with an online business, you’ll also need time. In fact, sometimes you’re going to work so hard and still see far less results. That’s the truth. Let’s not sugarcoat this. There’s going to be times you feel like giving up… But trust me, putting all your effort and making your online business to turn out successful is going to be one of the most rewarding experience you’ll ever have as an entrepreneur. So this is me telling you, whenever you feel like giving up on your online business, please understand it’s a familiar feeling. All established digital entrepreneurs felt like this at one point… But they struggled for their dreams. And that’s why they are being celebrated today. So you shouldn’t ever give up on your online hustle like most wannabe entrepreneurs do. Oh no I’m not saying you should keep hanging onto a business that is not sustainable… I’m saying that before you decide to quit, let it be that the business is no longer needful… Not because you can’t wait to make it successful. I believe so much in you. And I know you have what it takes to set up a successful online business in Nigeria. Or anywhere you want. So are you ready? What has been your biggest challenge in starting out your online business? http://www.victorwinners.com/2019/01/25/how-to-make-money-online-in-nigeria-2019-featured-experts-opinion/ |
3. Start from where you are: Mark Zuckerberg. I literally coded Facebook in my dorm room and launched it from my dorm room. I rented a server for $85 a month, and I funded it by putting an ad on the site, and we’ve funded ever since by putting ads on the site. Mark Zuckerberg. Most problems with young Nigerians wishing to start online business is the issue of funding. Of course you don’t have collateral and there is hardly any bank that will lend you money to start any business without requiring you provide some collateral. So the mere thought of this is usually very discouraging. But as Zuckerberg is saying, you can really start from where you are. Yes! Start with your own savings. This is how i started out. And i was even a university student with a stipend as pocket money. You know how difficult that can be. And how many cool stuff you’ll have to let go just to save some bucks… But truth is, looking back today, i feel it was worth it. So you’ll really have to cut back on unnecessary expenses. Another way of starting where you are is by providing services that will demand less capital for start up. As you keep making profit from the particular service, with time you can expand to include the original service/product you wanted to start with. So if you want to go into a big ecommerce business and you don’t have funds, you can start managing other people’s social media accounts as a side hustle. As you make some savings, you expand to build your ecommerce website over time. http://www.victorwinners.com/2019/01/25/how-to-make-money-online-in-nigeria-2019-featured-experts-opinion/ |
2. Do what you love: Lasisi Elenu I think it is just about doing what I love and enjoy. If you are consistent at doing something, people will notice you and eventually follow you. They will also refer others to your page if you are doing something wonderful. I never thought of coming online to be posting any skit. I was just doing comedy for fun, for my family and friends, who would laugh and compliment me. But afterwards, others discovered me and wanted to see more of my funny side. So, in August last year, I posted my first video skit on Instagram. I think I got just about 80 views on my first post. By the time I posted my second skit, it got about 110 views. I didn’t let the few views discourage me because I was not seeking fame in the first place. So, I just kept doing what I loved and enjoyed and that’s how the following grew. Today, I get thousands of views on my skits… I didn’t do any special thing to get followers on Instagram. I didn’t buy them and I didn’t also promote my account. It just grew because of my consistency and because there is a message in my skits. Lasisi Elenu. If you’re social media savvy, you’ll notice that some social media skits that have become popular today are something people started just for passion. Now, one thing you must understand is that if you work on it very well, your passion can pay your bills. Also keep in mind that even when you start out with something you’re passionate about, don’t stop at the passion, you can learn some business skills and take it to the next level. http://www.victorwinners.com/2019/01/25/how-to-make-money-online-in-nigeria-2019-featured-experts-opinion/ |
For so many Nigerians, making money online will definitely be a dream come true. But sadly, it is not everyone that will ever make some decent income online. Yeah. I’m not just saying this to get you discouraged… According to Google stats, about 70 percent of small businesses will wind up in the first 5 years. And this can be worse for an online business. Now it doesn’t just end here… With the current challenges in developing countries, starting a rewarding online business in a country like Nigeria becomes even more difficult. That’s the true situation of things. But the truth also is, despite the challenges of starting an online business, there are people who are still doing phenomenal stuff with their online business right here in Nigeria… And other developing countries. How did they do that? If this is the question on your mind then you’re going to learn a lot from this post. Below are step by step guide to on how to make money online in Nigeria in 2019 according other successful (mostly) African online entrepreneurs. 1. Look for a painful problem that others are facing, and then devise a way to make people pay you for the solution. Seun Osewa Look for problems that don’t require much capital to solve. In a developing country like Nigeria, there are so many problems waiting to be solved. One man’s problem is another man’s profit! Competition is often weak which means you’ll make a lot of money. So what are you waiting for?” Nigerians should not be talking about unemployment at all. There are so many obvious opportunities around us waiting to be exploited. Being jobless in Nigeria is a big shame indeed.” Seun Osewa. Ok. So Seun has said it all. Being able to solve a problem for someone is one of the easiest way to make money online in Nigeria. When it comes to problems, it can be anything. From giving people a reason to smile like your favorite Instagram comedians for instance to providing services like graphics designs…, The most important thing is that you have to provide value to another person if you’re going to make money online in Nigeria in this 2019. This is because people out there can only pay you for the value they derive from you. http://www.victorwinners.com/2019/01/25/how-to-make-money-online-in-nigeria-2019-featured-experts-opinion/ |
phase1:Lol. This is very funny. Like God is now a politician. Or a partisan God |
He has a good point... But at the same time we should also consider some exigencies may make a voting advocate to stay away from voting on the particular day. Methinks that even if you couldn't eventually vote, due to one good reason or the other, the fact you used your influence to rally others to vote is applaudable. And better than keeping quiet and coming out to cast just a single vote. |

6. Evaluate your goals. Here’s where the cash is. Evaluating your goals is very important especially towards your overall success. To emphasize its importance, you’ll notice that corporate organizations do this a lot. They evaluate their goals, success, failures etc based on specific timelines. This is why you have things like Quarter 1 report, Quarter 2 and even yearly reports. It helps these companies measure what they’ve been doing. With the knowledge gained here, they can then allocate resources where more is needed and remove parts that are not needed. You shouldn’t be left out on this. On a monthly or quarterly basis, find time to evaluate your goals. And even strategies. Find out what’s working… And what needs to be replaced. This will save you lots of time and get you to focus more time doing stuff that will be rewarding. Now, you may be wondering, what happened to luck. And other unpredictable things that combine together to make people successful. Of course we all know luck comes up on people. And It make life far easier. We also know how unpredictable luck can be. And that luck doesn’t show up sometimes. So the best way to make luck guaranteed is to go out there and create your own luck. And the first way to get started is planning how it will all come to be. Remember there are times some of the things you plan don’t happen exactly as you planned it. But be rest assured, if setting goals and strategies don’t work, Successful businesses wouldn’t waste time doing it. It’s a beautiful year right before you and I do hope you make something great out of it. Happy New Year. Got questions or comments? Let’s hear you. http://www.victorwinners.com/2019/01/08/6-tips-to-make-2019-work-for-you/ |
5. Set Target Dates. One thing that’s very important when it comes to making 2019 a better year for you is going to be achieving your goals in time. So this is why you’ll need to set target dates for each goals. This is because, the success of one goal most times depends on the success of another so setting a timeline for your goals will also keep you on track. It will also give you some good data to use when you need to evaluate your goals. |
4. Map out a plan. After setting up your goal, you’ll need to Marshall a plan that you’ll use to achieve the goal. So if your goal is to become the leading brand in your industry for instance… You begin by asking yourself, what steps can actually help you get there? At the end of the day, you may decide that in order to become the leading industry brand, you’ll need to be seen as a thought leader… And to become a thought leader, your opinion has to be seen as authoritative and read on major influential platforms. So with this conclusion in mind, your plan will involve things like: How you’ll reach out to publishers of these influential platforms. How many times you’re going to reach out to them say monthly, and how you’re going to expand and magnify your influence through their platforms. Armed with your set out strategies, you can then go out and put it to work. This makes your life easier because at every step of the way, you have an idea about what needs to be done. It also gives you the feeling of being in control of your life. On the contrary, most people find planning to be boring and uninteresting. Of course sometimes it takes a lot of effort to sit and strategize how you’re going to achieve your goals… But the truth is, no one goes to war aimlessly without a strategy. And in any case, you may have to waste a lot of time trying stuff that won’t happen if you don’t set up a strategy for your success. Again, your plan does not have to be static, you can make it flexible in such a way that it gets adjusted easily if there’s need for that. So for instance if you become so popular in your industry and people begin to call you for international speaking engagement (which you didn’t plan for) you have to be able to adjust your plans to fit in without destabilizing your goals. PS: Another thing you should note is that your plan doesn’t have to be something really difficult. You can cut it down into simple steps. This will make it less daunting and you’ll find it more easier to work with. |
3. Set Goals. Many people tell you goal setting is over rated. Trust me it’s not. Of course, you don’t have to go about setting unrealistic goals BTW… Coming up with a concrete idea of the things you’ll want to achieve for yourself within a year will not only give you something to work with, it will streamline your actions. And much more as an entrepreneur, you’ll need more of a streamlined set of repeated actions if you’re planning to move ahead with your business . Truth is, the goals you set for yourself is going to be the guide you’ll refer to, from time to time, as you move through the year. I mean this is what will help you in measuring your progress through the year. In fact, according to Barney and Griffin, organizational goals serve four basic functions; They provide guidance and direction, Facilitate planning, Motivate and inspire employees, and Help organizations evaluate and control performance. So in essence, you may not really achieve a lot without laid out goals backed with a strategic plan and work. |
2. Review the previous year OK. We would have gone straight into the new year. But the truth remains, you’re currently here at this point because of what you did or didn’t do in the previous year/years. So the best way to forge a different outcome for the current year is to analyze ghee things you’ve been doing… The things that got you here. So take a sit and with your writing pad, go through 2018 in your mind. What really happened in your life and business in year 2018? Categorize these things. How did they shape the results you had in that year? Can you recall any pattern that led to the success stories? Try to include this in your notepad. Going further, also note down the things you failed at in the past year. And if possible the reasons those actions or goals failed to come through. Now, this is not done to make you feel sad or happy about the past year. No matter the outcome of your 2018 analysis, one thing is certain, you carried with it experiences. And for that fact alone, you’re even better positioned to make 2019 far more better. So that’s something to be thankful for. Also, doing this analysis will give you some information as regards the steps you should take for the new year. It will give you data on what you should improve on and other things that needs to be discarded completely. |
You’re probably wondering what this year holds for you as a digital entrepreneur. Sure people have told you, start writing new year resolutions if you want to get your online business to the next level in 2019. My brother, that story na lie. Most times it doesn't work. Yes. Let me burst your bubbles… I can’t count the number of new year resolutions I’ve broken right in the middle of January. Yeah. Over time, I have realized that instead of writing down new year resolutions, there are better ways to make the year work for you. For instance I can decide to paint a picture of what I want for the year, go to to work with the imagination and and after successive effort, I can get something close to that in my reality. This is more like living your life by design. If you’re going to make 2019 work for you, you’ll have to decide you’re not going to leave your life or business to chance like we all do after setting up new year resolutions. It’s good when good things happen to us by chance but it’s better when things happen to us more consistently based on how we plan it. So are you ready to make 2019 work for you? Forget about New Year resolutions just yet. Alright. Below are 5 other keys to make 2019 a better year for you and your business. https://www.victorwinners.com/6-tips-to-make-2019-work-for-you/ |
Callmeibironke:Yeah sure |
Abfinest007:Do you even know the law you're talking about? Did you read the part that said the CCB has no right to even sniff the charge sheet? There are what we call procedural rules when it comes to litigation and legal practice. So despite all your sentiments, nothing is gonna happen until due process is followed. |
krissconnect:I can understand. Most times issues like this can be caused due to past experience with people you really held onto. They gave up on you when you needed them most and you unconsciously made up your mind not to have much expectations from people. This makes you give up so easily on people most times because you've unconsciously believed like others they will leave one day. And being that you don't want to be seen as the victim, you give up at the slightest repetition of the pattern. If above is the case... Then your fear is same as most people including myself. Trusting on or believing on people is a big risk... And it won't be easy to keep up with this but you can start with beginning to give people the benefit of the doubt. Begin to convince yourself that sometimes it won't cost you anything to hang on for just a bit and give people a second chance. I have more to write but i'll stop here for now |
Power that was not even there in the first place? Wow |

It’s unbelievable 2018 has finally come to an end. I’m so sure 2018 was one eventful year you’ll have a lot to remember about as a digital hustler. As the year came to a close, you probably had this mixed feelings of whether it was a successful year or not. Personally, I’ve had to deal with mine as well. And trust me, instead of focusing on the things we gained or the things that didn't work, you can use your 2018 experience to shape your 2019. Now, this is what i'm talking about... Before you draw up a depressing conclusion about the year, I want you to have a recap of 2018 and find out the true situation of things. First, find out… What exactly was your goal for the year? You need to know this because measuring your success against your own goal (s) is the easiest way to define how far you’ve really come. What I mean is that, instead of saying I didn’t have a successful year because I didn’t make much money like my friend… You can look up the amount of money you planned to make for the year, then measure the amount you’ve actually made and rate your success based on that. This gives you a clearer picture of what you got. Else you may be swayed by what other people think is success to them. And this is very dangerous. It may end up not only dampening your believe in your ability to attain your set goals but also your drive to stay focused. So having some pre-defined goals before going out to measure your success helps a lot in giving you a better understanding of the true state of things.. If you didn’t have any clear goal for yourself or your business, you can ask yourself the following questions… Was there any specific thing I wanted to achieve in the year 2018? Get a pen and a sheet of paper and begin to analyze the months in bits, starting from January. How did it go? This is called taking stock of the year. Most successful companies do this. Ask yourself… Was there any point in time I hit big success during that year? What triggered it? Did you have any big time failure during the year? What caused it? Questions like this when carefully answered will help you find out the green and red flashpoint you’ll have to avoid in 2019. Going further, appraise your hustle. Ask the following questions… What triggered my biggest business deal of the year? Is there a way I can recreate it. Or was it just accidental? What was the biggest thing you wished you could change about your business in this year? The next thing you’ll have to look out for is your online presence. Find out… What was it like with your brand in the year 2018? Did you achieve your brand goals? How about your social media platforms, did they give you the best or could you have actually done better? As a thought leader with an audience that looks out for your post, find out how much you were able to meet their aspirations in the outgoing year. To what extent was your website and other online platforms able to achieve their goals. At the end of the year despite what everyone flaunts online, you owe yourself the home truth, if you really want to hit your real life goals. PS: As you’re measuring all these, also keep in mind the resources that were available to you. Did you use them as judiciously as you really could? Because after everything, you’re not planning to congratulate yourself for accolades you didn’t really win.. Or measure yourself against another entrepreneur that had different goals from you. All you want to do is find out what happened considering your goals in 2018 so you can use this data to plan and shape the outcome of your digital business in 2019. So there you have it. Tips on How you can use 2018 experience to shape 2019 as a blogger. Do you have other tips to add here based on your own experience? Let’s hear you. https://www.victorwinners.com/how-to-end-2018-as-a-blogger/ |

The post title is misleading. How could EU have influenced INEC? According to what is written here, what was asked from all indication was that the EU should 'prevail' on INEC which is synonymous to persuading the agency to stay apolitical. It would be ridiculous for anyone to ask EU to influence INEC. |

Whatsapp is not really making profit at the moment on clear business terms according to most expert reports. However the app is helping facebook generate loads of data that will help the company in further expansion of its business. Consider the fact that according to investopedia.com, loads of your personal data including contact details are stored on Facebook servers. Of course Facebook has denied ever having intentions of using the data to streamline its advertising, but the question is can anyone actually stop him completely if he wants to? Remember the recent whatsapp updates that asked you to synchronise your whatsapp with facebook? Did you ever read the terms or imagine how that will affect your privacy? In the digital world, we say data is life. So the data of over 1.5 billion whatsapp users is enough money on its own even if whatsapp wasn't making a cent. Again, I'm of the personal opinion that in the nearest future, like facebook you may have to be paying for whatsapp features. For example, the whatsapp group features etc. (of course this is just my opinion). Furthermore, whatsapp holds so much promises for its owners when it comes to profit making. And yes, they are taking their time. |
