Shutter Island is a very good film |
teeluv:My all time favourite movie. |
darthmaul, try "The Wire" for me that is no.1 followed by Sopranos. |
Too many trolls. |
Haba! You trolls find me come on this yeye scum thread. It is a shame that bad belle no get cure. Barc and Arsenal exponents of beautiful football don't hate! |
Arsenal v Barca Two giants of world football. Spurs can only dream of such heights |
I love the books but hated this TV adaptation. I felt it was too cheesy and only watched the first 3 and gave up. |
Ashur is the guy with a bad leg that does all the dirty leg work for Batiatus. Are you talking about Bakar? |
I come here when I am bored to laugh at delusional spuddies. I dey wait how you go embarass the premiership in the champions league. |
Injuries, Injuries. We need new medical staff jare. |
He had Cancer but it is now in remission and seems to be okay. They decided to do a prequel on how Batiatus got to the place he was in life but now that the Spartacus actor is okay they are also shooting now the follow up to season one. |
Iron Man 2 was just a cash in job. |
Ashur is not dead. I am also not sure that Crixius could have beaten Spartacus. |
As good as the Prestige? |
Great series and John Hannah as Batiatus was brilliant. The last two episodes are some of the best TV I have ever watched. |
iice:They better not mess up Thor o! That is a film I have waited all my life for. |
Harry "The Twitch" Redknapp or Harry "Brown Envelopes" Rednapp |
We keep repeating the same mistakes. No Keeper, jesus. Now we have to deal with Almunia and Fabianski for a whole season. They should at least call back the pole and make him number 2. |
I have just seen the movie and quite enjoyed it. I would definitely recommned it. kobikwelu:Actually people have manged this feat a few times in real life! So why is it unbelieveable in a movie?? If na Bond do am, you no go complain. By the way how do you know she is the only female infiltrator? There are cleasses of them and we only saw her class. Funnily enough in real life the US have just uncovered a couple of female russkie spies. |
So u remember well well, it was superheroes generally. Obinna, I no be Patrick but I am nicknamed after him and a big Arsenal fan hence the monikor |
vescucci, I never pass on o! I still dey. How body? |
Caught in two minds about how to watch it. If it comes on UK tv before feb then I'll watch on TV but if not then I'll download and watch it on my laptop during my next naija trip. I like having lots to watch while on my trips. |
Alumina is a very capable backup keeper. "Feeling sorry for him" simply means that the Arsenal fans realise he is trying his best and it is not his fault that his best is not world class. I want a new keeper but I would like Alumina to stay as no.2. His quotes also make him sound not just like an Arsenal player but a fan. |
andromida:Props to that quote. While the film was average, I also smiled at that quote, I had it as my FB status for awhile. omobadan:I beg jare, this was stolen from Star Trek. |
vescucci:Have you ever watched "The Wire"? Elba was an immense actor in that. Watch thatr series and come back and repeat that he is not an execellant actor. |
Just finishsed watching Season 1 of Spartacus: Blood and Sand, great series esp the second half of the season. Looking forward to the following to start in the UK: No Ordinary Family 3rd Season of True Blood SGU 10th and last season of Smallville (please at least let Clark fly in this one, i beg.) |
Kavita, drop me a line on fb or yahoo messanger. Dapo Vieira Olasiyan |
Haven't been on this thread in awhile! Lets revive this thread. Anyone into the new Marvel Heroic Age or the Brightest day in DC? Kavita I will hit you up. |
I cannot see Tottenham getting more than 3 points from all six games. |
Fabregas was below par from the start, Rosicky should have started and they should gradually bring in Fabregas until he is fully fit. Van Persie, you need to sort these niggles out, your quality is being killed by these little little injuries. Theo, 2 games and good contribution in both, please keep it up. Diaby, you gave the ball away a few times again and slowed down play BUT you were much better than the last two games. Learn to play the first pass a bit quicker. Chamakh, 3 games so far and one goal. Good shot on target today, I am patient and will wait till you get used to the pace of the English game. (Adebayor had a whole year to get used to the pace before he started showing) Centre-halfs, that goal was your fault, both attracted to the ball and no one paying attention the striker in the middle. |
Dr Kitaun:For Walcotts sake I hope not because he has tried our patience enough, it is time he delivers consistently. If I talk about Diaby, people will start jumping down my throat. To me it is obvious he has not changed but 6-0 has clouded vision. I will wait and I am sure that without prompting people wil start moaning. I hope he proves me wrong becuase I want to see him improve but I have not seen the willingness to learn or even sometimes the heart for battle. |
If anyone watched the whole match and also the whole Liverpool match you will know that Diaby is not a positive in the team. He holds the ball too long when we are attacking, slowing it down and allowing the opposing team to organise. He likes twisting and turning, beating a player three times before he makes his mind up on the next pass. His dribbling abilities are not tied to end product, I have seen this time and time again plus he is an accident waiting to happen especially when he does that dribbling in our own half. He scored yesterday and the fact that he can score is not in question, that fact is that he should have more assits if he could play the next pass quicker or when he dribbles it is to more effect. No point dribbling 3 men in the middle of the box to then pass the ball wide. Nothing has changed with Diaby as I can see but I will loved to be proven wrong over the whole season. By the way Duduspace that is my opinion and I am not joking, your point about holding player will be assessed against teams with more bite in midfield, against blackpool he did not have much to do and trust me even then he still nearly lost the ball a few times due to overdo. I even thought that Wilshere had more bite in the midfield tackles than Diaby. Against Liverpool I remember a scouser shouting that Diaby was killing them, I had to laugh and told him to calm down that he will only dribble and then pass it to a non-threatening area, unlike Rosicky's one dribbler that actually went forward and led to a great scoring chance. |
