Thanks a lot...is this in anyway connected to cyber security?

Inside Cloud Computing, she will do Cyber security. It is all encompassing course and the job prospect is very high. She will be happy she did later.

Romance / Re: My Married Ex Girlfriend Disturbs Me For Money For The Upkeep Of Her Newborn by Vietnaminfo(m): 7:30am On Oct 16, 2021
handsomeyitayo:
Good day nairaland,

I have this my ex girlfriend that just gave birth and she do call me at times to send her money, .. and come to think of it ,she has fought me before and also insult hell out of me that time I am still searching for job, telling me I don't have money to care for her..she left me though she had a baby girl for me of which I do send money for her feeding and school fees...but she will call me that she needed some money that I should send for her...to eat is difficult, she is doing creche job that they pay her token even where she stays with her husband is her husband friends house and that one had drove them away one night ..I have to send money to her to lodge in an hotel due to pregnancy ...the same husband did not show care at all dump her aside..I ask her about the whereabout of her husband she will say I should forget him, ....I told her can't she go to her husband family house ..she said no...

Even the naming ceremony self dey did...only the husband came..and it was this my baby mama father that just organise menu for the naming ceremony...

But I do send some money to for the sake of my daughter...

I do remember those days we were together ,she will be insulting me , talking to me mannerless ...

We fought then because she dates guys arround then until I broke up with her...

Now she do call for me to send money to her ...but I don't know what to do, I don't like insulting or shouting on someone because she needs help....but I only do for the sake of my daughter...but should I stop.the husband is not serious about her ....

And this my baby mama is stubborn.. hypertensive lady ..

But if I remember those days, is as if I should remind her... and I will stop sending her money.but as a Christian I just use church mind...

If she ask me for money, I do feel pity...

Should I stop or continue assisting her...

I hope it is your daughter that wrote this and not actually you. Do you need nairaland verdit to know what you should do? For crying out loud, there is more favour to a giver than a receiver. The more you give the more your coast of blessings open. Besides, she is having your daughter. If you have money, give her because bible instructed us to do so and not because of the lady. She is in need now and put yourself in her shoes. Women generally are like that and it takes a diplomatic men to role with them. Two longs do not solve an issue. Give her the help she needs if you have the means and God will surely open more doors and ways for you.

In as much as I view your write up as discouragement
I also pick up sense in it too..Its not easy anywhere.some folks here in naija are living far better than those in Austria.
The best thing to do when immigrating to another country is to prepare and go on the right visa.

You just gave the summary of my write up. Why the attack on your first comment since you understand to this extent.

This statement above as become anthem for y'all that are abroad.

I still don't understand why you Nigerians in diaspora say it all the time, we that live in Nigeria are on our own too, no financial helper here too.

Goodluck then. A wise person will seek for more wisdom and knowledge than putting up an argument to appear reasonable.

I never discouraged anyone from travelling. I am only pointing out what one should equip him or herself before making the move. Alot came with little or no preparation and the obvious is happening to them now. If you have all it takes to travel and you are willing to, you wouldn't come and be frustrated.

What is with you people abroad always trying to discourage others from coming? It's better to stay in Nigeria yet any time they come back, they'll still rush back to where they came from. The guy wants to japa, if you can help him, do it. When Nigeria is better tomorrow let him be among those guys who may decide to come back, but for now Nigeria is not good!

Point anywhere in my post i discouraged anyone from travelling. I said that people should weigh their options before travelling. If you are not financially viable, you better stay back in Nigeria and hold onto what you have been doing.

I am not discouraging anyone either. If you want to come, I can guild you on the processes involved without charging a dime. All I am saying is to be prepared both financially and emotionally before making the move. Austria is a nice place depending on how you come. I wish you goodluck bro

Please can you answer the question from VEXT
(Are you in Nigeria presently)

quote author=Vietnaminfo post=106238061]I am writing to advise our brothers in Nigeria, who will like to come abroad. Please, ignore my grammatical or typographical mistakes and pick out the admonitions i am going to give. One thing you need to ask yourself is, what is my purpose of travelling abroad? What are my long and short term goals. What skills do I have to offer. Am I financially viable? Don't run from flying pan to fire. Don't listen to the advise from your agent. Make your candid researches on the country you wish to travel to. Don't travel because of what you see guys displaying on Facebook. Most of those guys will only wear nice cloths and snap in a good car or in a good setting just to lure you to send money to do visa for you. If you see what sime Nigerians are passing through to survive because they where deceived by their agents, you will know that Nigeria is paradise. If you decide to travel after asking yourself an obvious questions, make sure you come through study or direct employment. Dont be deceived to come on Visiting or bussiness visas, you will regret it. You can't work with Visiting visa. The chances of integrating into the system is limited. Don't get loan thinking you will pay immediately you reach your destination. These advise is what agent can't tell you because they need your money. Have you ask yourself, if abroad is good as those agents paint them, why are they in Nigeria and never want to travel. There are so many people in Nigeria that are richer than many guys in abroad. There are guys sleeping in a garden, many are sleeping in a train station, many are living with a woman old enough to be their grand mother, many are passing out time in a bar or club. So many can't afford a meal let alone a square meal. All that glitters are not gold. Rents in abroad is monthly and not yearly. The amount to pay yout monthly rent is enough to pay for one year rent in Nigeria. Remember that if you will get a job as a student, you are only permited to work 20 hours a week which is just to pay for your rent, medical insurance, feed and maybe buy grocery. Remember you will stay 3 to 6 months before you can get a job depending on grace that follows you. There is no financial helper in abroad. Everyone is on your own. The earlier you know the truth the better you make an informed decision. I never said that coming abroad is bad but make a concrete plans towards that and don't come with the mindset that there are jobs and money everywhere. There are our brothers and sisters that are doing well in Medical and IT sections. Dont be deceived that lots of white women like black men. Don't be deceived that you will get who to marry immediately you come. Most of the women that like black men are old enough to be your mother. The reason for this write up is just to advice us, so you can make a good research before you live a paradise and come to hell fire. I wish you goodluck in whatever decisions you come up with.

I am not in Nigeria. I travelled for studies. Why I used this quotation because of some our brothers condition in abroad. Most guys that are incapacitated here are seeing abroad as hell fire and Nigeria as paradise due to the fact that they are limited with many things here. When you don't have a house to lay your head, you don't have upto €50 in your account, you don't have money to feed, the police is after you . What do you term such condition? My advice is that people that wants to come abroad should make researches on the country they want to come, have the financial capacity to weigh the options. I am not discouraging anyone from coming to abroad
