Off course you can. Your friends list have little to do with getting massive traffic on Facebook. When you use Facebook ads you can control and order as much traffic as you want, where you want the traffic and when you want it. So even a fresh facebook account can work perfectly.

The email autofills by itself, even when i delete it and click find friends, i will be prompted to input e mail. Is there any other thing u think i can do about it?

Bro facebook is really frustrating me, each account i want to open they will ask me to upload my pix that they will check and get back to me. I always make sure my vpn is working and i clear my browsing data completely. I dint have this kind of problem when i opened my first facebook account that has been blocked. I dont know what to do again, is there anyway i will be helped out

Try clearing your browser cache before you open another. use Chrome preferably. Then use email to register not phone number. Confirm the account from your mail and skip all the steps till you reach the fb home page. Log out and log in back then update the profile picture
