While I understand those tweets about the need to Pay Rivers civil servants or to Chanel such Funds to Education,, I still support Governor Woke!!..
He is giving millions to Youth of his state..That's a form of encouragement or even empowerment..
Some of the local artistes could use d millions given into ventures such as Barbing Salons, Bars, Restaurants, etc which will employ others..
So not bad for me..
See how those Buhari or APC supporters who commented in the First pages are Howling..
If one of the local artistes collecting the N10million is dier brother, would dey be shouting like that??
Still remember how Darling Daddy Buhari once gave up to 55 NYSC members who visited in Daura, N200,000 to share..

@Op,,Early marriage for Girls is good, no doubt!! When a Female marries@21,22 or 23, it's nice and sweet..
But really, Marriage demands maturity from both partners..Also, u don't expect a young lady to accept marriage proposal from any Tom,Dick and Harry..
There has to be some love, feeling or likeness for the Proposer!!
Dats y some girls are not married at 25+..
But some take d risk, marry strangers and it turns out well..
