This AC was barely used by me because I run on an off grid inverter setup, so I decided to sell so I can buy 1hp to replace and I will be able to run that on my inverter.

So it is as good as new, only that there are paint drops on the outdoor unit from house painting carelessness on the part of the painter.

Besides that, it's 98% in perfect condition.

I would say that's a very long time, 3 months in between. Which means there's no certainty that I would meet up for January.

Bangor minimum deposit is 5000pounds and you would upload POF of 28days for CAS but your conditional offer must first change to unconditional offer. It took us 2 conditional offer letters before we finally got the unconditional offer and we got the first offer July 27th but the unconditional came this October.

Good day nairalander, please I have a building project that is at the stage of fence plastering now. I believe I have overpaid at few stages of the project but then I learnt my lessons already by making sure I get a second opinion after receiving a quote from the Artisan. The fence covers 2 plots of land measuring 35m X 30m, and the height is about 2m with Capping which they call "coping". Bricklayer bills #280,000 for workmanship, I felt this is too much, tho I paid #420,000 to plaster this 2bedroom house seated on it with excuses from him that the previous bricklayer did a bad job with the block laying though obvious, so he's going to do "amisa" that is filling and filling just to get it straightened out, even though we eventually fought over it cos he tried to cut corners by wanting to skip it but then I knew I overpaid.

So I don't want that repeating itself now, that's how I landed here please.

Is there anyone here who has used or install Eastman Tubular Batteries?
I bought one 2 weeks ago and this is my experience.

After being fully charged, battery drains from 12.9v to 12.2 in just 10 minutes with less than 200watts load on it.
Then from 12.2, it now drains normally till 11.0 which might last for 5+ hours with same load before inverter will alarm for low battery but I always switch it off when it's 11.6v

After lodging the complain to the seller, i was requested to bring the battery to their service centre, I did and It was delayed for 7 days leaving me stranded 'cos i sold the previous battery off as scrap same day i bought this. I got the battery back 3pm this afternoon and upon installing, same thing happened again.

I called their chief engineer to complain and here is his response.

"Check the backup time how many hours is going, Forget please battery voltage, Check the battery backup time"

which I responded with "Really? Since when has voltage become irrelevant in batteries?, because it will be foolish to keep discharging a battery to 10.5v as told by this so called chief engineer"

So before I take this further, I need to hear from others if they have experienced a thing as this.
mind you i'm using a Genus 875va inverter and the inverter is working fine, even the previous battery i replaced didn't jump voltage till it died.

My journey started a month ago when I invested 2,500 on fxtm under a strategy manager named "trading-power5". He was doing very well with his losses well controlled and profits on a reasonable level. Until 4 days ago when he suddenly made 48% losses, I didn't expect the loss to continue, on tuesday the loss reduced to about 35% and by the time i woke up yesterday, the losses is 88%. At this juncture, I observed 80% of their pro traders had lost almost same percentage. But when it's profit, they take 30%.

And about the price, I got the best bargain based on understanding LOL. Because I could remember that used to be our point of quarrel years back but we're 100% Good now LOL. I recommend him.

I bought a TEC stabilizer 5000watts on 16 May, 2018 @ Shalom Stores, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta who is a major distributor of Thermocool products. The product cost #10,000 more compared to other brands but I was convinced by the sales man on how effective TEC STABILIZERS are. 2 weeks after, I got home to find out that there's grid supply but power supply in my room, only to find out that the stabilizer stopped working. I checked the circuit breaker which is also the power switch and it's ON, didn't trip.

I called the store and I was asked to return the product for repair under warranty. While reading my warranty card, I found out the warranty is only 1 month which baffled me alot, how a valuable electronic product could give just 1 month warranty, something there looks fishy. After returning the Stabilizer to the store, I demanded for a new one which wasn't granted. They insisted on repairing the one I returned which I later concur.

It took them 2 weeks and 3 days to get it repaired, they claimed they sent it to the Thermocool engineers in Ibadan. Upon being called, I picked up my stabilizer and when I got home, I was ready to see my new stabilizer work fine. Upon connecting, the stabilizer, I observed the input voltage and output voltage are fluctuating very badly and countless times I saw the output voltage go lesser than input voltage despite that the input voltage is less than 220 which should never happen in a stabilizer. You can find attached the pictures I took at that moment with the short video clip.

So I had to unplug it and return it to the store, they took it in and promised to send it back to the Thermocool office. Since then I kept calling and perambulating the store for 5 weeks before my stabilizer was returned and I got called to pick it up.

On getting to the store, I met 3 stabilizers of its kind with paper label on it just like mine, which means they were either brought in for repair or done with repairs. I took their pictures, you can see them attached. Then I asked the sales man, what happened to these stabilizers and he told me they were returned for repairs and they were even more than seven but other customers has picked up theirs to have remained three.

I was wowed, which means I wasn't alone in that situation. Every customer who bought that brand of stabilizer has a problem with it and has to return it. So what's now the sense in paying for a stabilizer which is 10,000# costlier than its competitors yet has no reliability. Hence the products are just not good.

I took my stabilizer and left the store. On getting home, I reconnected it and it worked fine. But another observation is for a 5000w stabilizer to drag down it's voltage because of a load of 2650w is still poor performance to me despite having an input of 200v+.

Badly enough, the fluctuating voltage is back again yesterday morning which means the stabilizer is total THRASH

JUO has still not yet solve the battery issue and I'm getting very disturbed by the client's call.
If he refuses to get this done this week, I give him only 7 days ultimatum. I won't make a single post concerning him on here again I promise.

one can be very luck most times. I later link just one client with my friend(after serious begging), I stayed out of their deal. up to 2years now, the batteries are still good. I told him he was very lucky, cos I no want stories that touch!

Note: 80K for used SLA battery, how much be new one self? I saw a guy bought 4 200ah at 89k each, somewhere in IB.

Well, it was 70k and this is how he gave the warranty.
He said he has some sets for 50k or so with 3 months warranty.
and this one is 70k last with 6 months warranty that if there is any problem, he will replace it for sure.
I wish i have the chat excerpts for this particular convo, he boasted alot about the battery.
so why he's dodging this now I don't know.
