SchoolZinicc: You have Google right?
Then waste no time, deliberately start searching for American, European, Canadian or even Asian forums or Academic institutions to share ideas with.. Look for exams you could apply for, just be using your data to look outward instead of wasting it here for people to talk about betnaija to your hearing.
Advice : Never ever in your entire life smoke, drink or bet anything with anybody..
Believe it or not you are a unique kid and if you don't live your life in a unique ways better than what this environment provided you with then you will fail just like every other person.
For a start, if you have money, go and find a German language class and enroll in one...
Also check for that PTDF exam and apply to it..
But you must keep reading to be able to step onto new heights. He is a savant and his unique strength lies in numbers so enrolling in any language course is useless |

Herlertah: Hello Nairalanders, Lol, never thought I would one day post anything on Nairaland. I used to come here just to read news and funny comments by you guys. People like simplykush . Before I go further, I will forever be in debt of the mods if they can pls let this reach front page.
My name (nickname actually) is Herlertah, 18, graduated from secondary school last year with 4 distinctions and 4Bs in WAEC and prospective student of OAU pharmacy (got 281 in jamb but still waiting on that slow school)
I decided to discuss a very important thing with you guys as I know we have many intelligent guys here who, as I have witnessed, have helped many people here.
I discovered when I was in Jss classes that I have the ability to multiply, divide, add and of course, subtract numbers (even big ones, I mean very big ones) without using calculator within a short time or no time at all!!
I am very also very good in squaring numbers within twinkle of an eye, just like, Scott flansburg. I can find the square of 98765 within 10 seconds with my brain. I know the factor of ever number from 1-more than 10,000 or even more (don't know my limit). I once found the 3^40 and got 12157665459056928801with my head (took me few mins though). It's the longest record I have for now.
I also have the ability to know on what day of the week a date falls, I mean any date, whether past or future. Like asking me on what day of the week June 3rd, 2065 will fall and I will tell you that it's gonna be Wednesday.
I have known this for a while, buh where I am living here in Osun State, its hardly recognised. Although, I was given A MacBook upon from graduation from sec school mainly because of this ability of mine. Still I need help, I want to show this to the world, I want to make the country proud. I can do much more and I don't even know how I am able to do it. Although, I work them in my head buh in a rapid manner.
Thank you as you help with your invaluable comment.
Thank you!!! You are a savant |

I'm very sure Christian/Muslim relations are getting better. Things always get better. Romance › Re: How To Poop Without Splashing Toilet Water On Your Butt (pictures) by virago(f): 7:32am On Dec 22, 2018 |
kingxsamz: Here's how to prevent your poop from splashing toilet water on your butt. Thank later. *wink* 1 A: As the poop is coming out of your butt you catch it and hold on until everything leaves your body. Then you take all the poop in your hand and drop it gently into the toilet.
2 B: Another method is to make sure you don't break the poop. That is, it has to come out in a way that it doesn't leave your butt until it touches the toilet water, as seen in the diagram below. How to bring out the poop without breaking it is up to you.
3 C: Make smaller poops. In order to prevent water from splashing, you'll need to be careful of the size of poop that's coming from your butt. Let the poop come out in small amounts that when it hits the water it doesn't splash on your butt.
4 D: Stand up quickly as soon as the poop leaves your body. If you have a problem making smaller poops then this is for you. You just need to stand up immediately the poop leaves you. This would require strength as the poop could drop before you can even be able to stand up. Though this is not an easy method but if you put work to it, you'll achieve.
5 E: Put some ice cubes in the toilet. This works pretty well. All you have to do is get some ice cubes, at least a cup, put it in the toilet and then do your thing. Not a single splash. *wink*
6 F: Sit in the toilet water. This method is the one which I feel is more effective and guarantees you a %100 splash free pooping experience. All you have to do is take you butt all the way down to the toilet water and sit in it. That way you would be pooping directly into the water without a single splash.
Well that's it guys. I hope these tips really helped. Questions are allowed. The best way is to pour some detergent into water , shake your hands in the water to produce lather ( foam ) then pour the foamy water into the toilet. With this you won't have a single splashback when you drop the shit. Alternatively you can cut tissue into smaller bits and throw it into the toilet |

English fluency obviously cannot be a used as a yardstick to measure intelligence. But in some bizarre cases like this one, I'm sorry, exceptions MUST be made. Using your example about poor math ability not being a reasonable measure of a person's intelligence, what exactly would you say if you met a GRADUATE who has been through primary school, secondary school and a tertiary institution, but cannot solve 5 x 5? Would you still make this argument about mathematics not being a test of knowledge? Now you are the one mixing things up , 5 X 5 is basic primary 1 or 2 maths , there is a degree to everything , in your case you would expect any adult or graduate to know basic primary one English or maths. It's akin to saying a graduate who can't spell come , go , book or sit now compare that to graduates who can't solve senior secondary maths and believe me there are tonnes of people like that. |
Education › Re: Is Fluency In English Not Really A Measure Of Intelligence? by virago(f): 5:44pm On Dec 19, 2018 |
obailala: English fluency may not be an established measure of intelligence in the large scheme of things. However, in a country like Nigeria where English isn't our first language and where most people are first exposed to English language in schools, when other yardsticks of measurement are absent, an individuals command of English language can be used as a first pointer to measure the person's intelligence/aptitude.
With regards to the corper girl with the appalling English grammar, I'm sorry to say but she must be dumb. After attending different levels of school for at least 18 years of her life, if she can't still string together a simple decent sentence, or spell simple words correctly, then her aptitude for learning must be very low. But you can not disregard other yardstick of measurement as you would most likely get it wrong. I'll use your logic as an example , we all know mathematical proficiency is low and more people ( at least 8 out of 10 ) are not really maths oriented but would it be wise to judge based on mathematical proficiency alone ?. While English may say something about the environment you grew up ( I'll come to that in a bit ) it shouldn't be used solely as a measure of intelligence. Yes to a large extent speaking "good" English has a lot to do with where you were brought up , you won't expect a child who grew up in a rural environment to speak better English than one who grew up in Banana Island or even in England but we can not say the child who grew up in Ikoyi is more intelligent than the one who grew up in Aramoko. |
