I notice the trend recently, where people create account just to cause ethnic, religion and tribal clash. We should stand up against them. As per Ogun politics, Amosun will be the first elected Muslim Governor, all others past civilian governors are Christian. We sane Ogun indigene don't want Amosun stooge and we voted massively for Dapo but not on religion sentiment, we just don't want Amosun 3rd term agenda.

All the political candidates in Ogun state are Muslim....and yet we have loads of Christian camp grounds in the state....

Is Ogun state also Muslim-dominated state?
What are the Christian brethren doing about it?
What is good for the goose , is also good for the ganders
"O to ge" in Ogun state loading....
2023 , watch out!
religion bigot, don't start your madness here, we love each other either Christian or Muslim or Babalawo.
Dapo is a Christian and many house of Assembly elect. We don't vote base on religion sentiment in Ogun.

*Dissociate yourself from TMA Solution trading, Tijani tells NOUN Students*

The National President, of the Congress Of NOUN Students, Mr Tijani Adewoyin, has called on all NOUN Students to desist from buying and selling of Tutor marked Assignment, TMA Solutions.

Mr Tijani, who issued the statement through his S.A on media and publicity, Miss Amadi Stella. further stated that despite the effort of the school management to put a stop to the illicit and illegal act, some set of people claiming to be NOUN students are still moving around most especially on social media with TMA solutions trading.

He argued that those involved in the said business are not truly NOUN students " NOUN students are known are as a responsible people because it takes a lot of sacrifices to study in NOUN, National open university of Nigeria is not a University for lazy People and if we look at it very well, we will all see that those involved in the business are lazy People trying to initiate students" he said.

He gives Kudos to NOUN management for their well done job and also pledged and promised as President of Congress of NOUN students to enjoin hand with the management to raise war against any form of illicit act that can tarnish or damage the good name of the university that has been built by the management and also pleaded to NOUN management to always treat her students complains as a matter of urgency, finding a lasting solution to the challenges facing them.

PDP house is divided beyond repair in Ogun state that gave amosun luxury to win Senate seat.
PDP is divided into 4
PDP 1 - Senator Kashamu
PDP 2 - Hon. Ladi
ADP - Hon Dimeji Bankole
ADC - GNI
all this people are one united family before but ego and selfish interest split the force which Amosun is riding upon.

Dapo Abiodun has always been a PDP guy. He lost two consecutive primaries to Gbenga Daniel and has been consistently running for office under PDP. His move to APC is most likely a camoflage to win votes of the masses due to the party's popularity in the south west. I totally see him decamping back to PDP after he gets elected into office.
stop smoking wet weed.
Dapo is APC man, he contested in 2015 under APC during National Assembly election but lost to Senator Buruji Kashamu.
before the split, all the gladiators in Ogun politics are PDP.

you meant to shut up, I equally stay in ogun, abeokuta precisely. workers in ogun are more of a cult and a self made political party.
bunch of criminals in the union even worse than the ones in government.
your protest is pure political, his is already written in gold in the heart of the good people of ogun state no matter your dirty move.
shut up there, either political or non political. All the allegations are true. Amosun portray civil servants bad in the state and people believe it. He should pay all what he owe and you see the workers singing a new song. How can you owe me and spend heavily on mission impossible and you think I will love you.
The money spend lavishly on Akinlade mandate can pay half if not all the workers deduction.
He turns workers to beggar and you think they will love him?

17 months cooperative deduction, some workers use 50% of their earning for cooperative, pension contribution since 7 years ago, gratuity since 2013, leave bonus since 2015, workers promotion since 2016. He should pay all these and he will become the most friendly Governor.

In as much i don't support Buhari reelection because I have my opinion that does not mean I lost my mind.

Nairaland is a forum full of tribalism bigotry, slowpoke and a lot of small children.

Igbo should not see Yoruba as perceive enemies, doing so we continue to cause disunity among us. Going by this election, sane Yoruba voted for PDP because we know Buhari fail in many areas, economy in shamble, hunger in the land and other evil atrocities done by Buhari Administration. But the election has come and gone, let look forward for the future, let forget about the past and look for the progress of our country.

MorataFC:
yeah you are 100% correct, Buhari can never loose to Atiku not in the North, I said before that Atiku committed political blunders by picking his running mate from South East, we all know southeast and south/south are PDP's, anybody PDP picks as their presidential candidate they will vote for him, southwest is APC, if he had picked his running mate from southwest there's possibility that southwest votes would be divided or even majority votes for him.
Sentiment plays majority role in election, many people don't care about the profile of the candidates they vote for once the candidate is from their region/state they will vote for him.
Political sentiment is what is killing Nigeria today u can't expect southwest to leave Osinbajo and vote for Obi.
PDP do the right thing by picking Obi as VP, South west leave osinbanjo even his polling unit PDP won, Yoruba don't vote on sentiment. Don't forget APC controlled States Oyo and Ondo believe in -Atiku projects, other sw states give Atiku reasonable votes. We expect Atiku to divide the north vote by at least 33-45% but what we see is poor, that means Atiku is not acceptable in the North and The northern decide who govern Nigeria.
Those who said he should not have pick Obi don't know what they are saying. looking at the result so far PDP perform credibly well in SE, SS, SW but very poor NC, NW, NC.
