I tried to log in on the portal few minutes ago, it was saying "Please renew your registration" I did that last week, I don't know why it was asking again. Anyway, I went back to register, tried to fill all my details but it didn't bring the programme options and the state of origin options, yet it was still asking me to fill those places before I can submit. Please I need help. what can I do? Thanks

first of all change your level to 300l register the course then proceed to change your level to 400. Register the available courses.
