House please I have a question from a friend. Her ECA evaluation with WES has the “name discrepancy statement” on the report, because her first degree was in her maiden name, while she registered with WES using the married surname on her passport. Now she’s about evaluating another degree which was gotten using her married surname. Should she contact WES to explain to avoid confusion, or will a one and same person affidavit post ECA/change of name affidavit(she already has this) suffice? |

Why don't you try to remark the writing? You've maxed out on the other modules. Olanna95: Hi guys, I'm new here and I have a few questions please.
I've written my IELTS (wrote it on July 8 ) and my result is online, but for me to complete my application and enter the pool, I need my "test form reference number". This number is only available on the hard copy and British Council has not sent that to me.
Any idea on what I can do? I've called severally, emailed and even sent a message on twitter, but no response.
Please advice.
Also what are my chances of getting an ITA?
I'm 25 with a BSc, and my IELTS results are LRWS: 9,8.5,7,8.5
Thank you |

Thanks. I'm in Phc though. Mamaroon: NIN is needed for all new passports o, sorry.
If you are in Lagos, for NIN try Zenith HQ, Ajose Adeogun, VI. You need to have or open an account.
There is also NIN registration at the Ikoyi Passport Office..... the queue is not for the faint hearted though...but at least they cannot refuse you there...they are in the same premises as the Passport Office! If they do, just go straight to Servicom to escalate, less than 30 secs walk away, in the next building. |

I'm in Phc, and these people here are something else. Natalie27: Thats quite strange as my colleague did NIN for his 8day old daughter at Ikoyi but that place is crazy. You can just go to zenith bank at Ajose but it takes time , i went there on a friday, i wrote my name and was told to return next the friday for capturing and would get my NIN in two weeks. I took my chance and went to Ikoyi. |

Not to derail the thread...but has anybody recently processed the new e-passport(Nigerian) for a baby recently? NIS is insisting on NIN registration first, and NIMC has refused to register the baby, saying baby's too young for capture. It's just really annoying. |

I've experienced same delay with GCMS notes, as they came back with a request for a 90day extension. I have a feeling the notes might not contain any tangible reason for refusal as well. I might just submit a complaint using that link. Aduke02: It is very clear that there is something in your GCMS notes that they do not want you to see. You can file a complaint about the delay of your GCMS notes to the Information Commissioner here: https://www.oic-ci.gc.ca/en/submitting-complaint . They are required by law to release your GCMS notes within 30 days of your application.
Also, the trend with the London Office is to just deny applicants without actually doing a thorough review of their files. My boyfriend's GCMS notes confirmed this and we are taking the appropriate steps to contest this ineptitude. Its a long, expensive process but IRCC has left us no choice. We also sent a reconsideration email the same day we received the decision but we have not heard anything back from the London office. I am just waiting patiently for the 28 days within which they are to respond before following up with their office. |

For example, I worked with Company A for 4 years, and left for Company B. Now I'm about leaving B back to A? Do you advise I get the letter from B before leaving? |
