Also ask for letter of good standing from CIMA to be sent directly to WES. Alternatively, you can upload it if they send it to you. Secondly ask for a copy of your transcript from CIMA to be sure it states you met the requirements for the certificate

I'm in the process of filling out my application. For proof of sibling, I was asked to upload supporting documents like birth certificate that show parents name. My sibling has birth certificate but I lost mine a while back. My mum just did a sworn declaration of age for me but I don't know if this is acceptable. I have checked several forums online to no avail. I will appreciate any help on how to go about this. Is there a way to get another authentic birth certificate in Nigeria or can I use the sworn declaration of age as proof of sibling relationship.

Please do further research before going for ICM. I’ve seen stories of people recently who didn’t get a favorable evaluation from WES.

When ordering for Gcms notes, I’m supposed to enter a UCI number.
Now I noticed immediately my application was submitted, a UCI number was generated beginning with the format CAN0000(8 digit number). But I also have a UCI(10 digit number) from a previous TRV application which I filled in my EE profile as well. So which one should I use to apply for the Gcms notes?

List the amount you have for POF, no need to write LOE. Whether you decide to use the excess or not is irrelevant providing that whenever the VO Checks, your account has the minimum required amount for the application(bearing in mind exchange rate fluctuations).

I have a testimony o. My lost passport was found by a good Samaritan and @elohim24 got this info and contacted me this morning. Nairaland is actually a community of kind hearted Nigerians. He was already helping me with plans to get another passport when this happened. My appreciation goes to him and the guy who found/returned the passport, and mostly to God Almighty.

I assume you can use a photocopy of your passport for medicals. I used mine in Qlife lagos. Maybe try using the photocopy for medicals then work on getting a new passport afterwards and then update your application.

Even if they send to ircc, ircc does not check it that way as they probably have no way of filtering the thousands of eca reports. They confirm from the number and scanned copy you upload

The only difference would have been the date. Report number will be the same.
I’ve gotten further update on this: Fortunately, the name was corrected and the date remained the same. WES also sent an email apologizing for the error, and they have forwarded the correct report as well.

If the only difference is the name, date and report number, looks like a minor issue to me and can be clearly explained in an LOE IF the outcome of the 2 reports e.g. MSc, 2 degrees is the same (pls confirm) and the error is from WES. You could attach the old WES report, the new WES report, your transcript and the correspondence with WES. Personal opinion though, since I'm not a VO. You could also ask WES for an apology which you could also attach.

Deciding to decline depends on what your CRS is, if you are a 480 sort of applicant you may, if not........

However WES is in the process of correcting this error, but the corrected version will carry a different date(post ITA). They sent the initial report to IRCC already, and will resend this corrected one as well. Do I go ahead with this application and upload both reports with an LOE, or should I just decline the ITA?

I think you can try searching the thread. I can't remember what page exactly, but this issue was thoroughly discussed previously.
Unfortunately I don't remember the exact conclusion, so I can't advise

1. Your being in the pool does not mean you have applied to IRCC before, it's if you have applied for PR before that you can give a YES to that question.
2. Just say NO to this. Your passport is enough.
