@ Hanseel1 On the issue of women, I believe the British are in solidarity with their American female counterparts due to Trump's policies regarding funding of Planned Parenthood.
It is also widely claimed across all media (you couldn't have missed it) during the walk to the US presidential elections and the celebration of his first 100 days in office relating to his continued insults of women (by some of the alleged victims).
He also verbally insulted May earlier this afternoon when he deliberately talked down about her leadership and her poor handling of Brexit.

Very same question I asked on Twitter this morning. While Twitter Nigeria was agog with one response or the other, all I could think of was why on earth did RCCG think its ok to mix politics and religion. They never make good bed fellows ever!

Trump's schedule didn't take him near the planned protests, but he is believed to be familiar with the "Trump Baby." Asked if he was concerned about protests during his visit, Trump told reporters in Brussels on Thursday: "I think they like me in the UK," and said the British people shared his concerns on immigration, claiming "that's why Brexit happened."
But instead of holding his meetings in London, Trump has instead held talks with Prime Minister Theresa May at her country retreat outside the city and will take tea with the Queen at Windsor Castle, west of London.

Very funny. That's their primary responsibility. As lenders to the public and private sector to shore fiscal policy and the economy as a whole.
What should be more of a concern to us is the level of due diligence, corporate governance and compliance probe that these companies should pass through before a penny is released.

Amazingly as it may sound, some obligors actually petition the Receiver Manager (be it AMCON or another appointed by the bank) and the case will now be pending in court. In such an instance, the company will be unable to operate. Some do this as a form of delay tactics.
And no, I am not a lawyer either.

And who is going to buy these assets in an economy that is still in recovery post recession?
As for obligors who clearly don't seem bothered about the seizure of their non performing assets, AMCON should seize their collateral assets as well as provided by the banks.
That is what truly makes these rich people scared.

They take over those companies, seal them, render them unproductive leading to more unemployment

Taking over company should not lead to closure but only change in management

Sometimes, its not as easy as that.
AMCON acts as a Receiver Manager and through their legal team, take over the companies and all financial information.
Wading through the exact financial mess of some companies take a while and afterwards you find that some do need to just be shut down pending when the obligors (some of whom occasionally come to beg the body), can provide most of the debt owed the bank over an agreed period.
Its not always an open and shut case.

This will turn political soon as the major opposition in the Italian government that has consistently opposed the continued acceptance of stranded migrants will use it as proof of why such persons should not be allowed to enter their borders.
Such was the case that happened in June or so where Italy bluntly refused (despite international outcry), to allow a stranded migrant ship with low food supplies into their borders. They won!
