Drchristian:Not just there. She has some kind of skin infection around her armpit area and some scaly stuff on her thighs. I'm just wondering if she could have been beaten or something. How does she even sit with that boil on her butt?! |
Eeyaaa, I kind of pity him. He looks the most remorseful of the 3. Such a pity |
Zoharariel:Kai, my phone must have played tricks on me after I misspelled. Yes, that'd what I meant. Thank u |
I just need to know if Trump can be mandated to appear in court or does he have immunity too? Would this plea be grounds for possible impeachment against him? |

The Warner Bros. romantic comedy opened to an estimated $25.2 million at the domestic box office this weekend. That was enough to give the film starring Constance Wu and Henry Golding the top spot at the box office. The film has made $34 million over its five day opening, which exceeded industry expectations that had it bringing in closer to $25 million. "Crazy Rich Asians" is a watershed moment for on-screen representation. It is the first major studio film since "The Joy Luck Club" 25 years ago to feature a predominately Asian cast. The film has had an immense amount of media buzz and created a movement on social media with the #GoldOpen hashtag that was created to drum up attention and draw a big box office. The film, which is based on the novel of the same name by Kevin Kwan, tells the story of a college professor who meets her boyfriend's wealthy family in Singapore. The strong opening for "Crazy Rich Asians" is also a big moment for romantic comedies. It was the first time that a rom-com has topped the box office since June of 2014. The genre, which was once one of the Hollywood's most reliable, now thrive on Netflix rather than the cineplex. In other news, a movie starring actor Kevin Spacey, who's facing sexual misconduct allegations, earned a mere $126 at the box office on its opening day which is a terribly abysmal opening even worse than the Mariah Carey disaster; Glitter!. ![]()

daewoorazer You tried o. Well done. |
Babacele:Since having kids, her outlook on life has changed greatly. We need to discuss a bit more about this mystic upbringing part at some later time. I am really interested. I LOATHE vampire anything! You must have me confused with someone else o. When I first realized this was when I couldn't even finish one of those yucky Wesley Snipes vampire movies that was such a big deal when I was a teen. ![]() |
Babacele:Sorry for the late response. You were nurtured at some point by a mystic? Oh wow!!! Can I have your life please! ![]() I know Marie Correli - my elder sis was hung up on her some years back. Not a fan. When it comes to novels, I stick to horror/ marcabe, crime and international subterfuge kind of stories. |
Babacele:I do love Leonardo! He was a believer in mysticism and even the occult (to some degree). You have to be if you dabble into so many variegated areas of nature, the arts and the human mind. One of my most favorite classes in school then was Philosophy - taught by a reverend father but he made us open our minds to so many aspects of the universe, its energy, life! A lot of students didn't like nor understand the subject especially when it dabbled with aspects of religion and spirituality. Me, I had FUN! So to be honest, such topics may be banned in schools sef. E get some things Nigerian parents no dey gree hear especially now that everyone be "Pastor". ![]() |

Babacele:What happened my friend? |
All above listed points seem so easy but they actually aren't especially when you have naturally stubborn / unnecessarily jealous subordinates. And when it comes to the end of the day after they are burnt out from giving so much who do leaders turn to for help/ advice and coaching?? |
cornel994:Abi they died knowing their theory had been proven wrong las las. Rest in peace guys. |
Legendary singer-songwriter Aretha Franklin, long known as the Queen of Soul, died Thursday in Detroit. She was 76. Franklin suffered from pancreatic cancer. In a statement, Franklin’s publicist Gwendolyn Quinn said, “In one of the darkest moments of our lives, we are not able to find the appropriate words to express the pain in our heart… We have lost the matriarch and rock of our family. The love she had for her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins knew no bounds.” Franklin started performing at a young age, when she would sing gospel music in the Detroit church where her father was a minister. Though she began singing professionally in the early 1960s, it was in 1967 that her musical career took off, after she signed with Atlantic Records. Before that decade was over, she had released such songs as “(You Make Me Feel Like A) Natural Woman,” “Think” and “Respect,” which went on to become classics. Her “Queen of Soul” moniker followed shortly after her initial commercial success. The singer ultimately sold more than 75 million records worldwide, while becoming the most-charted female artist in Billboard’s history, with a total of 112 charted singles. Her many accolades included 18 Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe win and an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (the first female performer to receive such an honor). RIP M'aam! 4. Leonardo da Vinci Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci was an Italian polymath, painter, sculptor, architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer . He is widely considered to be one of the greatest painters of all time and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived. His genius, perhaps more than that of any other figure, epitomized the Renaissance humanist ideal. Leonardo has often been described as the archetype of the Renaissance Man, a man of "unquenchable curiosity" and "feverishly inventive imagination". I am obsessed with this man. The best and most popular Renaissance grand master as far as I am concerned. Michelangelo Caravaggio and Rafael could not come close. I wish I was born during the Renaissance period especially France or Italy. That is a time in history I particularly love and I am always combing Wikipedia to learn more about the 14th and 15th century in Europe. Leonardoooooo! cc Babacele and Explorers - you need to peep this thread. |
Eyaa, see the boy. A mere child. Now 3 lives wasted just because of jealousy and his immature inability to curtail his anger |
Freetech:Your comment is duly noted however I would have to point put that wealth re-distribution - a la Manslow's definition as Economists know it, is not really what is at play here. This so called increase will only lead to a commensurate increase in inflation of staple food items. Plus the fact that it may just not be sustainable. Look at the civil service, how much is the minimum wage in this country where you are now paying first class civil servants (govt pickin) N50k. Does it mean now that those of the public sector will also increase? How do we pay for this? What about the huge backlog already being owed civil servants on amounts that the country can even afford? This is a political strategy to garner support from certain class of voters and possibly dovetail to their parents as well. Let's not beat around the bush with words. Buhari is likely not even aware of the concept you are trying to portray here talk less of implementing it. |
Divay22:Haba! Sister abeg stop that talk. Reinstall it. Depending on your interests and the kinds of people you follow, you will never have a dull moment there. I follow Politics, Entertainment. I love the fact that you can see what's topics that are trending each day/ hour etc and choose which topic to follow. Strangely enough, twitter interaction even with total strangers are far more mature and intellectual than NL. And you actually LEARN stuff - I started following this Science geek in New Zealand and his daily topics are awesome. Open your mind a bit more and give it a go. |
Good luck to him. He should not be like Toke Makinwa that launched her glowbytm only for a small jar of cream to cost N58k sha. ![]() okomile:a la Kanye West ![]() The funny thing is that all his pieces (literally and figuratively speaking ) are so expensive |

Babacele:I see where you are going especially your reference to bad blood within the party. Saraki's defection (though expected by some), has thrown things right out of the water. Weekend is going well. RCCG camp whahala and then movies galore till evening. Cheers my friend! |
Atiku, we heard it before... Jonathan, Buhari. Tell us something new. Focus on clinching the PDP presidential ticket first. You may have Saraki to contend with |
Babacele:Lol. My mind is in a fog. Is there an acceptable timeline for a political party to conduct primaries and field a competing aspirant pls? Cos if a party largely have d same ideology, technically d chosen aspirant may not need too long a period to "preach" his mandate and let's be honest, what do we expect to hear differently from d past. Even d candidate would be someone we all know - likely Atiku, Saraki or Kwakwaso. Wait, are u still Pro APC my friend? |
Alen4smit:Chai! But why are we Nigerians like this? He has done absolutely nothing for this people on a micro level. What is their problem? What is our problem?! |
Like a joke, this man could win again in 2019 oooo! |
mukthar2000:Understand the words "doubtful" and "likely". Only lawyers do not posses common sense not to swallow a one-sided story with grainy picture evidence sir |
soliddust2020:You fail to get me. I am quite sure that no bank manager will instill those orders. Thats the level of professionalism I am taking about. As you can see, its the uniformed men (not the security like Halogen etc that are paid to watch over the bank) that most likely follow the CIT bullion vans etc that are the ones meting out the punishment from the pics. The lady (i am assuming is a senior staff) may likely be trying to pacify him from punishing them further. I am very doubtful about the whole story. |
