Seriously sometimes governor ameachi talks like a man that eat from his ass, seriously speaking. How can a governor be addressing pipo that came to visit him like dis? Must Ameachi try to run down FG in everytin? Beside was in not president GEJ tat increased corpers allowance from 9k to 19k.over 110%. Why is ameachi sounding like corpers r bin owed salaries by FG. Beside are dis same corpers not working in state own Organisations? So wat is bad in paying corpers allowance for working for u MR I too know? Abg make dis man go sleep if emm no get talk. He keep making people hate him more.

I know is only a matter of time before governor ameachi and the state commissioner of police will start der own war. I tot Mbu was the trouble making.

It very obvious the judiciary in Rivers state will soon be dragged into the political war going on in the state. In no short time the state judiciary will have pro-Ameachi and Anti-ameachi because the governor is close to make that happen.

Am not a lawyer in this case but I will be speaking from the common man's point of view. Last monday,I heard the chief judge of Rivers state Hon. Justice Iche N. Ndu is taking a bar from the bench,as he has reached the age required by the constitution to go. At the cause of the Cj's thanksgiving service none of the state government officials where there both from the governor's office or that of the state house of assembly. To me this was a sign that tells, all is not well with the governor and the outgoing CJ. Looking at the political event that has been playing out in the state, it is very obvious every camp of the pro-ameachi and the Anti-ameachi is trying to have the incoming CJ in there payroll, as you all know justic today in nigeria is for the highest bidder. over time have posted issues on how the judiciary is so full of corruption because I don't see a reason why the right thing will not be done.

Now it got to a point where a new chief judge has to be appointed by the governor which the 1999 constitution as amended gives the power to do so. But in the cause of doing this act,the governor who is my very good friend, failed to do the right thing by appointing the most senior judge in the high court to take over from the out going CJ. Instead the governor appointed the president of the state customary court of appeal Hon. Justice PeterN.C. Agumagu, KSM to be the judge thereby violating the provision of Section 271(4) of d 1999 constitution,which is applicable here provides as follows" if d office of the chief judge of a state is vacant or if the person holding the office is for any reason unable to perform d functions of the office, then until a person has been appointed to and has assumed the function of that office or until the person holdings the office has resumed those functions,the Governor of the state shall appoint the most senior judge of the High court to perform those functions".

Going by the report, the Governor appointed the president of d customary court of appeal as the most senior judge, but the constitution provides that the appointee shall be the most senior judge of the HIGH COURT. Justice Agumagu not being a judge of the high court, is not qualified constitutionally for d appointment. Is just like asking the president of the federal court of appeal to become the chief justic of Nigeria.

So it is very import my friend governor ameachi to do the right thing by appoint Hon.mrs. Justice Daisy W. Okocha as the CJ of rivers state.

Now for sometimes I've heard people say APC is going to take power from PDP come 2015 and whenever I hear such I start laughing. Apart from the greedy factor I stated last time in my post that was going to destroy the so called APC,I will show you some political mathematics in which GEJ is going to use in winning should he run.

Politics at Presidential level is played on structural level and you people will agree with me that its only PDP that has that capacity and that's why they have been running the show since 1999. There is no Ward, LGA or State in this Country that you will not find PDP. What does this mean? It simply means the people can easily be reached and mobilized during elections. Rigging can take place should the President decide to play dirty politics but of cause Mr president will never go that way instead he will prefer to lose in a clean election.

Now APC has claimed their mission is to take power from GEJ but how will they do that without a proper structure on ground .APC put together controls 11 states out of the 36states in nigeria and for some of you who follow political issues will agree with me that APC is a sectional party. How do I mean? ACN is of the South west,while CPC and ANPP is of the North West.
hahahaha one of my aids just reminded me of Okorocha my friend in APGA. Well PDP controls Imo state for all I care.

So let's do the proper break down so that you will understand me better.

SOUTH EAST: This zone is made up of 5 states and PDP controls 3 states and 4 out of 5 Governors are core GEJ loyalist. So do you think it is possible for TINUBU to come from Lagos and fight this Governor to win elections in this state? Which structure will he use?

Now as long as South East remains GEJ has kept to the two (2) agreements he made with the people of the South East during his campaign, which is

(1)Building of the second Niger bridge which contract for it was just awarded last week to one of the biggest constructing giant in the country

(2) Fix Port Hacourt / Enugu Express way. As am talking now four(4) Contractors are working on that road, you can ask people that travel on that road to know the state.

The Enugu International airport which is the only international airport in the zone is now a first class airport. You can fly to Enugu and see for yourself. The Cargo airport in Owerri has a new look, You can also find out for yourself.

In terms of appointment we are well carried along. So tell me do you think APC or Okorocha can deliver this zone to his masters?

SOUTH SOUTH: Most People will argue that the President has done nothing in this zone being a zone he comes from. Well I would not want to comment on this till 2014 which he has promised to deliver East-West road but I don't see how a man from BUGUMA will not vote for GEJ then go vote for buhari. Well in other not to waist our time, Sentiments will play a major role here. GEJ is gonna win.


SOUTH WEST: ACN controls 5 out of the 6 States. Apart from Lagos State,which to me has been built long ago with Nigeria's money due to the fact that it was the former capital, I don't think there is any other state Action Congress is doing well in this zone. It is obvious the people may be seeking for a change, after all we just saw them lose in Ondo state. If they were so on ground in the zone they would have taking Ondo too! I keep telling my friends from this zone that ACN took South West was that PDP did not put her house in order, take OGUN for example, PDP lost that state just because her house was divided,if you put the vote OBJ's boy got and that which the former Governor's boy got you will agree they would have won by far but due to the rack in the party the votes were divided. Apart from Osun state, tell me the other state GEJ did not win in the zone!

NORTH CENTRAL: Apart from Nasarawa state, PDP controls the other States and majority of the state are core GEJ supporters. Infact this zone will welcome Him well then even a President from the zone because the President has done more in these states than his zone. You can ask the people of KOGI more.

NORTH EAST: Well this is the zone I don't expect much from because it is controlled by ANPP but still the PDP has structure on ground. Its a fight of 40- 60 fight.

NORTH WEST: PDP still controls these states!

No disrespect to my friends from the North but somehow the truth needs to be told. One of the major problem the North will have fighting power over from GEJ will be the problem of selfishness and greediness. It is obvious the battle line is between the north and GEJ come 2015 and as it stands now I don't see any body that will or is well accepted all over the South whom is from the North that can win election in ABONIMA, Isokpo or Akabo! and the issue of everybody wanting to be President from the North will also play out too . We saw it happen in 2011 so don't think it can not happen again in 2015.

Go check your records very well there are few Presidents in the world that have lost election for 2nd term in office while in African is only one! With the acceptance GEJ has with the western world, don't even think its gonna be easy for APC. Did you guys just see the rating of KPMG? Do you know how much America has just invested in Nigeria? Under whose watch did this investment come in? Can you name which of the G8 states that has not thrown billions of dollars into this country or which Head of state has not visited Nigeria apart from USA .So if you think the West is not interested on who runs this country in 2015 then your dreaming!

From my last count, APC will be the 5th political party governor Okorocha is joining since 1999 and the big question I keep asking him is, what is chasing you?

Over the weekend I watched on TV and I saw the APGA full house deny completely that they are not part of the merger and the party still stands on it own. The Governor of Anamabra State, Mr Peter Obi said something on that program which justify and concord with what I said last week. The Governor said APGA is not just a political party but a POLITICAL MOVEMENT of the igbo nation who has been fighting marginalisation from the Nigeria State since and after the Civil war. This party was founded by Dim Ojukwu, the man who championed this war over marginalisation. So it is unacceptable and totally wrong for a man like mr Okorocha who has not contributed anything or even been out spoken about the maginalization of Idi Igbo to want to destroy what others has suffered to build, all in the name of wanting to be President. Mr Okorocha came into APGA 2010 so let him respect the people that has been there long ago before he came. He should stop insulting himself by telling the world he is a bully and emperor.

Now,if you think i just blow my voice above my head on social media about Governor Okorocha, then your dreaming. Last year I was shouting at the top of my voice that there were massive looting going on in imo state but some of you called me names. Wait, soon I will start showing you pictures I took while I was in owerri during the festive period so tat you will understand why I have been shouting that this administration is characterized by lies and corruption. Thank God the EFCC has heard my cry and moved into action. As am talking now, Commissioner of Finance Chike John, and Eche Ezenna George the Accountant General of Imo state are cooling off in EFCC custody. Wait till more heads roll.

Are you aware that when Gov Okorocha came into office in 2011,he sent the 27 elected LGA chairmen parking? Well these sacked chairmen of the 27 local governments in Imo State had told the EFCC that Okorocha misappropriated funds from a N13.5bn bond raised by his predecessor, Ikedi Ohakim. The chairmen also alleged that since June 2011, the Joint Accounts Committee in Imo State had not functioned and all statutory allocations due to the local governments totaling over N80bn had been misappropriated by Okorocha.

Following the ALGON petition amongst others, operatives of the EFCC visited Imo in October and commenced probes into the operations of the state joint account with the Local Government.

Now for those of you that visited owerri during xmas or the imolites that went home? plz tell me where you saw a project that you feel is worth up to 3billion naira or does the state capital look like a place where 80Billion was pumped into? I visited almost 6 LGA but still could not find anything!where did N80billion go to(hahahahah ask me and I will tell you)
