chucky234: British newspaper Telegraph has unveiled a list of the top 100 players in the last 28 years, on the proviso that the nominated players must have graced the English Premier League since its inception.
On the 93rd position is retired Nigeria international Jay Jay Okocha, who played for Bolton Wanderers from 2002 - 2006.
The editors said about the former PSG and Fenerbahce maestro : “The Nigerian international was one of many eye-catching signings made by Sam Allardyce at Bolton in 2002 and he instantly became a fans’ favourite.”
“Bolton went from perennial relegation battlers to European football during his four years there, with Okocha giving the lie to the perception that Wanderers relied on brute force to succeed.
“As Bolton fans put it in one of their chants, he was “so good they named him twice.”
Austin Okocha scored 14 goals in 124 appearances for Bolton Wanderers, and the highlight of his stay at the Macron Stadium was inspiring the side to the final of the 2004 League Cup.
Football experts Henry Winter, Alan Smith, Jason Burt, Mark Ogden and Jeremy Wilson were among the panelists that drew up the list

ledafaze: For this coming election, I will go for Buhari. We all know there is no way a new man can climb that ladder... its only an old wine that can be poured into the old bottle till we have a real change in Nigeria. And to bring in the new change where the likes ot Political Thugs, Oil Theives, Federal Reserve PotHoles and the likes can be brought to utter shame, I will support and will always support Buhari.
Some people will say that there is no Buhari without an Idiagbon but I want you to know that Buhari was the guy underground doing all the deeds when while idiagbon was activating his works... Its like a "this-is-my-beloved-son-in-whom-i-am-well-pleased" thing.
So Nigerians, I am not asking you to vote for Buhari but look at the likes of Asarti Dokubo holding the whole nation to ransom if GEJ is not reelected in the 2015 presidential elections... I laugh at the fracass they display in broad daylight trying to cover their mischiefs. We all know that OBJ, the real man behind the chaos in PDP is even the guy calling them for settlement.... Ho w long do you want this to continue...
If you ask me, I would say I prefer a military regime because Nigeria needs something more rigid to put it into
place. Why because they are more disciplined. Should we now say because we want that we should now allow military rule in Nigeria? No! But I know and I believe Buhari is the man that can give us a Nigeria that is more transparant than what we have now. Not that any other person cannot do that, but he is the only person that can do that and also attain that post come 2015. No other contestant that can do that can get there in 2015.
Even though hes not declared anything yet concerning 2015 race, my heart will always go on. For your information Buhari can Never rule Nigeria, we have gone past people like him...I'm also not surprise you said you will vote for him come 2015 of course in politics there are so many ignorant voters who actually don't understand some factors before casting their votes. |

Even if a "God" exists, did he personally tell you that Oyedepo is his Man?
Do you even know what these "Men of God" do in their Closets? Do you know what and who they actually worship in their privacies?
And you call Me a Kid? I'd have loved to hurl insults at you, but I think you're a "Kid" and unworthy of even My vituperations!
Grow up! Even if a ''God exists''...its a pity you doubt the existence of God, no wonder you have d boldness to defend your comments even when they sound irrational,d bible says d fool has said in his heart there is no God. |

ajanaku2: Hey Man!
His being a Church Owner definitely made him wealthy...
How do you explain the Money used in establishing Covenant and Landmark Universities? Mind you, those Schools are owned by Oyedepo and not by the Church!
How do you explain the Money used in acquiring his fleet of Jets?
And you think the Tithes and offerings by his Church Members go to Jesus Christ's Zenith Bank account, Heaven Branch?
The Tax-free earnings of the church are the basis of His Wealth! I personally think Oyedepo is an astute Businessman!
My advise to the Nigeria Government which seeks Diversification from Revenue from Crude-oil Sales and a boost in its income base is to commence the taxation of Churches and all other religious institutions...They should be made to pay all forms of taxes from CIT to CGT to VAT... I wonder how people talk about men of God and things of God with so much disrespect, don't just comment because you intend to amuse people and write irrelevant things, did d bible tell u that offerings and tithes should be lodged into any account? I'm not a member of the church but I was deeply moved by your scathing remarks,as u suggested what amount of tax do u tink can make him poor and make the body of christ flounder? Or has the tax collected by govt improve ur living condition? If u cannot respect him for who he is then respect him cos of God. NL has been flooded with kids. |

Homguy: As much as i do not support USA's solitary intervention in this quagmire, somebody has to bell the cat. Besides, they have most odds in their favour. Russia's only interest in syria is their weapon sales and am sure their warnings are just a show of solidarity to a client neighbour. However, it would be more laudable,if the US is able to convince more UN nations participate rather dan paying the prize of bløod and money alone.Britain and france as exampls, are clearly benchwarmin and not sure about what roles to play yet. Long live America. Its a war not only for US but also Us allies, Isreal, Uk and France as you rightly said, people don't seem to understand Russia's interest in this whole thing, as for me, I'm in support of this invasion cos in the words of St Augustine, War is sought for the sake of peace. |

sexkillz: [color=#000030]You've been an obedient puppy from get go. Are you refusing to obey this time around because money is involved? You smelt money and suddenly remembered you have balls?
You allowed her run your life happily. You have never complained about her nor the sacrifices she has done and undergone for you. How many girls will teach and encourage a boy these days? Stand by him and make sure he takes his books seriously? Nudge him to apply for an exam, and coach him to success? Those are the qualities of a wife. It's a pity and a shame that you have chosen to look at the financial aspect alone.
A person who is grateful will share that money into 2 and give her half, just to show appreciation. Count how many blessings that have come to you because she was there. Now she is bad because money is coming your way.
Shame on you my brother, shame on you.
Some people do not know what they have, until it's taken away from them. In few years to come, you'll be looking for a "wife material".
How many present day wives have the interests of their husbands at heart like this girl does?
