Not sure it's quite possible to redline while the carb is in motion. In the case of an automatic transmission car, wouldn't the gear shift thereby reducing the tachometer gauge? Perhaps with a manual transmission car you could get close?

Revving while stationary. It still irks me when the tachometer gets to the red part.

Wish I could tell my mechanic this.

These guys are meant to know this but you see them redlining cars all in the name of testing. This annoys me all the time.

There is a difference between buying all the rooms in Eko Hotel for your guest and Having the whole lagos stomp Eko Hotel for your event. How many persons came for Dangote's wedding, How many cars filled Eko Hotel parking lot during Dangote's wedding, do you want to compare that to of OLIC. Seems to me the people/ person recording the video already knew what was about to ensue. If it is a bank, it must be a local cooperative/ contributory bank.
If you ask me, whatever is making the idiotic man so agrieved to extent of setting a building ablaze might even be less than N200k. Sure all you have said is absolutely right. Only in Nigeria, sometimes you have to embark on some projects for want of trying and attracting investments as you move along. What should have happened in this situation is the tracks shouldn't have been open for use until health and safety was adequately considered and provided.

Lets hope the regulators (If any) do the needful.
