u need to subscribe to BIS first

start a new text message and type 'mypin' press space and your PIN will show up

if you dont want to subscribe to BIS, then you need a wifi connection

if you have data on your sim, you will be able to use your operamini to browse but you will not be able to use any native apps

are u using a stolen BB? if you bought your bb from the roadside or some of those guys in traffic, you are using a stolen BB

check the windows appstore or market place from your windows phone. it should be easy to find so long as you have a data plan or are connected to a wifi

bowyerv: no. Don' a SIMcard.
however you won't be able to use both your phone and tablet. once installed on tablet you will need to remove whatsapp from your phone. You can't have whatsapp working on two devices registered to the same number.

if your tab takes a sim card, it cannot have the same number as your phone so i dont see the problem

call customer service and tell them you have exhausted your data but the auto renewal prompt has not come. they'll end your current plan and you can renew

iPhone 5 will be one of the worst disappointments of 2012. the iOS6 is already out and its boring and the new iPad already shows the best hardware Apple can pack this year outside of processor

i expect the iPhone 5 to come with quad-core to even have a chance at competing with the top of the range smartphones from the other OEMs but screen real estate will still not be up to par although you people will shout the ppi and say that's more important than everything else under the sun

anyways, Sept 22nd is not so far away anymore. we'll all see what apple has to offer

you missed out Gtalk...the messenger app for Google gmail. i don't know too many people who don't have gmail account these days besides if you want to enjoy your android phone, gmail is a must and it comes with Gtalk. with the google muscle behind it, it is challenging SKYPE in terms of capability and its major limitation is you need a gmail account whereas skype lets you bring any email address you already have from anywhere

that said, i really don't think people should waste their time with all the other wannabe apps in this category..SKYPE is at a level most of them can only dream of. Skype is totally platform independent , whether you're at home on your PC, laptop, tablet or you're on the go with your mobile phone (except BB), you can stay in touch via IM if your bandwidth cannot support voice and video

if you have not received a response to this. it works and no special settings required. just subscribe to bis on airtel even right from the android phone and you're good to go
