Hello good people. My whatsapp stopped working since last month so I downloaded another one for Android, although I didn't delete the old one that isn't working again. My problem now Is that my phone hangs, other apps closes or doesn't respond after opening, whatsapp doesn't open sometimes and if it does its hangs also I can't send pictures on whatsapp when it finally opens please help me. All you need to do is update the whatsapp on BlackBerry world and it will work fine till June 2017.

À New OS version usually brings bug fixes, new features and more stability to a device so it's usually a wise choice to update to the most current version available for a device at every point in time

Use a pc/laptop with Internet connection and BlackBerry link installed to do the update and you won't need to uninstall apps to get the update

The latest update has been pushed out to glo subscribers for a while. Which device model are you using ?

Sorry bro, I have not been keeping tabs on the work around for playstore installation. If you do a search on this thread you should be able to get the pages where the installation was discussed

Whatsapp will still work till June 2017 after which the android apk can be used and I also expect BlackBerry to make the android version available from BlackBerry world just like they did for Skype

You bought the device second hand but did you verify you were buying from the real owner or you bought a stolen phone? If you bought from the real owner you need to find the person and tell them to release the device from their own BlackBerry ID...it's as simple as that

I think this PSN problem is actually a country problem for us now in naija since it's happening across all the ISPs because most of them get their data from one of two sources.

What I do is to restart my router to change my gateway from anyone that's blocked by psn to another one

if you're in the main BB Hub where everything is aggregated, you'll see the option to mark all previous as read BUT if you go into the individual sub-Hub for the connected services, some do not give you that option

What you have when you hold down the date are
1. Mark Prior Read
2. Delete Prior

Clear notifications? do you mean you want to purge the Hub of all messages from all the connected services you have...email, social media, text, call logs etc?

Get a pc with decently fast Internet access and install BlackBerry link. You should be able to update the OS using BlackBerry link

Glo data is still the most generous...just dial *777# from your glo line and follow the prompt to subscribe to a data bundle

Have u entered 'BlackBerry'?

You should enter BlackBerry as instructed. If after that you enter the wrong password 5 more times, your device will wipe. however if you enter the correct password after entering 'BlackBerry', everything will be fine

yes i have confirmed Glo Network is on LTE band 28

Etisalat and MTN on the other hand are supported because they are on LTE band 3 and 7 respectively
