Family / Re: How Do I Handle My Neighbour's Excesses? by waleluv1(m): 1:41pm On Dec 08, 2011
To be sincere, we are all human and several factors can lead to his own take on this bill of a thing;

1, do you really understand the motive behind his refusal to pay?

2, is there any quarrel between the 2 families before the bill issues sprang up?

3, or is that his usual practice?

A genius response to each of these questions would be of great help, and if he just proves to be stubborn and unfair try to get CRAZY a bit with the issues, gentility does not mean stupidity

oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

what a great loss!

there is power in the tongue, though many people do take this for granted.

However, the case of this intelligent rapper should sound a piece of warning to many

young forks out there who make negative affirmations against themselves.

Da Grin sang the song if i die, the question is, has he committed any evil which attract

death penalty? or he just wanted to be another 2 PAC, who sang the same kind

of song(1995) and was shut to death 2years after he released the album"?

Really, i don't know Da Grin in person, but i respect his great talent and i also want the

youth out there to be mindful of the way they used their tongue,

DA GRIN, YOU ARE GONE YET, I RESPECT YOUR GREAT TALENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is my little contribution to humanity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Business / Re: Add-on Services For a Cyber-cafe (Apart from Net Browsing) by waleluv1(m): 8:49pm On Apr 15, 2010
The best form of feasibility study is to study your environment, and pin-point what the people around

you really need/want. A particular biz is making waves in Lagos does not mean it would fetch you good

    money in Ibadan.

This is common sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(no biz succeeds in an environment where it is not needed)

The best form of biz idea ever comes from the environment

Politics / Re: I Never Thought Of This Solution: Fg: Oil Companies Must Build Refineries by waleluv1(m): 6:38pm On Nov 29, 2009
great idea, however,

this would be a great development, only, if the federal govenment would allow

these same firms to manage the refineries themselves while the FG setup a body

who would supervice their activities, to curb frauds and for optimum performance

Adverts / To Get Somewhere, You Must Start Somewhere by waleluv1(m): 10:25am On Aug 26, 2009
There is nothing wrong with dreaming big but something is wrong when you keep dreaming big while you do nothing.
To get somewhere you need to start somewhere.

Take for instance as a graduate, it is wrong to sit at home all in the name of looking for a high paying job say #100,000, while you have jobs that pay say #30,000 smiling at you all over the place. You see, there is nothing wrong with starting small, what is wrong is when you remain small. Go for that job but keep your eyes on better opportunities. And remember, better opportunities are only for the smart guys, so you must be smart enough to trace them. No amount is too small to start with, the important thing is that you must start somewhere. The city of Rome was not built in one day, stop dreaming, and do something meaningful with your life.

This is my own little way of re-branding Nigeria.

I believe in the future of this country, so we still have men who can reason this
way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If 20% of Nigerian can think like this guy, the dreamed, new Nigeria would not be far fetched.

Olofinjana is a Hero, lets celebrate him.

the reason why Nigeria is not moving forward is because we don't celebrate our heroes
Business / How Do Banks Make Their Money? by waleluv1(m): 11:35am On Aug 13, 2009
Though, i'm not a journey-just-come to the activities of the banking sub-sectors,
but i believe two heads are better than one.

Actually, I'm an investor, and I'm about buying a bank's stock.

Meanwhile, I think it's a wise decision to know how this sub-sectors of the economy make their money before risking my hard-earned income with them(particularly in this time of reccession) .

I know we have a lot of INFORMED and EFFIKOS(learned ones) in the house.

Please, I want you to be sincere in your responses, your responses are priceless to me
Business / Re: Investing In Stocks In Nigeria Do"s And Dont"s by waleluv1(m): 5:35pm On Aug 12, 2009
atilla,

are you an investor? if yes i would like to be your friend so we can both

analyse company's stocks together to enhance our investment decisions. Thanks

To be a successful investor you need

1, money

2, investment education

3, good information

anybody putting his money into the stock-market without this 'three' migth be
likened to a gambler, and everybody knows that the probability of making money
as a gambler is half. A gambler simply  trust his fate on luck which does not work every time, that's why they end up losing all they suffered to gather.

Pls, choose to be wise!
Business / Re: Investing In Stocks In Nigeria Do"s And Dont"s by waleluv1(m): 9:35am On Aug 12, 2009
As an investor you have your money in a place where it makes more money for
you

1, either you are working or not

2, while you still keep your primary income source

It's wise to leverage on investment because in life, there is no security only
opportunity,

the money you earn today might seize 2morow, spend wisely, but most importantly, consider investing today (reach me on waleluv1yahoo.com 4 more gist)

Thanks
Business / Re: How Did You Spend Your First Income? by waleluv1(m): 11:48am On Aug 08, 2009
I give kudos to the old men, they are known for their wisdom,
that small adage is a time tested and proven one.
I spent my first income on expensive phone which got stolen
after few weeks of purchase.
But up till now i've used my last kobo on equity investment.
Now think i'm wiser

Family / Re: Handling Parental Pressure: For Young People by waleluv1(m): 4:12pm On Jul 31, 2009
these people really want to help us, they don't want to watch us make the same mistakes they have made in their lives. Sometime the pressure is good, and sometime
it's destructive. Above all, either they are being too harsh at us, or flexible, let's
remember it is for our good
Politics / Re: N180,000 Tuition Fees For Nigerian Universities by waleluv1(m): 11:25am On Jul 21, 2009
THERE IS FIRE ON THE MOUNTAIN

I'm ashamed of being a Nigerian,

With all the issues on ground, should we start talking about increment of any form? I pray this country would not worsen to the extent when we would need to go to countries like Ghana or Benin Republic to hire people to govern us.
The intellectuals among our leaders better do something before Militancy become a household name in every state.
I pray what happened in Ghana some years ago would not repeat itself in our own Nigeria. We love our leaders but they hate us in return. They are only interested in what would fetch them some cash.

I believe some of this people making these painful policies don’t have their kids in this country.

Before Nigeria use to be a place where laws are made for the poor alone, but now, education would only be for the rich, Presidents breeding Presidents, Governors breeding, Senators breeding Senators.

I don’t know what Asa was thinking about when she sang there is fire on the mountain, but indeed, I can see that coming to reality

I KNOW WE STILL HAVE GOOD LEADERS, BUT WHERE ARE THEY ?
