I know someone working there, is damn stressful. Its like LAPO whereby u give a client a loan and must pay back at a specific time if not the organisation will deduct it from your salary. So you have to persuade them to pay up which usually sometimes leads to quarreling and fighting with your clients cheesy

Some might even abscond with the money
