PoliticsRe: Why I Postponed My Resumption- Senator Natasha by Wallade(m):
JimRohn:
Your entire position sounds polished but falls apart under real scrutiny — so let’s set the record straight:

1️⃣ You preach ‘diplomacy’ but ignore injustice.
When a senator is unlawfully sidelined, her seat moved without explanation, and her voice suppressed, she has every right — and duty — to challenge it directly. Diplomacy does not mean rolling over when bullied by a system protecting its own impunity.

2️⃣ ‘Unruly and disruptive’?
Yes — disruptive to the status quo that fears accountability. Nigeria’s ‘Red Chamber’ is no shrine of decorum; it’s a hotbed of political games. Natasha’s refusal to play submissive puppet is exactly why she rattles those who hide behind procedural gimmicks.

3️⃣ Your ‘facts’ are conveniently selective.
Her sexual harassment allegations were stated openly, and her legal team is handling them properly. Social media spin and your so-called ‘Prof Mgbeke’ distractions don’t erase the point: instead of facing the claims through credible, transparent investigation, the Senate leadership hides behind character smears. Why so afraid of due process if she’s lying?

4️⃣ ‘Nobody recognizes her’?
That’s wishful thinking. She’s recognized by the ordinary people who see her tangible work on the ground — roads, schools, markets, empowerment — unlike the career benchwarmers you praise for empty handshakes and photo-ops. Good character isn’t meek silence while corruption thrives; it’s the courage to confront rot head-on.

5️⃣ Your jail threat says it all.
When all else fails, you resort to intimidation — typical of a system that can’t win on facts, only on technicalities and power plays. If you were so sure she’s guilty of anything, you’d welcome open court and let the truth stand. Instead, you’re desperate to paint her as a criminal before any verdict.

👉🏼 Bottom line:
Natasha doesn’t need your fake coaching on how to ‘thread softly.’ Nigeria’s problem is too many spineless politicians threading softly while the country rots. She’s not your mother — true — but her courage embarrasses the ‘fathers of the nation’ who have sold this country for decades.

Keep your bet — Natasha stands tall, unbought and unbowed. Let’s see who history remembers: the woman who fought or the puppets who trembled.
Go and download the event in the Senate on that day for better understanding. The Senate President wasn't the person that changed the seat physically, it must have been authorized by the Senate leadership and supervised by the chief whip or deputy chief whip. It is regularly done in the Senate for all senators especially due to decampings from party to party in the Senate, it is not that they targeted her. No one bullied her and no one is asking her to roll over the floor for anyone.

The Senate is hallowed and esteemed chamber. Every Senator is expected to conduct themselves in orderly, respectable, distinguished and diplomatic manner, especially when in the house. She was unruly because her seat was changed. Because she felt her seat was moved to the back. It was not only her seat that was changed. No one is asking her to be submissive but we demand that she respects herself. Whatever issue she has with any house leader or her colleague, she can take it up outside the Senate or their private places but in the Senate, we demand that she respects the leadership of the Senate, especially the presiding officers.

She can conveniently take the accusations to public space on social media but not to charge or sue Apabio to court. Which of these two moves will get her justice? The social media will whip up sentiments in her favor and get her sympathy but the social media will not get her justice, she can only get justice in a competent court. So why didn't she take the matter to court till date?
Besides, ask her again: where are her proof of sexual harassment. The onus of proof rests on the person making accusations, even in the court of law.

Her colleagues don't recognize or respect her conduct. She is sinking into oblivion already. Her constituents may recognize her but if she doesn't learn to get things done among her colleagues without creating disruption, confrontations, nuisances and throwing tantrums all over, she will not be relevant in the Nigerian political space. She has to learn diplomacy and effective communication skills.

No one is intimidating her. It is simple: if you make fake and false allegations of sexual harassment against someone and the competent court find you guilty, that is tantamount to criminal assassination and defamation of the other persons characters, it also can be interpreted as an attempt to destroy the marriage of the other person, traumatizing his wife and kids, extended family and loved ones.
Where it is proven in court that you went to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) of the United Nations, without the authorization of the Nation (Federal Government or National Assembly) to lodge false and unsubstantiated accusations of sexual harassment, misrepresent fact about the circumstances(reason) of your suspension from the Senate (alleging the narrative that you were suspended because you accused the Senate President of sexual harassment against you) and embarrass the Nation (Nigeria) in such an esteemed platform. That can be interpreted as treason and criminal felony.

Her likes are disgrace to womanhood. Fathers of the nation don't see her anymore because she has lost relevance. She doesn't deserve any attention of the fathers because that seems to be what drives her fantasy. They have chosen to ignore her but we will see to it that she takes responsibility for her actions, she will pay the price for her offences, where it is determined that she committed those offences.

Conclusion:
I can't coach her, I don't even know her in person and I don't want to know or meet her in person. She should be schooled by authorities and facilitators in the disciplines that concerns communications, diplomacy, human relationship management, emotional intelligence, psychology and office etiquette.

My bet remains on the table, we shall see.

I am sure majority of Ekiti indigines who are resident there would look at Lere and just marvel.

Wike will use you and dump you, then all the people you hounded will come after you Lere.

I'm looking at the fact, Senate Over-Short its boundary! as stated by the court, so why not use discretionary measure and recall her, having realized it, after-all, the court didn't restrain senate from reinstating her.

I thing village attitude of those days is been imported to the of senate, because you see issues like this dragging with all manners of excuses, amongst 109 no body is speaking-up. if we must grow fast such attitude is not needed, rather, we should deliberately make use of any opportunity to resolve issues, and not always relying on Nigeria court that can drag simple issues for several months/years, which an uneducated elderly Man in my village can settle in few hours.
The Senate didn't overshoot it's boundaries - the rules and regulations of the Senate is silent on the number of days, weeks, months or period a punishment could last on any senator.

The court recognizes the power of the Senate to punish any senator.

That is the fact that you should be looking at.

She must serve her punishment and comply with the rules. Don't also forget that the Senate requested her to tender apology for her unruly, disruptive and disorderly behavior on that day. She has not does the apology till date.

This is why, when you see them on screen laughing i don't look at their face but their inner-minds. They're far different from the wau they appear on screen. Some Black Men always making things difficult with zero innovation. Mostly those who claim to be Professor and Phd, they only thing is to read abd translate it, when the vehicle of engineering professor breaks down, move it to road side mechanics for repairs.
There are processes and procedures, even in the legal proceedings and law enforcement.

She can't be immediately recalled. There is no court order that stated categorically that she should be recalled immediately.
PoliticsRe: Why I Postponed My Resumption- Senator Natasha by Wallade(m): 10:44am On Jul 09, 2025
JimRohn:
Your entire analogy is dead on arrival — just like the moral compass you’re pretending to have. Let’s break your foolish spin apart:

1️⃣ Trump’s scandals prove my point, not yours.
In any sane system, when credible allegations arise with supporting evidence — yes, people step aside to allow fair investigation. Trump never cleared his mess; he manipulated the system, just like your saint Akpabio is trying to do. You’re basically admitting Nigeria runs like a gangster’s den. Thanks for confirming the rot.

2️⃣ This is not about random gossip.
Natasha didn’t ‘just wake up’ and cook up allegations — she backed her claims with petitions, court filings, and public evidence. Meanwhile, the same Senate cabal is terrified of an independent probe. Why? Because they know the stench will choke their fake ‘decorum’.

3️⃣ Your hypocrisy is laughable.
When it’s poor Nigerians accused of petty theft, you people shout “jail him first, investigate later!” But when it’s a billionaire godfather, suddenly you want 100% proof delivered on a gold platter before anyone dares question him? Pathetic double standard.

4️⃣ Keep shouting ‘No be juju be dat?’
Yes — the real juju is that Natasha’s courage has you shaking while your political hero hides behind the same system he’s bleeding dry. She’s fighting for truth in a swamp you’re happy to drown in.

👉🏼 Bottom line: Defend your corrupt hero all you want — the truth is marching forward. And when it blows open, I hope you keep that same energy to apologize for licking boots that trample your future.
She didn't file any petition on her allegations until observers pointed it to her that it was a fundamental error to have not filed her case against Apabio before the Senate.
It is on record that Natasha Apoti Uduaghan has not filed any case of sexual harassment against Apabio, before any court in Nigeria or abroad, till date. Check your facts.
What evidences are you talking about? What evidences has she provided: can you itemize the evidences and quote your sources of the information?

In everycourt, a person alleged to have committed an offense or crime is perceived innocent and called an accused until a court of competent jurisdiction convicts the accused and sentences him/her, then he/she is declared a convict. You can't sit there and declare Apabio guilty because you are not the court of Law. You can not rely on "her words against his words" to fault someone, she needs to present solid evidences or alibis that corroborates her claims. Please, the concrete and 100% proof is non negotiable in the court of law.

Natasha has courage that you appreciate and extol, that is your opinion. However, what you describe as course is unreasonable, unwise and undiplomatic to us. At that level in politics, you need to be highly diplomatic and strategic. She has shown little of that and she can best be described as a misfit in the Senate.

Conclusion: what is the truth that you understand? The person that seriously need to tender apology now is Natasha Apoti Uduaghan, I hope it isn't too late for her.
PoliticsRe: Why I Postponed My Resumption- Senator Natasha by Wallade(m):
JimRohn:
Your entire pompous rant drips with envy and the classic stench of armchair punditry masquerading as ‘insight’. Let’s peel back your empty verbosity, shall we?

1️⃣ You claim she’s ‘confused’ between protest and legislation?
No — she’s exactly what a true legislator should be: unafraid to confront institutional rot head-on. Unlike your self-important elite who hide behind marble pillars, Natasha stands where the people stand — in the street and in the chamber. That’s leadership rooted in reality, not some dusty rulebook written by the same old political frauds who fear her courage.

2️⃣ ‘This is not Nollywood’?
You’re right — Nollywood is fiction. Natasha’s fight is fact. Her projects — from streetlights to smart markets — are tangible results that improve real lives, not empty policy papers gathering dust while political jobbers like you pen sneering diatribes no one asked for.

3️⃣ You compare her to Sanusi as if that’s an insult?
Sanusi spoke truth to power, shook the throne, and exposed corruption — so you just proved her point: real change-makers make the complacent uncomfortable. If you think that’s a bad thing, you’re exactly the type she’s fighting to expose.

4️⃣ ‘She’s not Mother Nigeria’?
Correct — she’s far more useful than the sycophants who claim to ‘shape national discourse’ yet do nothing but rubber-stamp the decay she’s boldly resisting. Her presence forces your so-called ‘Red Chamber’ to remember who it’s supposed to serve: the people, not bloated egos with padded allowances.

5️⃣ You cry about ‘drama’ — yet your entire rant is drama.
If you can’t handle an outspoken, results-driven senator holding a corrupt system accountable, crawl back into your echo chamber and watch your relevance rot in real time. Natasha’s work is visible on the ground — your work is visible nowhere.

👉🏼 Bottom line: When a woman stands her ground in a space dominated by cowardice and compromise, she’ll rattle the parasites feeding on the people’s silence. So keep writing your salty epistles — Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan will keep delivering light, markets, jobs, and hope. May your type choke on that progress you never imagined possible.
Legislators and Senators should be more diplomatic and engage in consulting to solve challenges not confrontational and exhibiting behavior associated with tugs.

Her projects are clearly not in doubt, they are seen and known. That was not the reason for her challenges in the Senate. (1.) She was unruly, disrespectful, disorderly and disruptive in the Senate because her seat was changed. (2.) She made an allegation, on social media but not in court, of sexual harassment against Apabio (Senate President) but she is still to validly substantive her allegations. That is not fact. A fact is proven and validated

She is not speaking the truth especially because Prof Mgbeke (Dr Sandra Duru) punctured all her claims and accusations on social media, especially her allegations of sexual harassment against Apabio. Till date, she has not been able to deny or debunk the counter accusations and claims of Sandra Duru. That was Natasha Apoti being manipulative, deceptive, mischievous and criminally assassinating people's character. That is not Natasha Apoti speaking truth to power.

No body in the red chamber sees or recognizes her, she is sinking into oblivion already. I can bet most of her colleagues will prefer not to be associated with her due to her undiplomatic, confrontational, disruptive, disorderly, disrespectful and unruly conduct. Bad character repels good people. Again, she is a mother but not our mother, not Nigerians mother.

You call it - "an outspoken, results-driven senator holding a corrupt system accountable". We call it dramatic and some episodes best described as Nollywood movie scenes. That is what I see of all her charades.

Conclusion: If you have her ears, do warn her to become reasonable, diplomatic, apologetic and improve her communication and relationship skills especially with her colleagues.

I hope it isn't too late for Natasha Apoti to thread softly otherwise, she may become a convict and even get jail term when the two other litigation cases against her are decided in the courts.

CrimeRe: My Cousin Was Just Raped And I Don't Know What To Do. by Wallade(m): 11:46am On Jul 08, 2025
Casham:
My cousin just told me last night that she just got raped on Sunday afternoon/evening (6th July, 2025).

I stay with them for now. She's 18, the first of two daughters and was still virgin (as far as I know). Her only [older] brother is in school.

She's been acting funny since on Sunday evening. She couldn't hold it in anymore and, since there is no one else she could actually confide in, she confided in me. Now she's begging me not to tell anyone and not to cause trouble. She only wants me to help her get a drug (if any) that will prevent pregnancy.

She told me about the man coming to see her in her mother's restaurant and said she was going to talk to the man about getting me a job, but when she went into his car, he forced himself on her.

Honestly I am angry right now! I am angry at three things:

First, I am angry at my family. I have a family where the children are afraid to open up, because if you do, you will be blamed and castigated upon. I understand her fear and apprehension about letting other people know, but I just can't let this go.

Secondly, I am angry at our society. How can a man confidently feels he can force himself on a lady and get away with it? What kind of society do we have?

Thirdly, I am angry at myself. I am angry because I feel helpless. I can't let this thing go. I have to deal with this man, but I don't know how to do it without putting my cousin in a difficult position. I have tried to let her know that it is not her fault and that the man needs to pay for this, but she's been begging me to just let it go. She only confided in me because she's really scared of getting pregnant.

According to her though, there was never any real penetration, but the man (who is a high ranking government official) actually "released" ON her, not IN her. (Does that even make sense?)
How can I handle this issue right now? For me, I am planning to go all out and let hell break loose and let the heavens fall if they have to.
Ask about the clothes and pants she was wearing when he released on her. I hope she hasn't washed them yet.

Try to convince her to get the family informed and get her consent to prosecute the case.

Be very careful, your family should be very careful and protective of her since you said the man involved in a highly placed politician.

Get her legal practitioner's services engaged.

Get the clothes to a competent hospital laboratory to test the Sperm deposits on the clothes for confirmation that the sperms were deposits from the man identified as the alleged rapist.

Get you alibis yo confirm the man actually picked her up, in his car.

Get your cousin sister to go to the hospital for pregnancy test and other STD related tests.

This case should be taken up against the alleged rapist to serve as deterrent to others who may try it. The man must also pay compensation to your sister and dearly (jail time or otherwise). This can only be achieved by building her confidence and desire to share her story and lead the push against rape and non consensual sex.

I have been watching the political space since ADC was launched last week and the speeches from presidency and Wike has shown nothing but deep concerns about the coalition.

Wike has gone all out attacking whoever can be attacked.

Finally found why

Atiku votes plus Obi votes will floor APC even if the election holds today.

It's so concerning that even if you add Kwankwaso votes to Tinubu. ADC will still win.

Now that will scare anyone.

What do you think?
You may be correct. I have been wondering why some APC folks have been pushing the theory of Kwankwaso becoming the Vice President on the next presidential election contest for APC.

Maybe they felt the need to win Kwankwaso's votes and add to Tinubu's votes. Maybe Kwankwaso decided to use that leverage to negotiate for VP if he must join APC.

I have always believed that Kwankwaso Is only popular and attractive to voters in Kano. Outside Kano, he probably can deliver significant votes. However, that is my thinking.

Thoughtful and insightful opinion from you brother.

No my friend, don't say that, don't say u respect his decision. For u to be a football captain, there are qualities expected of u both on and off the pitch. So he Ronaldo just like me may have this fear or hate burials due to some reasons. Do you know I couldn't attend my own brothers burialhuh My parents and brothers went but I was home, I was scared to see the corpse. But if I were celebrity the media will focus on that, they will say I was quarrelling with my late brother hence the reason. Media causes serious problems. There's possiblity Ronaldo may have sent a representative, he may also have called the family and even donate heavily but people won't know. So it's a most for Ronaldo as the captain of national team to do that, he doesn't have a choice, if he didn't the he's not a good leader but bad. So my friend, don't say u respect his decision, it's most Ronaldo have done what i mentioned but may not attend due to fear or other reasons. Again as a leader, since he knows he can't hide from the media then he shouldn't have been outside cruising, 2 weeks is better to mourn him then move on with life since we know season will soon start, so I can't support him coming out earlier now for fun. The same media he's avoiding at funeral is still what he's giving attention now with his recent actions. That's my world best footballer, but human lives is first before fun .

CR7 is the national team captain for goodness sakes. That's too insensitive. It would cost him literally nothing flying from and back to his vacation for the one day event. Just pay the last respect and show solidarity with other team members.

The citizens of Portugal are right to condemn him.

The narcissist even said he doesn't want it to be about him. What a silly excuse. There were many stars at the burial from Liverpool, nobody gave a f about them. Two blood brothers, two footballers from your f country died just like that, burnt to ashes and you made the burial all about you. Damn!
CR7 owes no one any apology for not attending Jota's burial activity or any funeral at that.

Learn to respect people's privacy and opinions. You can't control CR7 in that manner.

He oaid tribute and passed condolences via social media. That is it.

When CR7 passes on too, those who feel offended are excuses not to even pass condolences or pay tribute. That would not change the situation or how you feel about CR7.

The dead should be allowed to rest in peace and not bother te dead with petty issues of funeral attendance. Jota has passed on already.

Referring to media attention during his father’s funeral in 2005 as a justification feels far-fetched. Even if it were true, does that mean he would skip his own mother’s funeral in the future? That line of reasoning defies logic.

Meanwhile, another global football icon has been seen shopping with his family in public places without incident—proving that fame doesn’t always have to come with drama or inflated ego. Sometimes, Ronaldo behaves as if he sees himself as more important than anyone else. It’s unfortunate.
He paid tribute and passed condolences on social media. That is all that the dead requires as honor.

What is your own concern far away in Africa? You are crying more than the bereaved.

It is CR7's life, not yours. Leave him alone and focus on your life

Stop with the excuse mod. we all know you fans of Ronaldo will go to any length in defending him even when it's glaring that he's wrong. As the captain it's morally expected that he should be there at the funeral.
What is glaring? There is no law or condition that requires him to be there.

Respect his privacy and stop the cyber bullying attack against CR7.

Leave him alone. Let everyone mourn Jota in peace.

He gave a foolish excuse
So he is .,....,,...........................so,so wrong and here I stand
Respect other people's privacy; he reserves the right to do his desire as long as his desire doesn't contravene the law.

Is there a law that mandates CR7 to be at the funeral or any funeral?

We at our great party ADC condemns Ronaldo for his unpatriotic act.
That is not a surprise with folks associated with ADC!

Hello Turji must pay for his sin, he must take responsibility for his actions and pay the penalty. If the penalty is death, so be it.

We don't want to hear anything pardon for any bandit, kidnapper or criminal. There is nothing like repentant terrorist.

words of wisdom well stated but Natasha looks troublesome. Hopefully her counsel will advise her to do the needful.
I will be surprised if she does the apology. Her ego will not let her. She is too egoistic and I think she is not well trained.
