You may be correct. I have been wondering why some APC folks have been pushing the theory of Kwankwaso becoming the Vice President on the next presidential election contest for APC.

Maybe they felt the need to win Kwankwaso's votes and add to Tinubu's votes. Maybe Kwankwaso decided to use that leverage to negotiate for VP if he must join APC.

The unsatisfied party has 3 months to appeal the judgement after which the judgement becomes binding on both parties.

Point of information: the judgement is pronounced and out already. It is the CTC that the parties involved can apply for subsequently.

It is you and some media organizations, maybe sponsored ones, that think it is in her favor.

In my opinion, the court didn't opine that she can't be punished. The court expressly recognized the powers of the Senate to punish disorderly senators.

The judge only said that power to punish should not be overreaching. The judge went ahead to state that those powers as stated in the Senate rules and regulations should have specified punishment period rather than leave it open. The judge felt that 6 months is too long for punishment for reasons explained by the judge.

She was told to apologize so they recall her back from suspension but she choosed to go to court instead of issuing any apologies and she won, clearly.

The court has no such jurisdiction to determine the activities of the Senate.

Make no mistake about that, the Senate has its rules and regulations, if a senator goes contrary to the rules, there will be consequences, that is the fate of Natasha.

She must take responsibility for her actions and pay the penalty.
