America takes pride in immigration and it's not new to say that when you suceed, they remind the world about the American dream but citizenship by birth tourism is a loophole that people have taken advantage of and it is with dubious intent. There will always be problems in families, gatherings and association of people. We are social beings and people must quarrel or disagree, how they resolve it is what matters.
Sibling rivalry is often unavoidable in any situation.

However, loopholes like birth tourism that you mentioned can be checked by other means - like being strict with visitors travelling with pregnancy. But once all measures are evaded and the child is birthed in America. That child has every right to be American. The citizen by birth must be given to that child. You can be unhappy with the parents but the child must be recognized as a citizen of America.
