In this case who is 2 blame d student or the VO . Why didd VO issue visa to a school only to be refused at POE . Students might not know d school is under-the-table school especially people not based abroad . A friend told me to stay away from school that dont need test scores as a guide. Schools like Stratford , Columbia State University sound like regular names of University and are on this blacklist . Can you advice on this ?

If you read the story well you will see why POE refused the students at POE.

In other words, DHS must complete their research and they need to know who will attend and who will not attend the school before shutting down the schools

That is why its good to know about your school very well when applying to the school

Take bus from Ojota to obalende or cms and when you get there take another bus going to BONNY camp and stop at check point bus stop and cross to other side of the road then you will see a gate enter and that is the car park of the us embassy and ask them or you walk down straight to the embassy

Take a bus to bonny camp or CMS...drop at bonny camp...Walter isn't far from there

Instead of BONNY camp, the person should drop at check point bus stop which is before BONNY camp.

Yes they do but before they do that they must have conc reason of exploring you..

Maybe they suspected that person for something illegal and they felt like what (s)he is saying doesn't make say then they will go ahead and do that

What you posted are still the same..

It's better you fill what is on your I20 so as not to have issues with VO during your interview which might likely leads to delay..

Work with what you have and not what you don't have ..

Most people that want to do this stuff always ask for BDC rate which is even more higher than banks rate and to me I believe if those people do it at bank rate they still have head up and never loss.

When applicant book appointment, two bar codes will show on the appointment page.

One code is the ds160 which you filled and use to fill the appointment interview while the UID code is a unique code for all applicant in their appointment page site

These two codes must be on the appointment confirmation and must match. Where errors usually come is the ds160 code because some people who used old ds160 code or someone code or anyhow code to book the appointment all in the name of choosing early date do forget to update it back to the new code they generated for their ds160

It happened to me too. I was 'Turned Back' and was given a TB form which instructed me on how to reschedule. They may need to pay another fee if they haven't exceeded the reschedule limits. I had to pay another visa fee I guess I must have exceeded the limit.

Before if your bar code doesn't match, to reschedule is free and when the statistics are getting out of hand and people misused it, took it for granted that's when payment for another visa fee started same thing applicable to changing and updating of ds160 confirmation directly from applicant appointment profile, before applicant can do it on his/her own after booking appointment interview but now applicant must send email to the embassy to update if for the applicant.
