What, of the ones that are 5months pregnant women. can they be allowed to register and go back.

If she have a doctor report to back it up she can leave camp and there is form she will fill

I am in a total black out at the moment. And my fear is that even if I get to the POE I might be sent back for the sins my wife committed because its on record she's my wife and that we both have a son.
However, we got our visas at different times, she got hers like a year after I got mine.
I only visited the US once and that was long ago, i hardly have time to travel, even local travellings.
Now, what can I do ? Can't the US immigration send her packing ? In fact, I sent an e mail to the USCIS and I gave them all my wife's details including her passport number and scanned copy of her visa, and till now they never responded. Can't they deport my wife ? Or how can a married woman just abscond with a little child and decide not to return

Sounds funny but USA is not like UK that will start hunting for her now since she is still useful to them to get some gburu job done. although USA is doing that now but they need more evidence to prosecute her if I am not wrong

Yes, if I don't have to go to the US now, I won't see my child. What frightens me most is that even if I choose to travel on my B2 visa to see my child, won't I be sent back at the POE for my wife's sin of overstaying ? And also, what can I do for the USCIS to deport her back to Nigeria ? Or is deportation not possible for an illegal immigrants on the US soil ? Pls I need serious advice on this subject please

If I am not wrong your wife can either upgrade status through marriage or asylums since she went with B1 and B2 because H1 won't be easy to do

So expect divorce from here and am sorry for saying it out.. But if she left to USA not up to 12 months, I don't think you could have issues with POE and when you get to USA, I strongly suggest you talk to her that renewing her visa will be easy if she obey immigration rules and she didn't exceed more than the weeks she stated to spend there because good traveling history always sweet the VO

1 am a 32 years old Businessman, and I own my own company here in Lagos. I am married and a child who is just 3 years old.
My wife and kid got a US visit visa about 6 months ago and they used it to travel and up till now, my wife and kid have not returned back to Nigeria. She told me she will not return back to Nigeria that she is adjusting her status, and that it could take her 5 years to do that as I don't understand what that means.
However, I have a valid visa too, B2, which will expire next month, but I hardly have time to travel, as I don't want to leave my company. Since my wife said I should come over to her in the US to see her if I desire to see my little son, won't I be faced with some questions at the POE, and don't u think I can be sent back to Nigeria at the POE due to the sins of my wife and kid overstaying in the US. And also, what does Adjustment of Status that my wife said means?

So if you don't travel to USA you won't see your son God help us that haven't marry yet choose our better half..

Hi all, had my interview in december 2014. All questions asked were answered smoothly but surprisingly my passport was handed over to me with a white paper ticked administrative processing. No document was taken from me. I was only told dat ' we will invite you in a later time to continue dis interview'. Just a few days back in October I.e abt 10months after, I received a mail dat I shd drop off my passport for visa issuance any mon or wed of my choice. I was asked to come with my passport and a copy of the mail dats all. No document whatsoever is been requested for.

Experienced peeps in the house, pls wat does dis depict or connote.

Sister blessed ... I dont even know what to tell you because of the pdf file you sent or posted here because i stumble upon this sample early 2013, Maybe you dont know that the sample was posted online since 2010 and you tagged it as new format

You need to fill yours and confirm it rather than using an old sample which you called new format, If you dont get that aspect does not mean other wont get it. All i can say is sometimes this issue happened to few applicants.

You must transfer the payment to the new sevis number of the new school and send an email with your details such as full name, date of birth, old sevis number and school code then tell them you want to transfer it to the new school and drop you new sevis number , date of birth, school for the new school to this email address FMJFEE.SEVIS@ice.dhs.gov

If any details is needed they will reply you..
