Cristiano Ronaldo has accused Sepp Blatter of institutional favouritism after the Fifa president revealed he preferred Lionel Messi over the Portuguese. The forward has issued a damning response to the Fifa president over comments aimed towards him in a recent speech.

In a debate at the Oxford Union, the 77-year-old claimed "one spends more time at the hairdressers than the other" in reference to Ronaldo, before saying he preferred Messi, as well as describing him as a "kind man and a good boy".

The comments have resulted in Real Madrid writing to Fifa to call for Blatter to apologise over the remarks, with Ronaldo now giving his own personal reaction.

Ronaldo posted a video of the Swiss making fun of him alongside his own statement on both his Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The 28-year-old said: "This video shows the respect and consideration that Fifa has for me, my club and my country. Much is explained now.

"I wish Mr.Blatter health and a long life, with the certainty that he'll continue to witness the successes of his favourite teams and players."

Ronaldo and Messi were both named on a 23-man shortlist for the Ballon d'Or on Tuesday.

shynepapin101: If this is for a student visa or visiting, then my suggestion would be, for the former...he shouldn't tak about his previous travel history, since he doesn't have his former passport as a proof to show.

For the latter, I would say he could try, no proof still but if he has an affidavit notarized by the UK consulate and the Nigeria judiciary then fine. If otherwise, he shouldn't dare mention it, as it might sound as fraud if there's no proof.

One thing we should remember is the interview takes less time and there's no time to even call the UK embassy except the VO smells fraud.

The bold aspect; You are right that interview takes less time but they have a means in verifying anything they want to verify and one of such means is when an applicant is asked to drop his/her documents and they will contact him in less than a week. Through this means they can quickly do the verification and contact whoever they wanted to contact, I could remember a brother on this thread concerning his bank statement which they later verify.

because luckily for him,he has a photo copy of his old pass port and the UK visa page photo copy..

He can add any documents he wanted to add provided he can prove to the VO that those documents are geniune or authentic.. Remember some VO's might want to verify his UK visa by asking him to provide addition document before they will give him US visa and during that process us embassy would have contact uk embassy to confirm his uk visa authenticity

justwise: I don't see the point of lying about his past immigration history only if there is something you are not telling us.

I think there is something wrong about his past travel history but is better u say the truth or ur friend.. If i may ask is he still using his full details (names,age, dat of birth, e.t.c) on his new passport according to the old/lost passport?
If yes well he should not lie about his travel history because that alone will help him. I dont know why immigration or police will collect those documents and replaced it with another documents but i guess something is fishing there.. Just let him say the truth infront of the VO. UK and US work seperately and they dont do joint work in their embassy but at borders they might be doing joint works because of terrorism e.t.c.

Secondly, mail the schools directly. Check the application checklist, the requirements.

Thirdly, apply online/mail. Forward all ur documents through mail/scanned..

Fourthly, get the admission, receive ur I-20 n come back here..

Is not 6months ahead but 6month before it expire.. You can renew your International passport at the Nigeria Mission house/High commision in US and they will issue another International passport for you but if they dont issue it they will surely give you a legal document that you a Nigerian citizen
