They said the person sending the money has to be present with id to send it according to western union rule

I think there is a way someone usually help people to pay sevis fee via WU in usa and after the payment the person will email DHS to correct the names to the real name on the Sevis Id Number, just check sevis/dhs/ice website to find out more on frequently asked questions

Just ask him to try another WU outlet

You apply for school to send you document called I-20 but i dont think you going for school cos this your questions sound as visiting.. If you want Visiting visa or Fiance visa just go to the thread cos this section strictly for USA STUDENT VISA

I dont think it is called Embassy's copy of statement but the one i saw before is just a letter from the bank which serve as a back up letter as prove of ownership including the bank statement too.

I am still in doubt that there is a man who can 100% remain faithful to his wife forever without being very close to God or without a spiritual guide. No man can stand the hunger of the flesh by moral standing alone, he needs a spiritual or supreme backup, which usually comes from his religion or spiritual belief.

I know women find it diffy to believe that all men are cheats by nature but that doesn't mean that all men cheat but naturally they would cheat if given the chance n environment.

In summary, all men have high tendency to cheat naturally but not all cheat, like ur brother now who has decided to stop, some are holding themselves via their relationship with God, some for fear of their charms failing them...some for one fear or another...but naturally, all men are born cheats, take it or leave it.

I am supposed to be sugar-coating this to favour my gender, but I hate to twist words to suit any set of audience, I say it as I know and understand, peace

I need to correct this from you post. Don't ever compare cheating with backsliding because the so called powerful men of God who slept with their church member does not do that willing cos there is a POWER who wanted these so called men of God to be disgraced and put them to share and that same power is not happy with what they are doing for God and if you find out about this you will notice that its from their FOUNDATION which they didnt deal with before they starts their pastoral work..

Like you said earlier that it takes the special grace of God for a man not to cheat, likewise it takes the grace of God also for a man not to backslide and fall inside temptation although its not a sin to be tempted but its a sin to fall inside temptation because our Lord Jesus Christ was tempted but through the divine grace of God he didnt fall inside that temptation.

As for me every man in this world who cheated have a reason or two why they decided to cheat on their woman.. Leave it or take it..

Let him Use TNT courier Plus Pick up service. They will go over to his school in the US and pick up the package and he will be able to track his package online on TNT's website. TNT is the cheapest..

They charge Just #12,260 for their Pick-up service and you get your package here within 4 working days...
