TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part5 by Walspring: 2:04pm On Nov 01, 2013
Graviton: it's an online admission application and there is just one space for correspondence address
Just write the address in full inside that one space and dont include zipcode but if u like include zipcode which is 23409

Eg No 3 goodluck avenue, off hospital road Garki. Garki, Abuja, Nigeria.

I still dont understand while u emphasising much on this when u will surely get tracking number only if ur school send it via courier or usps.. Ask ur school not to send it via regular mail because tracking number does not come with that package but if the send it via courier or usps express mail u will surely get tracking and its easier for u to track and locate the item while its on transit down to Nigeria and to Abuja.

Courier fee is $100 or above $100
Usps fee is $50 or below $100

Ricky Rozay: That reminds me, when is ur interview bro?
I havent pay for visa fee yet but i will surely update you as soon as i pick date.
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part5 by Walspring: 11:06am On Nov 01, 2013
Graviton: I don't understand the bolded
The form you are filling will have address 1, address 2, city , state, zipcode and country.

Address 1 - No 3 goodluck street
Address 2 - off hospital road, garki, Abuja
City - Garki
state - Abuja
zipcode 23409
Nigeria

You can see what i wrote above, i filled my city and state in address 2 so that the person that will deliver the document will be able to locate my street address in a case where they have more than one goodluck ave in different garki/cities, the person will quick note that my address is close to hospital road that is in garki..

I hope u understand me now but If u dont pm me with ur address, city, state and zipcode i will help u arrange it wella!

Graviton: it is not the sending I'm scared of, it is the recieving
You will surely receive it provided the document get to Abuja. The post office/courier will locate your aunty/sister's house. If i may ask is your school going to send it via courier or USPS or post office?

Aslo i will advice u to write your full address in the address 1 and address 2 section including the city and state before u fill city and state

I dey hail the gurus in da house(imperioux, big francis and co).I want to say a big thank you as you helped me and instructed me on what to do,I am through with all the hassles (filling ds-160,paying sevis and booking) but the issue at stake now is :
1) My uncle who is my sponsor printed his bank statement and the balance was 4.7million, but on the i-20 it was stated that the money to budget for first year expenses is $51,000,will his balance jeopardize my chance of getting visa?
2) I am going to the interview with his photocopied certificate of incorporation and articles of memorandum, hope photocopies are accepted?
Thanks as I look forward for my interview.
Bro that your school fee with expenses heavy and carry weight no be small.. Am sure you going for Msc/Phd

Graviton: Hello, house,

my admission application form requested for my correspondence address' zip code, I've searched for it and came by a lot of conflicting and contradictory codes.

Please, does anyone here happen to know the genuine zip code for Garki, Abuja(the National hospital district) I have an aunt who works there, I'm planning on using the hospital so my documents won't get lost on transit because it's a landmark and quite popular
Lagos zipcode is 23401 while Abuja zipcode is 23409 but i will advise u to use 23409 cos when it get to Abuja post office, they will use your street address to locate your house.

Although each city in each states have their own zipcode Lagos own will start from 10xxx While Abuja own will start from 90xxx You sabi own country say we are lacking behind

Garki has its own zipcode but i dont think our post office/courier follows it, what i know is that when a document get to any states in Nigeria the address location is usually used to deliver the documents and not through zipcode

shynepapin101: Google is your friend, most schools have the procedure posted there on their international student page.
I thought google was my enemy and not friend maybe i dont know google at all Lol.. Since u google it yourself why cant u share the link in case of necessity for us to learn through ur own research.

Well maybe my own google version is old... LOL cos the last time i read about using same sevis number is when you already have your US student visa with a school and the person wanted to transfer to another which can be classified as transfering from one school to another with the same sevis number.

Anyway there is always new development but according to what ICE statement says is what i believe in and pls share ur research link that stated that a school can issue same sevis id another school had already issued to a student without the student requesting for transfer

Oh... I dont know about that maybe you should enlighten us more on that and share a link/source for us to have more knowledge on that..
SportsSir Alex Ferguson Comeback Possible - Arsene Wenger by Walspring(op): 5:21am On Oct 31, 2013
Arsene Wenger would not be shocked to see Sir Alex Ferguson make a dramatic comeback to football inside six months.
Former Manchester United boss Ferguson has insisted he would never return after announcing his retirement at the end of last season
But Arsenal manager Wenger has his doubts, saying: "In six months we will know more about that.
"You cannot rule it completely out. It is difficult to take a drug for 30 years and suddenly get rid of it."
His comments come in the week following the publication of Ferguson's much-awaited autobiography, which has a chapter dedicated to "Competing with Wenger."
He admits he has not yet read Ferguson's book, but Wenger said: "It looks like Ferguson had prepared his book while he was managing.
"I suspect he had written some of it at home at night, remembering things and thinking: 'that goes into my book!'."
Wenger takes his Arsenal side, currently top of the Premier League, to Crystal Palace on Saturday, claiming he is as hungry for success as ever.
"We have gone through some years that were a bit more difficult, but honestly, in our job, it is quite simple just to think about tomorrow or the next game, and that is it. After that, people judge," he added.

gbopee: Please NL,which site do I go to if I want to pay my SEVIS fee and also my VISA APPLLICATION fee?
You dont go to sit to pay for your SEVIS fee or Visa application fee.

You can pay your SEVIS fee in 2 different ways either in USA through someone who can pay for you via Western union or Money order or you you go to seme border and pay it yourself. If you need info on how to pay sevis fee through seme border, just check and read page 33 of this part 5 thread and you will see it there cos someone posted it some hours ago.

You can pay your visa fee at any GT Bank nationwide in Nigeria and after your make your payment you will be given a receipt with a code printed on it. After that you go to this site cgifederal.secure.force.com and register as a new user and use the code printed on your receipt to activate your payment and book date for you interview.

TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part5 by Walspring: 9:20pm On Oct 30, 2013
shynepapin101: Your sevis fees are valid for a year. All I would say is you tel the school issuing a new i-20 about you having paid for sevis before, and have then contact DHS there.

If it's still valid, and there's no certain amount of time it can be used over and over during that one year. So, if there's no such stipulated concurrent use then the school would be about to send you the new i-20 with the same sevis information.

DHS is a medium used to monitor the influx of students and individuals on the system. It track all your activities and somewhat I'll say movement.
For the bold 1

FYI you didnt read is question and maybe you should just go back and read it again because school cant transfer student sevis fee for them, they can only release or transfer student sevis record. You can only transfer your sevis if you have not received a visa or if you are visa exempt and have not applied for non-immigrant status at the POE, you can apply the SEVIS I-901 fee that you already paid to another Form I-20 or DS-2019 and if you meet the basic rules for reapplying fees.

The basic rules for moving a SEVIS I-901 fee payment between SEVIS ID numbers are:

1, The SEVIS I-901 fee must be moved between SEVIS ID numbers for the same individual
2, An additional SEVIS I-901 fee is not required (For more information, see the section, Do I pay the fee?)
3, The SEVIS I-901 fee amount for the new school or program must be less than or equal to the SEVIS I-901 fee already paid (see the Fee Amount Chart)
4, Only the student or exchange visitor may request the move

For the bold 2

There is a difference between transferring sevis fee and sevis record, Amefrica only asked if ''the SEVIS fee valid for other school or I'm going to pay another one after I gt an admission.'' I dont think a student can use a sevis number issued to him/her by Texas state university if he/she later got admitted into University of California which am sure is not possible.

Graviton: is there a hazard regarding filling an online international student admission form with your phone?

...and when they say "Postal code" what are they referring to?. zip code?
Filling the form via phone is good but it is better for you to fill the form on a computer/laptop. Postal code is also the same thing as zipcode

Amefrica: Hi house!
Is the SEVIS fee valid for other school or I'm going to pay another one after I gt an admission..?
Yes it is but you will need to contact DHS for them to transfer the fee on your new sevis number given to you by the new school by stating a reason why u want to transfer it. Just check ICE/DHS site for more info.
Bro i cant just imagine you leaveing your fellow mustang remember we must get to obamaland nothing will stop us!
SportsManchester United Did Not Celebrate Since Saturday by Walspring(op): 4:36am On Oct 30, 2013
David Moyes' assistant manager believes the Red Devils need to continue their tradition of going on winning runs if they are to succeed despite an improved showing

Steve Round insists Manchester United are not celebrating anything yet despite winning three games in a row for the first time this season.

David Moyes' side defeated Norwich in the Capital One Cup with a clinical display and the assistant manager believes this United team has what it takes to go on a trademark winning run.

"This club is used to winning. It has a winning mentality," Round told reporters.

"There was no great celebration after Saturday and there was no great celebration tonight. We just move onto Fulham on Saturday.

"Obviously you need to go on runs in this league and this club's the best in business at doing that. I don't think that's any different at any club but this club does it better than anybody."

Round also revealed he was pleased some of the club's younger players could play their part in such a dominant display, with debutant Wilfried Zaha and Adnan Januzaj impressing.

"It's always pleasing to win 4-0 at Old Trafford and it was a good experience for some of our young players to win here and taste the atmosphere," he added.

"I was really pleased for Wilf Zaha to get a start and play so well. That will have done his confidence a world of good. Obviously there's Adnan too who's going from strength to strength.

"We see him [Januzaj] as a seven, 10 or 11. He could play in any of those roles, and if you ask the reserve coach who had him last season then he'd say his best position is No.9. I think he's capable in any of the front four positions.

"With a young player like Adnan we're trying to give him as much experience as we can and develop him in numerous different positions."

Norwich manager Chris Hughton admitted his side could have performed better, and was upset at the award of a first-half penalty by referee Kevin Friend that allowed Javier Hernandez to break the deadlock.

"Could our performance have been better? Yes, there's no doubt about that. We could have been better on the ball," he said.

"We had a penalty given against us that was very soft and not a penalty. When you come to a stadium and a club like Manchester United you need to make sure you get every bit of help you can.

"To have a penalty given against us as soft as that really deflates you.

"They scored some good goals, they've got great quality and they're very clinical."
