omoluabiguy: It amazes me how people still let others dictate to them how much rate and things. Its 2017 people. We already have dollar master cards being issued by our banks. Economy might be bad, but our banking system aint that bad. I just signed up with SkyeBank dollar card with $3000 monthly limit unlike my GT naira card $100/month limit.
It just baffles me reading on here when people need dollar or naira, i never knew nairaland is now some bureau de change giving rooms for potential scammers and scammees. Go and open a domiciliary/dollarcard account and you would make any payment from here rather than lobbying on Nairaland. Goshhh. How will you get dollar to fund the dorm account? Is it not that you get the dollar outside bank or bank will sell it for you? If getting dollars outside the bank to fund this dorm account then something is wrong with our banking sector Sending you pm |

toluene1234: Hello gurus, I have my first degree in computer science in 2010. But been working in a customer service environment since then. That means I have no work experience. I intend to apply to a graduate school in Information security and computer forensics. Most schools request my cv with no experience in dat field. Can I apply to do a two years associate degree in same Information security and digital forensics then after graduation apply for a master in same program. What is d chance of getting a visa having had a degree in computer science and now going for an associate degree in information security and digital forensics which is lower than bachelor degree.
Please kindly advise. Cc: Lagosismyhome, walspring, imperioux and other with good experience in this situation. Please a brother. Thanks I replied you earlier on this via email |

234ng44uk: What are you guys even talking about? Looking for one-day service from a Nigeria embassy and you also have multiple outlets to choose from? In UK, passport can only be renewed from a single location, London. And that takes at least 2 weeks. They are talking about US and not UK |

akin3102: Imagine, Meanwhile the embassy said it is not possible. Please can you list the documents required.I have already booked my flight to Atlanta.. akin3102: Can you imagine, I sent a friend to the embassy in New York and they told him that is not possible to get it in a day.. It might be so because for some weeks now there is scarcity paper to issue passport and even majority of all the states in Nigeria and there is rumor that the cost of getting a new passport will increase again... |

DeeTus: Forget about these political elites so to speak because all of them are selfish, criminals and have nothing spectacular to offer. They have decided to always take what belongs to the people. The people have been crying to the most Powerful to judge these crazy politicians.
God's judgement is that only if they return what belongs to the people, they too will never have peace.
Nature is really balanced! Hmmmmm.... The mystery behind all these now is that some of them will go to heaven if they confess die minutes before their death but those they stole from and wasted because of their selfishness, criminal activities and stealing pensioners funds might not get to heaven... |

signature2012: It is a pity you dont understand Nigeria economy and the political elites(cabals). Let us wait and see if my prediction will come to pass or not. Fyi,out of the $500m disburse to banks, they were only able to get $370m,where is the remaining $130m,we don't know.
The 3 things killing our economy are :
Corruption.
Lack of strong economic team/good economic policy.
Too much dependent on importation. I read few weeks ago or ending of last year that a member of the senate or house of rep wanted to pass a bill to legalize corruption in Nigeria stating that it will make those who stole money to come and use it to invest in Nigeria I wish those senators and house of rep member should be paid #19,800 as allowance since they claimed they are serving Nigeria after all Corp member are also serving Nigeria and they were all paid #19,800 |
