Yes, the Supreme Court can review and reverse her decision. But you have to be very sure and confident when going for review.

Suspected members of the Vikings confraternity have allegedly invaded the office of the Operation Safe Delta, a formation of the Delta State Police Command at Issele-Asagba, the state capital.

Southern City News gathered that the cult members stormed the police formation over the arrest of a member, who they allegedly attempted to escape from police detention.

Sources told our correspondent that the cultists were overpowered by policemen during the invasion on Monday night.

The suspects stormed the OSD command office in four cars with over 15 members. But the police overpowered them and seven members of the cult were arrested during the incident,” the source said.

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Hafiz Inuwa, on Tuesday, confirmed the arrest of the seven suspects, adding that they confessed to being members of the Vikings confraternity.

They invaded the command of Operation Safe Delta with the intent to rescue one of their members, but they were rounded up by our operatives. Seven of them were arrested,” Inuwa said.

The CP said despite the confession of the suspects, an Asaba-based human rights activist, Mr Harrison Gwamnishi, allegedly claimed that the suspects were members of the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights.

The two cases are quite different. In fact the Imo case is quite different from all the other cases. Imo is the only case where Supreme Court actually aided and abetted fraud and rigging.

And I think it is quite intentional going by how the SC bent itself out of shape to carefully avoid mentioning numbers in their judgment, in a case that is all about numbers!
Also notice they said nothing about meeting “the required constitutional geographical spread of votes”! Because they know the numbers make no sense - the man gave himself 2 times the registered number of voters in some places!
Then when INEC gave him certificate the next day, they carefully made sure NOT to release final tally of votes (because they know they’d be laughed at!)

How hard is it to obtain INEC documents, write any results u wish, keep the carbon copies, and destroy the rest??
Or is it that it is so hard to obtain INEC documents??
The ONLY way to checkmate that is to accept INEC’s word, UNDER OATH, that they never issued those documents!
