I bought some shares through Csl brokers on 18th Nov 2021 and demanded for my CSCS statement of account,couldn't find the company share on the statement.

Do you have a contract note for this shares that you bought (or any proof of purchase)?

The following genuine and affordable farmlands are available for sale and or lease.

I was led to believe that this is simply the majority shareholder selling some of their equity in MTN Nigeria to interested parties.

I have a long term problem with First Registrars.
All channels of communications to First Registrars don't reply.
All emails I have sent to them don't reply.
All their phone number don't go through or leave me taking to an autoresponder when rarely it goes through.
Abeg how can I contact First Registrar and get a reply without visiting their office physically?

I'm looking to hire marketers for a company I manage and I am the majority shareholder.
I have some questions regarding what is the norm for Nigerian companies.
I intend to compensate them on a commission model that is paying a percentage amount of money based on the number of sales and customers acquired that the marketers bring to the company.
Is this the norm among companies operating in Nigeria and is a base salary required for the marketers?

Who just received Friesland Campina Wamco Nigeria PLC dividends to their bank account?
I got the dividends even though I have not filled out an E-dividend form and a transfer form for that stock.

I was going through the 2020 Annual Report of SFSREIT and i tried to see what amount of debt they have.
It seems they don't have any debt.
Am i wrong?

I have an individual account on CAC.GOV.NG which I use to carry out company incorporation and Business registration services.
But this account is limited in functionality compared to a CAC Accredited Agent account .
I tried to register for the Agent account today but I have already hit a roadblock regarding the registration.
I do not fit into any of the options for the Accredited Agent type.
I need nairalander's help in instructing me on how i can successfully complete this CAC Accredited Agent registration.

OP, try to email the regulator CBN.

I have emailed cbn on their specific email address for complaints against financial institutions some weeks ago(i also cc'ed kuda MF bank and the other App's company) but I have not gotten a reply from cbn since then.

You are correct.
They added the feature some months ago but you have to manually activate it.
I don't use kuda or their app since they scammed me so I don't know if things have changed recently.
