Kindly reach out to Meristem Stockbrokers ltd, or go online at www.meritrade.com to open a stockbroking account, and you will be getting their weekly stock recommendations. Call me on 08029736561, if you need further help.
Seems like you're a marketer which shows your bias.
Please stop recommending any particular stockbroker.
I know for a fact that Meristem is not the best stockbroker.
I leave it at that.

Market Quote: "in the short run,the market is a voting machine. In the long run, it is a weighing machine"
Meaning: Any stock can gain in price in the short run simply because it's popular and many people are buying it but in the long run, only quality stocks with strong fundamentals will be worth keeping when the chaff will be separated from the wheat.
Thumbs up.

Taught as much, because I also went to unity bank they said same thing.
I had to go to Polaris bank and I was told the next TBill will be available on 23 January for both individual and cooperate
How much do you want to invest?
It might be a definite factor in the way you are treated.
While the above is a factor.
Follow this instruction:
Visit the Firstbank Headquarters on marina street in lagos state and ask about the treasury bills department/unit.
You will be directed there and you can then proceed on your investment transaction

The reason is you have been in the position for sometime with price below your entry price, you waited waited but price remain unchanged. So immediately you see price movement you click on sell button..

you need to add TA join your system for better decision or go back to your analog broker

grin grin grin grin
You made a lot of assumptions which are just wrong.
This thread is for civilised, educated and sophisticated investors not random people that try to eke out a reaction from another individual at every opportunity they get.

Short term (trading) - use technical analysis, have target price
Long term (investing) - use fundamental analysis, have fair value
Both requires patience
I am now a two-shares/companies investor.
Abeg I need to move on to other more profitable endeavours with higher ROI outside the stock market.

Na fundamental investors sef dey wait for dividend
The ROI from NGX is very low, especially for the risk taken(No capital preservation).
And the wahala involved is extreme.
You want to do inter-member transfer, big wahala, transmission-wahala, dematerialisation-wahala and so on.
Dividends is low ROI to me and take too long, so i dont look forward to it.
Short-term investments is more suitable for me.

Maybe you lack experience then. Why would you sell when year end rally is near?

What we trade in the market is patience and not stocks
- patience in waiting to buy
- patience in waiting to sell
I've been patient oh, this phenomenol has happened more than 3 times now.

I don't want to be specific about the numerous problems I encountered as their client so as not to reveal my identity.
But they are very much complicit.

I don't know oh.I see some ogas here saying they have btw 1-3 stocks only.I keep wondering how it is possible. When my own is over 30.And I am not seeing upto 10 percent cash flow at the end of the year from my investment when you minus stocks appreciation.
I just sold heavy units of UBA shares today and some other shares in order to reduce my portfolio to only two shares.
I find it just easier to manage and average down in case of price depreciation.
Still selling though.

Don't go there. I once had 3.5% of a company listed here. I had to sell and at that point, it could be illiquid trying to sell down. Buying up can drive up the price especially if you are aiming at 51%. Ordinary 3.5% drove up the price. And mind you, they are seeing what you are doing grin grin The main holders are wondering why you are stacking up?

A simple calculation is to look at the market capitalization of the concerned stock on any day and then multiply it by 0.51. That gives you the rough price of what you will pay for the stock assuming if you buy at that average price (price on that day you did your calculation)

In my opinion, just buy your stock, make your money and just lie low.
Okay I will do this.
Many thanks.
