@Wapgod

The link for Union Homes REIT is not working.

https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/33756_UNION_HOMES_REAL_ESTATE_INVESTMENT_TRUST_(REIT)%20_QUART.pdf

Total income ( 2021) 280,955 as against (2020) 269,614

Is Union Homes REIT a good shares to buy for the long term investor?

Its not a good corporate governance practice for audited bank results not to be released prior to submission to the CBN for approval.
It gives a lot of room for insider trading. The CBN governor or who every that is responsible for receiving and approving these results, have every opportunity to inform friends, relatives and other persons of interest, on the content of these results and the proposed dividends there from, even before the results are published on NSE platform. This is more so that the Apex bank usually holds on to these results for weeks before approving.

I humbly (but strongly) suggest that results should be released "Tentatively" on NSE platform prior to submission to the CBN for approval. That way we get to know what they know.
It also leaves room for amendments as may be suggested by the regulatory body.
Write a letter to the regulators.

I am diversified, currently 20% in fixed income, 15% in real estate and REITs, 60% in equities (spread across the banking, agriculture, manufacturing, food and beverages, insurance, cement production, conglomerate etc), 5% in small businesses.

The fixed income include, money market funds, fixed income funds and FG bond Investments. I don't do FG bonds that gives a yield of less than 13%
Can I buy FG bonds at my bank e.g Guaranteed Trust Bank?
Also where can i get bonds of 13% or above?

Just scan through some pages and i want to appreciates all the contributors more grace and more Dollars to trade.

please, which one is best to start with? Chaka or Trove or Etoro or bamboo? thanks
Stay away from bamboo.
I had the worst experience with them and i have now withdrawn money and shares in my account with them.
They have a lot of issues ranging from the highest fees among investment apps, to hidden fees, to slow app and slow trade execution e.t.c
Choose Trove as your first choice while chaka is your second choice due to their new license.
